We stayed here with our soccer team for a tournament at Silver Lakes. Pros: Location to Silver Lakes and restaurants Continental breakfast was great - lots of options Anthony the night manager was AMAZING. So helpful, he went above and beyond. Cons: The pool was FREEZING. The kids wanted to swim after the tournament, but couldn't handle getting under the water. Our key/lock malfunctioned at some point after the boys had gone to sleep, but before we went back to the room. This resulted in sleeping boys in a room that not even the staff could access. Eventually, around 11pm, a plain clothes employee (higher up manager? - not Anthony) resulted in pounding on the door and yelling for the boys to wake up and open the door. Neighbors across the hall woke up and answered the door thinking a major emergency was underway. No apology from this guy. Not great sleep for the boys and neighbors the night before soccer games. And the solution? Prop the door open all morning until we check out... read more

I love to stay at Hampton Inns because the pricing is reasonable, each room comes with a mini fridge and microwave, a coffee make and free continental breakfast. These hotels are far nicer than other hotels in their price range, and I appreciate the reliability that Hilton offers in your experience. This location is no different. The entrance of this hotel is a little backwards - literally. When you pull into the parking lot you first come up on the back of the hotel. You have to drive past the building to get to the entrance. The parking lot is small, but once inside it's the same look and feel as all the other Hampton Inn's I've stayed at. Check in is always quick and easy, they always have my keys ready and waiting for me. If you check in between about 5-9pm you'll be welcomed with free fresh baked cookies. These hotels generally have a snack area where you can buy chips, cookies, candy or often even wine or beer at all hours. They have a small fitness room, which is a must for me. The rooms here are decent size, and at Hampton Inns, the sheets AND Bedspreads are always freshly cleaned for every new guest - don't have to worry about someone else's cooties. This location is near tons of shopping and restaurants (right down the street from my old home). The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. I'll stay here again. read more

Did a 3 night stay here over the holiday with my wife. Awesome staff. Deseray (probably spelled wrong) was awesome. Answered all of my questions and worked hard to get me checked in early after I called in. The cleaning staff was great. They let us take a lazy mornings and still had our room clean when we returned. Hot breakfast and good speed WiFi was included. Quiet enough hotel with an excellent location. Right near a Target and Grocery store. Mini fridge and Microwave made our stay even more affordable. Thanks guys. read more

What a nightmare of a NON stay. I booked the room in advance using the app. I checked in on the app. When I tried to contact the hotel, the phone simply rang for two days. When I used the app to message the hotel, No answer. When my husband showed up to get the key because the app said the desk needed to give us the key, he was told there were no rooms left, and we did not have a room. Our reservation number was shrugged off. They didn't have rooms. He left. I spent over three hours calling customer service and the hotel to have the charge removed from my card. At first the hotel told me that they would check to make sure the room was not slept in. I would be called right back soon. A few hours later, I called back. They were having trouble with the automatic key locks and could not get in the room. (Umm, what? Really?) They would call me back. Hours later, I called again. Because guess what, no one had called back. "I see your charge was reversed, was that all you needed?" I expressed that I was unhappy. She was unconcerned. "The charge was reversed." Yep. That was all I needed. I will never use Hilton again. An apology from the manager Is what I needed. Someone at the hotel who seemed to CARE that my essential worker husband showed up after his third twelve hour shift to sleep before having to wake up in six hours to do it again and instead of the room we paid for, he had to drive two hours home then back to work because he was too exhausted to try to find another hotel. For the record, so far, the only "charge reversal" is for $17. What is wrong with the picture when even customer service cannot reach the hotel? I have the feeling that I will need to sue in small claims to get my $108 back. I don't want anything comped. I just want my money back and an apology. read more

It checks the boxes as far as basic needs but nothing special. Very underwhelming actually. We had a horrible experience as far as noise and disturbance. I am not sure why there was so much partying between the 3 rooms we were surrounded by or why we had someone knocking on our door at 3 am but it wasn't pleasant. The worst night's sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel. The windows are not sound-proof, and I kept hearing revving cars and motorcycles. Then I could hear everything going on in the room next to me- kids talking, drawers closing, microwave running. And lucky me, the parents were up talking until 1, and kids were up and watching cartoons at 5 am. Lastly, and most annoyingly, there was a weird continual beeping sound in the room. I think it's from the smoke alarm. I thought I would go crazy listening to that thing. I felt like I was in a 1 star motel all night. Stayed recently with our XC team for Woodbridge. My room was spacious, it had a mini fridge and microwave.A built in hairdryer and plenty of towels. Ice machine on the floor, a teeny, tiny gym with a couple of cardio machines, small pool. Free breakfast was include which the kids enjoyed immensely. Pretty carb heavy for the average adult. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay again for the price. read more

We asked, triple checked, for adjoining rooms, but because we got there after 5pm (not 10pm mind you) it was a complete impossibility, even if the parking lot was about 1/3 full. Trash cans near elevators were overflowing (all weekend), floors filthy, and our room smelled like death itself. When we send a message on the Hilton app as to the smell and then an issue with the aircondtioning, crickets.... DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.7 Our truck was stolen from the parking lot of this hotel. The parking lot is UNSAFE. There are many sketchy people hanging around the parking lot at all hours. This was brought to the attention of the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The said they had cameras but of course they were not working and they had no footage of our truck being stolen. Our truck was parked directly under a light hoping that that would deter a thief (along with the cameras). I wish we would have followed our instincts and moved to a different hotel. They need to hire security guards but we were told that the management does not want to. They know it is not safe but do not care. read more

The girl who checked us in was really nice and helpful. She told us she could probably give us a discount if we booked another day because there was no breakfast. When I went to book another day the man at the desk was not friendly at all and refused to give me a discount. The night desk person was even worse. She was rude and not helpful at all. She acted as if I was a bother to her by asking for more shampoo. In the 5 days we were there we had no housekeeping service. Made the turn into the parking lot and was a little nervous about the quality this hotel might bring during my stay. My reservations were put to rest upon walking through the the front door. Very spacious lobby with coffee and ice water ready 24/7. Our room was very clean and it appeared the entire inside had recently been re-done. New carpet, tile, paint, ect. The only draw back was the slight smell that comes with all this new apparel. The morning's complementary breakfast (served 7am to 10am) was the standard variety, but well laid out and plenty of room to sit without feeling crowded by all the morning zombies trying to get their coffee. All in all very well done Hampton Inn. Only draw back is the initial assessment upon pulling in your parking area, and the slight smell, but your friendly staff, and interior accommodations will earn you four out of five stars. Be aware of this hotel charges. It took me around 3 calls waiting about 30 minutes each time for them to answer the phone. I came to this hotel due to working on the area. My company prepaid my stay with Hotels.com I checked in August 17, 2020 and checked out August 21, 2021. As all hotels do, they also asked me for my credit card for incidentals. All hotels never charge me anything, since I do not use any incidentals, but this hotel not only charged me $100.30, but they also charge me the room $300.90, which had been paid, and up to NOW 2/16/21, I HAVE NOT GET CREDIT YET. I called them and also it took them almost an hour to answer the phone, she said it was a front desk error, they would take care of it. They didn't, so I called Hotels. com, they contact them and Hotels.com said they would give me credit and send me an email, which they never did. I called them multiple times and nothing has been resolved. I disputed the charges with my credit company, but they said they have not responded so now my Chase credit card is also charging me again. I called the Headquarters, she said the hotel had to take care of it, thy couldn't do anything, but she called Robert Gutierrez, manager, who told me it would take him a day or two to check. I've been waiting Since February 3, I sent him another email last week, and he hasn't responded yet. It's been lots of lost of time and effort. They should not only credit the amount, but also compensate me for all this time and aggravation. read more

Missleading and Fraudulent On Friday, July 8 I made a reservation for my husband for two night stay arriving 7/8 departing on 7/10. The agent reviewed the dates which agreed with what I requested and told me to hold for a recording with my confirmation. When the recording came up, it only confirmed for one night. I immediately called back the hotel and asked for reservations to have them fix my reservation to my original request. The second agent said that unfortunately, there were no rooms available for a second night, so I asked her to please cancel since that was not going to work out. She assured me that the reservation was cancelled, apologized for the mistake and said it was taking care of. She also said that since it was a recent reservation, no further action was required. The morning on the 7/9 I received the statement charging for one night. I called the hotel asked to speak to a manager and got Robert R. Gutierrez, who is also a cashier and explained the whole situation. Far from understanding, he said that he was not in the conversation and couldn't confirm if I was saying is true!! He told me to get reimbursement through my credit card... so we both get our money! Very disappointing if this is part of the Hilton chain. I will pursue with fraudulent charges and will continue to report until this issue gets resolved. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hampton in Norco. Facilities were clean, rooms were spacious and staff was friendly. We were up here as a group and I believe there was about 10 families spending the night. We got kind of a late check in due to other commitments and when we arrived, all of our reservations were at the front desk waiting for us. Big plus because we had approximately 30 hungry people who didn't want to spend a lot of time waiting to get to our rooms and clean up. As I indicated, the rooms were good sized for a family of 3. Room offered two queen beds, flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. All were a nice convenience after being out in the sun all day long. The beds were comfortable enough however the pillows were a little to larger. Almost felt like I was on one of those incline beds where I raise it in order to help myself out of bed. The hotel has free wi-fi, breakfast (not so good), parking, pool and fitness center (no...did not use that). The woman who check us in was super cool and not rattled a bit when 30 of us stormed the place. She took it all in stride and was quick to get us on our way. Free breakfast is served between 6-10 am and while it is a decent hot breakfast to fill a void, the selection isn't all that great. Other places provide better options but with the price, I'm not going to complain all that much. Unlike other hotels, you're kind of afraid to walk on the carpeted floors because they look like they've rarely been cleaned. This place is not like that as everything was spotless. All in all, a nice stay at a good value. read more

I came here for a SAT boot camp and the place is nice. Very friendly staff. I did notice the floor had sticky stuff that was not cleaned up when I was lounging during break, though. Let me tell you, the AC works REALLY good. It was so cool in the meeting room, I was shivering while taking notes. Decided to spend the night at this hotel & we weren't disappointed at all. The room is spacious with flat screen tv, a/c, microwave, a small refrigerator & a pretty legit size bathroom! :) The bed is so clean & comfortable to sleep in! We also have a complimentary breakfast, a small fitness room & a fair 5'' pool. The only thing is you have to pay $7 for parking.. which I find it not cool.. since you're checking in and you're a customer.. there should be a complimentary. Ridiculous! More than a few things didn't work in the room. No HBO and other channels because someone had put parental lock on the TV and no one knew how to fix it. This has been this way a long time. Over 80 tries by many guests to try and figure out the code to unlock the parental lock. Soccer kids with irresponsible parents running all over the hotel until midnight, over taking pretty much everything with many having no manners. Who lets their young children run all over, yelling, running into people with no supervision? That's how kids get kidnapped or worse. Not to mention it's rude to do to other guests. This was unbelievable and the young employees had no control. Next complaint goes to corporate. When you have this many kids coming in to stay, keep them on one floor and give other paying guests who have manners and want to sleep another area. Poor service and maintenance. The employees were pleasant but that doesn't make up for Animal House surroundings. read more

Location is next to apartments and homes. Place is very small but this didn't matter, horrible service was!! Customer service here isn't worth your money. We called in asking for an extra pillow and blanket, we were told they were washing, it would be about 30 mins. Well we called again after 30 minutes and were told they were still washing and had no time frame. Well they never showed up nor called us. A call would of been nice with an update. Pleasantly surprised. Went to the NASCAR race this weekend and chose this hotel since it was affordable and part of the Hilton chain. We just needed a comfortable, safe place to sleep.Loved that they had coffee and tea available 24/7, a suite shop with candy, ice cream, sodas and snacks, and they had a great contintental breakfast. Rooms were comfy and clean, nice bathroom/tub. Only small complaint is the walls are very thin and we also heard people walking on the floor above us . Would definitely stay here again! read more

Norco is not a place you'd come to for a vacation but this location is central to a lot of freeways. I stayed 4 nights at the Hampton Inn, In Norco off Hamner Ave and I have to truly be honest their's two employee's made my stay beyond excellent and those employee's are Sebastian and Carlos.I have stayed at this hotel for the past couple months for usually about a 4/5 days a visit and EVERY i come to this hotel Sebastian goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am a stage IV cancer fighter and getting around isn't the greatest sometimes and when i bump into small issues at the hotel (Room not having soap) (Room not having a trash can) Sebastian goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of but not only that He turns the situation into his own self goal to make sure his customers are taken care of and its like he blames himself if things aren't right. His apologies about the room not having soap was so sincere and it was shown to me that he actually cares not only about his role but he cares about his customers and that is hard to find now days. I'm going to be honest I'm not the type of guy to hop online and do reviews on places or employees but this employee made me feel so great not just one time but multiple times at this location . I literally just made a Yelp Account just so i can tell you how fantastic Sebastian is. During my stay i was so happy with my stay that i wanted to speak to a manager (also something i never care to do). The manager i spoke with was named "Carlos" and this to was another GREAT employee that engages with EVERY customer with 100% Attention, Respect and Care. He greeted me every chance he got and always asked if there was anything he could do to make my stay any more enjoyable and I had to tell him about his fantastic employee "Sebastian", When speaking to Carlos i could tell that he was genuinely happy about the compliments on his employee he was receiving. I told him that my stay was beyond great due to the great treatment and customer service i got from Sebastian. I then got to talking with Carlos about the hotel and you can see and hear the love this man has for his workplace, He sees it like its his home i feel and watching him engage with customers i felt as if i was watching Sebastian all over again. These 2 are so great to people and you can see that its not a front, They CARE, They WANT there customers to be happy and satisfied and THAT is what its all about! Sorry for going on and on but i just can't get over how great these two are and how sad it would be to see them not here no longer. Please give these men a raise or something! Tried to check in at 240 the girl up front with braces told me I couldn't check in till 3 I said ok I understand not a problem..... I waited right in front of her in the lobby and 2 "white couples" walk in right after me and she checks them in right away she didn't even bother to tell me I can check you in first or anything horrible customer service I stay out of town 4 days out the week every week all year around I am an engineer and I will never stay at any Hampton inn it's sad that still in 2019 there's racism sad!!!! read more

It's pretty okay. The room wasn't bad but the floor was a little dirty to me. One of the pillows had stains on them so I just threw it to the side. I cleaned the room myself and found a lot of residue on the desks and nightstands. The bathroom was okay. Over all it was a pretty okay stay. They have comp breakfast but I wasn't comfortable going to get it so i'm not sure how the food was. I called the night before to see if I could do a late check out and the person said yes and the next day I call just to verify and they said I can't do a late checkout anymore so just don't get your hopes up on that. read more

Best hotel in the area to me. It has a modern look and comfortable. It's kind of in a weird location but doesn't bother me. Kind of noisy. I usually bring ear plugs anyways. Depends on who your neighbor is though. Clean rooms. Breakfast starts early enough on the weekends to eat. Buffet style. Customer service is fine. They always help out. Chemical sensitive friendly. Booked the hotel for our wedding weekend and had nothing but problems with them. Customer service sucks they didn't treat us well at all. Would call and call and never get an answer and when we did no one was good help. Spent the 2 nights we had there. Myself, wife and 2 kids check out and a day later we are charged a smoking fee. None of us smoke but because a maid who cleaned the room said she smelt tobacco we are charged almost another 300 dollars never notified or anything just an additional charge that if we didn't keep track of payments we would of never known. No evidence of us ever smoking them just making a quick 300 dollars off some BS cause they said they could smell tobacco. When we called the "manager" was on the phone and he put us on hold for 10 plus minutes to grab the manager even though he was the manager and wasn't going to give us our return until we had to further escalate it. Once he said he would give us the refund instead of being nice and professional he just said ok and hung up on us. Deserves zero stars read more

Wondercon '14. Beautiful room. We needed to check in late and there was no problems or hassles. Bed was one of most comfortable beds I've stayed in. We had a little refrigerator & microwave. All was fine until over 25 high schoolers were let loose at the pool area then t I make matters worse we could not sleep with all the running, laughing and slamming doors. Attempted to call the front desk twice and there was no answer. We complained the next morning at the desk and upon check out was told someone would be contacting me in 3-5 days.
