Noelle hotel was a great choice. The hotel was hosting a conference I was attending. The hotel was warm, charming, historic and offered good vibes. Doormen greet you at the door, then you get transported back to its 1920's roots. The place was beautifully restored. You can check out the hotels history on the Mezzanine level. Noelle offers something different than the standard big chain hotels, it has charming. Something different from your big brands options. This place sports a a coffee shop, merch shop, hotel lobby bar, rooftop bar & a really cool speakeasy. The hotel is right smack in downtown and easily accessible to Broadway. Right behind the hotel you'll find Printers Alley, music bars! The rooms were a nice size, clean with just beds that were not favorite. They make up for it with a really nice Nespresso Cafe station on every floor of the hotel. Water and ice too. I ordered room service one morning. Everything was tasty, thick bacon, plenty of potatoes and three words "BISQUITS , BUTTER, JAM" Must have!! Order two or 6! I'd definitely stay here again! One thing. Inside the lobby is Drug Store Coffee, a gorgeous café with beautiful design, an incredible pastry case, excellent coffee, and a menu that made me wish I'd arrived hungry. It feels more like an upscale European café than a hotel coffee shop. I could have happily spent an entire morning there. Downstairs you'll also discover Lona, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nashville. Outstanding food, beautiful décor, exceptional service, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away nearby complete the experience. Honestly, Lona alone is worth making the trip to Noelle. What impressed me most is that Noelle doesn't feel manufactured. It feels authentic. The restoration honors the building's nearly century-long history while embracing modern luxury, art, and Nashville's creative spirit. It's sophisticated without feeling stuffy and elegant without losing its warmth. I didn't stay overnight this visit, but after spending several hours exploring the property, I already know where I'll be booking my room next time I'm in Nashville. I needed to stay in Nashville for work and, as usual, I used my work's reservation system and when I do, I search by Marriott properties and this place came up, so I booked it. Upon arrival and checking in I learned that they aren't a Marriott, they haven't been for several years. Not sure why this came up in Concur as one, but be aware that it's not. Moving on... Upon pulling up, the valet was great! In fact, they were great the entire time. Always friendly and helpful. Checking in went well (aside from learning this wasn't a Marriott property). The gentleman working the desk was very informative and helpful. The room was great, it was a nice size at the end of a hall. It was very clean and well-maintained too. It was completely automated with switches setting the room's mood or mode, such as morning, night, etc. Which opened and closed the blinds too. Bed was great. TV was perfect, with internet TV available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, if it were a Marriott property... sorry, I gotta get my points! read more

Unfortunately, my experience at The Noelle was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong mildew smell, which made the stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the quality I expected from this hotel. The billing experience was even worse. After I had already paid the initial incidental hold, my card was charged or authorized five additional times for incidentals. Having multiple holds placed on my money created a major inconvenience and unnecessary stress during my trip. For a hotel positioned at this level, I expected a clean, fresh room, accurate billing, and better communication. Based on the room condition and the repeated incidental charges, I would not recommend staying here. read more

This review is for the bar in the main hallway. We were there Saturday July 11th. Dennis was the bartender and he was amazing! He truly loves what he does and it shows. We had a great conversation with him. Some liquor options were not available and he went all out with recreating a version with the ingredients that he had on hand. He is very talented. Sadly we will never stay here again. It's a good location and the lobby is cool, but that's where the good things end. The biggest issue is their housekeeping. They simply don't come to clean your room, make the bed, and restock towels and other items. The first night the manager lady came by to do a room check, and we told her they hadn't cleaned the room. She sent them to clean the room, which was good. Next day, same issue. So we called to request a cleaning and they never came. We never saw anyone in the hall cleaning on any level. This is a 4 star hotel, charging $450-$600 per night before taxes. We spent $2,000 for Thursday-Sunday (3 nights total). Absolutely disgraceful. We told them about the housekeeping issue in a nice way at check out. She said thank you and then told us our bill would be sent to my email. So no offer to make things better at all. We should have been refunded at least the daily 'property' fee, 'destination' fee, and 'other' fees. Huge oversight and why I decided to make sure others know not to spent their hard earned money here. The bedding is also super cheap and thin as tissue paper. We asked for a blanket from the front desk and they didn't have anything to give us. So it was not comfortable. The linens had old stains and the alarm clock has seen better days. Just not what you'd expect from a hotel at this level. No robes or slippers either, and the curtains do not block the light in the morning. read more

So far so good! The building is beautiful and was uniquely decorated for Christmas. There were taking things down while here, but it's that time. There front desk was nice, but I couldn't get anyone in the phone ahead of time. I kind of just winged it with my reservation. There have a cute gift shop in the lobby and a beautiful art gallery leading to guest rooms. The room is spacious, clean, and the shower is large. My TV didn't work so that's was a bummer but I had Internet so I watched on my computer. I'd definitely stay here again. read more

Major Frustration and Bad Service! I booked a Signature suite back in May. We were getting married in Nashville and wanted this specific suite due to the 1.5 bathrooms to get ready before we got married. I received numerous text messages from the hotel leading up to our stay in mid-August asking us to confirm and when we planned to arrive on check in date. We drove 3 hours to the hotel only to be told by the front desk clerk that the suite was not available and they downgraded us to another room (with only 1 bathroom, smaller room). Apparently they only have 2 suites, one was occupied, and the one we were supposed to have was flooded the night before. I understand that things happen, but I don't think that waiting for us to check in was the right time to inform us of the room change. We wished they had contacted us the night before or the morning of, to allow us to try to find another hotel that offered the specific accommodations we needed. This all happened the day before we were to get married, to say I was stressed was an understatement due to the amount of planning I had made for months. I ended up walking down the sidewalk to the Nash hotel and they saved the day. See my glowing review for them. Noelle didn't even send their manager out to talk to me to apologize or comp us a free dinner for the inconvenience. That is not good customer service at all. One elevator was broken so it took a while to get up and down the building. The room was small with no refrigerator. Street noise was loud until wee hours in the morning. A little on the expensive side, and worth every bit - location, charm, hospitality...where do I start? I really don't want to spoil it, so I'll be a little vague. Find Alexis. I met this angel who directed me to the rooftop bar for a decompression drink, and gave me directions to the speakeasy that would open later. The most convenient water/coffee station ever. This is a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of downtown Nashville. Last month, I stayed here for almost a week for a work trip, along with 60 other people who work in the same department as me. The Noelle was definitely an older building that has been renovated over the years. This hotel has a restaurant, rooftop bar, and hidden speakeasy. Upon entering, I was greeted by the hotel staff. Trish was so nice and helped me check in. The first room was tiny and didn't have a desk. I asked for a different room with a desk and they were able to make last minute changes. The new room was a little more spacious, but didn't have a real desk. It was a large arm chair with a small table next to it (not ergonomic for working). I felt bad asking for another room but it was good enough. For most days, I ate catered breakfast and lunch at the hotel. The food was quite good! My favorite part of the hotel was that each floor had a beverage station for water refills, coffee, and tea. Each room came with 2 (empty) Noelle branded water bottles so you can refill water at any time! I wish all hotels offered this rather than charging an arm and a leg for water. What I didn't like about the hotel was the elevators and wifi. One of the main elevators wasn't working and they only had 2 working elevators which were slow. It was probably faster to take the stairs considering there was always a line to take the elevator. The internet was also slow, it could've been better. Some improvements need to be made but overall, it's a nice hotel. read more

We did not Spring for the $150 room upgrade, should have. Mattress could use replacing and only a woven bench in the room--Not a chair or table to set your coffee on. The hotel was near everything and we walked around even to the CMA at the Nissan stadium without having to Uber. They have a great restaurant called Lona inside the hotel. The Noelle is touted as one of the best hotels in Nashville. Yes, it is trendy, has a vintage vibe and is in a great location; central to the downtown restaurants and bars. They do have a cool lobby bar with live music on the weekends. Sadly the rest is downhill from there. The front desk could not find our reservation, which was a long process, and they failed to mention they would be fire alarm testing, so one morning we were woken up to the alarms and rushed downstairs only to find out it was only a test. The elevators are tiny, so only a few guests with suitcases could fit, resulting in wait times to get to the upper floors or rooftop. The rooms are pretty basic, have limited storage space (no closet, only an armoire) with paper thin walls- we could hear every noise and conversation in the hallway throughout the night. We called the front desk several times for various requests and it took forever for them to answer. Once they just completely forgot our request for toilet paper; which should always be stocked with extra rolls. We did not receive any housekeeping service on our 2nd day and had to call (again with the extended delay to even connect with someone) to request service. The front doormen/valet staff never opened doors for us, which is a minor inconvenience but at an alleged 5 star hotel, this type of courtesy should be standard. We requested a late checkout (being AMEX platinum members with an extended 4pm check out benefit), and they hesitated and only gave us an extra hour. Staff did not seem to be attentive or provide the quality service that a "luxury" hotel should provide. VERY disappointed and would recommend staying somewhere else for the rates they charge. Pretty great hotel. 5 minute walk from Broadway. It has so many nice amenities. You're greeted with champagne when checking in. Complimentary drink station on every floor (water and coffee). There's a rooftop bar, Mexican fusion restaurant, coffee shop and speakeasy. Rooms are nicely decorated and special touches here and there. Valet can be pretty pricey, but there's public parking nearby if you don't want to valet. Would definitely stay here again. read more

This was an awesome boutique hotel to stay at during my visit to Nashville. Rooms were upgraded with new tech but the overall hotel still had its historical presence. Room 608. The hotel has gone down hill, over charged us and the staff is horrible. The velet guys complained in front of guest about people not tipping to their standards and used profanity to describe guests. The front desk staff was useless whenever we asked why our room wasn't cleaned and said they would help but instead we went days with the room not being cleaned. The only day she came to clean was when we had the do not disturb sign up and she opened the door anyway. The room service food was fast food at best, yet charged at Ritz Carlton price. If you are a manager reading this go into the room and look how beat down the room is. It's sad Marriot pulled their flag from this place, but respect they want nothing to do with a hotel that is in such bad condition. read more

Not relaxing at all. We mentioned to the front desk the first morning and she said she'd send an engineer over. After 2 days of not fixing, we mentioned it again to another front desk person and she also said she'd bring it up to the engineer. We wanted to go to their Christmas pop-up, so we got on their waitlist and hung out around the corner at the Fedora Lounge. 50 minutes later we get the text that we can go in. Upon walking in, it's so packed you can hardly move. Obviously no tables or seats at the bar, but you can't even get to the bar! It was a completely lost cause. I guess my review is more about their crowd management than the quality of the establishment. I wish we had stayed put where we were at. read more

Lovely hotel - we enjoyed our stay! Nashville is a fun town and Noelle is close to it all yet quiet and relaxing.

Noelle is a very cute speak easy. To get here, we went to the main bar area, where you would go to order a drink. But then we turned left and then left again around the corner. You should see someone sitting on a bench to take names for when you can enter. It's pretty small inside so they limit the amount of people. Towards the end of the night they did let more people in than they should've so it was to crowded for my liking, but the drinks were good. A little pricey but to be expected. They had beer options, mixed drinks, soda and more. The decor was seasonal and very cute. It was a Christmas story theme. read more

My wife and I stayed at Noelle Nashville and it was nothing short of amazing. Checked out of Renaissance after business meetings were over to stay the weekend at Noelle, as it looked online to be more the vibe we were looking for. Perfect choice! Eclectic 1930 hotel that has been completely remodeled and is very chic, with a lot of modern amenities. Great location, backs to printers alley, just couple blocks to Broadway and lots of great restaurants right across the street in either direction! Best part is the staff and the service...front desk, doormen, coffee shop, rooftop bartenders, everyone! And I'm not talking about stuffy, fake service. Personable and genuine service with sincere appreciation for you being there! Special shout outs to the gentleman working the counter at the coffee bar, who thanked me for coming back a couple of hours after my morning order! amazing he remembered me because they were slammed in the morning, so there were a lot of folks there! But most importantly because my wife fell ill the next day and we spent a couple hours at urgent care, then opted to catch the next flight home and leave the property in a rush in order to make our flight. So I texted front desk at 2pm to explain situation, stating I understood I would need to pay for tonight, since it's already late in the day...but would appreciate if I could cancel night 3. Well, I got a very nice text back once we landed back home, saying they were sorry and wished the best for my wife. Then I opened up the receipt and they only charged for our first night of a 3 night reservation! How classy and customer focused is that. We were sad we had to cut our trip short, as we had tickets to a Ryman show and to see an artist we love play at the Bluebird Cafe...but we will definitely return and will definitely stay at the Noelle!! read more
