The property was not in good shape. Good things: I want to shout out for the lady who was working in the breakfast area: Louredes. She was super nice lady. She was helping everyone whosoever was coming for breakfast. She would even make stuff for you and get for you to the table. She also went to each table to asks guests how are they doing and if they need anything. I have never seen anyone do like this at any if the Hilton properties. If you read my reviews about other Hilton hotels - you would find in almost every review that i breakfast server is always just sitting in the kitchen and not bothered if they are out of anything. But this lady need recognition. She was super super sincere and helpful Also, i want to thank my housekeeping lady : Maite. She also did the good job. Moment she would see me in the hallway, she would ask me if she can clean the room. Coz nowadays housekeeping is done on request and she could have avoided that by not asking me. LOUREDES AND MAITE should be recognized for their hard work. BAD THINGS The floor carpet was ripped off.The wall paint was chipped off in the hallways. The printer in business center was not working.

Great location. Close to restaurants. In & Out is across the street. There's a Chipotle, Pieology, & stores like Target nearby. Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't bad. You can make your own waffles. I liked the mini waffle maker. There's apple/oranges/bananas, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, eggs, bagels/toast, etc & as for the meat options, one day was turkey sausage, another morning there was turkey patties. They also had potatoes one morning and another morning was biscuits & gravy. It's not an amazing breakfast but it's not bad either especially if it's complimentary with your stay. I especially loved having the coffee/tea in the lounge area. I believe it was available 24/7. Very convenient. The lounge/lobby area had plenty of seating. The gym is really small but it was ok for me. I would stay here again.

Great place! They even have continental breakfast in the morning and have more than just bread and toast. I was shocked that they have eggs , bacon , waffles etc. downsize is that occasionally there's homeless wandering outside and looking into cars. We got caught on video that our leather truck bed was cut by a man and he was looking inside to steal. Sometimes the homeless sit outside the back door. Would be nice if they had covered parking or enforced safety a bit more for the guests.

Everything was good, just hate when they don't let you know that laundry mat isn't working.

We had a beautiful stay. The room was clean the lobby was clean. Every employee that we met was friendly but there was one employee that was unforgettable and that was a lady that helped us in the morning during our continental breakfast. Their continental breakfast How's one of the best selections I've ever seen the lady in charge of it keeps everything organizing clean they really do follow Covid regulations she'll help you make your waffles and give you anything that is missing she's very attentive and I highly recommend staying here.

I think this hotel is great for a short stay. The staff is nice, the rooms were clean, and could use a little deep cleaning in the vents in the AC and Heating units but I took mine apart and clean it myself. They have a great breakfast in the morning and the staff who serves the breakfast or who monitors it is super nice. I did have my car window smashed in while staying at the hotel and luckily they have some great footage of it but still a hassle so just be careful.

Fire exit door, screwed shut from outside.

DANGER! We found the fire exit door permanently screwed shut from outside the building! Clerk said it was part of their Covid-19 program, and that the fire marshal had approved. Not likely! The manager was "unavailable in person or by phone, forever". We wondered what other basic health, safety, or hygiene measures were being ignored along with the fire exit laws. Beware, it could cost your life to stay here!

This wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed, but it did not live up to the Hilton brand name. This was the first place we were going to stay at since SIP. I called a head of time and spoke with Robert and asked him what precautions are you taking in regards to Covid, he said he didn't understand the question. I asked what are you doing in regards to Covid, again he didn't understand. I finally asked are you doing any additional sanitation in regards to avoiding the spread of Covid, he finally said yes. I asked him what are you doing? He responded he can't tell me. I asked him has your hotel been really busy or on the slow side, he responded he can't tell me. He said if I was concerned to just cancel my reservation. Really, an employee of the hotel is telling me to cancel my reservation because he wont share what they are doing at the hotel to prevent the spread of Covid. Unbelievable, this should have been a sign not to stay here, but I needed to make a really quick trip in to town and didn't have time to make a new reservation. Arrived at hotel, check in was easy. Obviously, all public facilities were closed including breakfast. Though I read they would provide go backs in-lieu of breakfast at Hilton branded hotels, but this one did not offer anything. I can't say that this place was sanitized, the place was barely clean. The elevator floors were very dirty and there were piles of garbage and garbage on the floor near the ice and vending machines. The walls are pretty thin especially if you have really "busy" neighbors. In our room the shower was partially broken, more water came out of the faucet than the shower. Also, the bath towels are ridiculously small and almost see through, basically the size of a bath floor mat, they won't even go around your waist and I am petite. I don't recommend staying here. Try somewhere else!!!

The hallways and common areas are always clean and tidy. We had several of our presenters leaving on super early flights and wouldn't be able to get breakfast. They gave them breakfast bags to go. Nothing fancy--basically some of the portable food from the breakfast, but that small effort went a long way towards making our presenters happy which made us--the organizers--happy too. The location is right off the 91 so it's centrally located to wherever you're going in Riverside. The two places for improvement would be (1) for them to have more non-pork options for breakfast (turkey bacon at least) and (2) addressing some of the rooms which showed notable signs of age and wear--particularly the bathrooms (sink, shower). I would take off half a star but yelp only allows whole stars. So it's either a 4 or 5. Quite frankly, I think the customer service a hospitality outweighs a few cosmetic issues in the vanity. So 5 stars it is! Besides, they appeared to be renovating several of the rooms so I trust they will have them all done by the next time we come. We absolutely intend to use them again and would recommend them to others.

That is the only good thing about this place. Besides the beds being lumpy and the pool cutting our children's feet, our children were made to feel like delinquents their entire stay, they were even afraid to go downstairs to eat breakfast. Front desk agent, Conner, was a nightmare. He consistently made up lies about children disrupting other guests with no evidence to back it up, he could not pin point which children (if any) were the ones being disruptive. Each child on our team was in bed by 10pm each night, which happens to be when the hotels "quiet hours" go into place. The hotel has foosball tables, games and connect four in the lobby so children can play, he took the ball for the foosball table so the children couldn't even use them. Worst of all, he then blanket charged everyone in the hotel for the children being noisy during regular business hours! A nice woman, Meleny, at the front desk agreed these should be removed when we were checking out, but as soon as Conner got back into work the charges reappeared on our credit cards. Some families getting charged up to 650 dollars for using the pool and their kids being noisy when they weren't even at the hotel during these noise complaints, they were at a baseball game! This hotel needs to get this guy under control. Not only is he horrible to guests, now he's committing credit card fraud with people!

My MIL always says we should stay in their house but having two toddler boys and a 10yr old boy is madness at times. This is the best way to contain them lol. The pool is clean and kids like it which helps in the heat of the desert. It would be nice if they offered a little more of a customer service style room service though. Makes it a little challenging when it's 11pm and you need something like pillows, towels or TP and have to go to the front desk yourself with little ones. The lobby has some pretty good munchie food to get you through the night since there isn't a kitchen service. Ot the healthiest options, but definitely comes in clutch! Staff is and has always been nice, professional and helpful. The overnight shift is probably not used to a lot of customer interaction but they are pretty patient with me and my late night energy and munchy needs lol.

Late at night, we discovered what appeared to be unsanitary stains (Blood) on the bedsheets and in the bathroom that had clearly not been properly cleaned. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety, and we ultimately had to leave the property. We reported this to the manager on duty, who apologized and assured us that compensation (25,000 Marriott Bonvoy points) would be issued. However, it has now been nearly 10 days with no points, no follow-up, and no communication. For transparency, I've included photos of both the room conditions and our reservation as proof of our stay. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through afterward made the experience even more disappointing. I hope management addresses both housekeeping standards and guest communication moving forward.

Over the past 3 weeks, the hotel has been having a HUGE bug problem. First it was fruit flies everywhere, now big black spiders and ROACHES!! I contacted management regarding the issue multiple times and when they finally came to address the issue they used basic raid spray and told us that the spiders were harmless. Speaking to our neighbors next to our room she said her husband has a huge spider bite on his leg due being bite by the spiders in their room. Instead of dealing with the issue we are being asked to leave coincidentally after bringing the bug issue to management attention. We have lived here for 9 months and now the room we have stayed in is unexpectedly unavailable coincidentally after I bring this bug issue up. We have been model tenants and barely have any requests except Room cleaning and basic needs which have also been a struggle due to housekeeping refusing to clean the room on most days. I had 7 dead spiders and a roach on the ground and they left it for me to clean when I requested a service. The only issue for the entire 9 months was management requesting to move our room from the 4th floor to the 1st floor because they claimed my AUTISTIC toddler was too loud. Now we are being asked to move to a different hotel when our house is almost done. Looking at other recent reviews on Yelp, Google and trip advisor others have also complained about the bugs and instead of addressing the issue they denied that people even stayed at the hotel. Maybe now they will handle issue so the bug issue so it doesn't get worse To Steve and management, this completely unacceptable that we have to move to another hotel after being here so long. Maybe if housekeeping was cleaning more regularly instead of refusing to clean rooms there wouldn't be a bug issue. The last review my mom wrote back in October regarding issues with housekeeping you asked me to take it down and I agreed because you tried to correct the issue. This time I will not take the review down because there is a big issue and no urgency to fix the problem.

The back wall where the bench is there are square hooks to hang your purse or clothing items. There is a small dresser part of the desk and a small closet/armoire with somw hangers, iron and an iron board. There are many dimmed lights options within the room. There are switches under the TV, by the bed stand, and 1 by the closetn but I like the table light (3 settings) better to act as night light as its dimmer and doesnt brighten up the room. The bathroom is very spacious. The tub has a grip mat to prevent falling and there are complimentary Dove brand hair care and hand wash & lotion. The water pressure is strong and the hot water is hot! What I like is that there is a bathroom fan that is strong enough to suck away the moist after a shower. It's loud but it does its function. I like that the linens are clean and pretty white as I did not see any stains. Complimentary breakfast is good though I wish they had bacon on the weekends as they only had it on Friday. The rest of the weekend was turkey or pork sausages instead. There's a variety of hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, cheese egg Omelette, bacon, sausages, biscuit and gravy) options with bread, english muffins, muffins and including a pancake machine. They also have a small fridge with Oikos yogurt (strawberry/ blueberr/vanilla flavors), organic valley milk )regular/chocolate milk), and SILK brand milk with a juice machine.
