Caution - they say they allow up to two pets per room, but charge 75 for each one. We had 3 adjoining rooms, with 5 dogs between them, and they charged us $375 for the pets per night. They failed to disclose this until checkout, which is dishonest. This policy is not on their website. Had there need adequate disclosure we could have easily kept the pets in our camper. The woman at the desk was unreasonable. We have family that recently moved to the area, but we won't be back to the Hilton. read more

Really nice Hampton Inn with really nice people working behind the front desk. Here is what I liked about this spot: 1. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with an extra comfortable chair in the room and a nice desk set up to get work done. The bathroom was also big and well appointed. 2. There is a pool that is HEATED and super comfortable to get in and out of 3. The free breakfast is really good along with the usual questionable eggs and waffle machine, there were hard boiled eggs, good yogurt and a lot of fruit! 4. Need a place to stay in seekonk? Look no further! Super friendly upon arrival. Our room was clean, and as described, indoor pool onsight. The free breakfast wasn't bad at all with lots of options, and the staff stays on top of keeping it full. Free coffee 24/7 and a serve yourself bar for beer if desired. Close to several restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here if I am in the area again. This is probably the best Hampton Inn I've stood in so far, upon arrival we were informed our requested room wasn't ready yet but Tiffany at the front desk quickly got us into a different room. However, our room had an issue with a broken AC unit but again Tiffany was super helpful in switching us to a new room, we also got locked out at one point and she quickly got us a new room key, Tiffany's personality made the whole stay so much better. This hotel also has a saltwater pool which is so much better compared to its chlorine counterparts, we made multiple trips down to the pool. The on-site laundry was also super useful. If you remember to go down to the lobby in the evenings they have some delicious chocolate chip cookies for guests, similar to the ones you would get at DoubleTree. Overall, I would stay in this hotel over and over again. read more

Hampton Inn already gets 5 stars (we are still here). We were staying in town to visit relatives, not knowing it was Tom Brady weekend. We stayed at another local hotel cashing out award points and the rooms were so bad, moldy, smelly or the heat didn't work, that they CHANGED our room TWICE. When the 3rd room was bad, we found the Hampton Inn in Seekonk. Hilton does it right. The Hampton staff was friendly, cost was fair for football weekend, and most of all everything was clean. My wife and I did a little waltz when we entered the room. Extra fifth star is they let us in at 1pm. I am thinking of the Hilton credit card now :) read more

It's sad to see a nice place make the choice to take in hundreds of migrants the week of Christmas because they were at Ramadan for only a month and caused multiple fire emergencies, alarms to go off, damage and had ritualistic prayer circles in the actual aisles at 3am. There taking bed bugs and also multiple illnesses with them because they all refuses vaccinations. I saw it all first hand and also the police came 3 out of 7 days a week for 5 weeks because of all the fights. People I suggest if you want to be safe and not support a place using tax dollars to let this happen go some place else read more

I think people should be aware of the state of this hotel before staying there. Decent place, way overpriced for what you get and certainly not representative of the brand. I would put it at Motel status and reduce the price by two thirds to make the equation work. The staff dealt with my complaint which was a leaking ceiling - every time the toilet above the room was flushed, the ceiling leaked into the bathroom...this was a chronic item as there was mold on the ceiling and patching which had been tried and of course failed. We had arrived late so we did not move. The next morning we moved rooms. I complained to management about this issue, and the response was an apology with the excuse that they could not foresee these events... The room is a health hazard and they are aware of it and tried to fix it. I would think a health inspection or building code violation should be issued. Just shows the level of care. BEWARE the next time you enter there. Look at the ceiling to see if it is patched and relay this. I responded to the person telling them this is an inappropriate answer as they KNEW of this and they still put us there!!! Not very nice. I am still waiting. Hotel has been newly renovated inside and is spotless and well run! Water pressure in shower is so strong it's a pleasure to shower Staff is friendly and Rosalva who works the breakfast is a pleasure to see. The breakfast has everything including eggs oatmeal waffles yogurt bagels ..... The only issue is that there is construction continuing outside while they enclose the pool that is closed and work in the roof. If you're an early riser then no problem. Great place to relax and sleep. It was very quiet and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very close to food like five guys and orange leaf frozen yogurt-yummy!! So it's nice to be able to walk over there, order to go, and eat back at the hotel in bed while watching t.v. They made a cute elephant with the towel and googly eyes, a welcome treat. The room also came with a coffee machine, plenty of toiletry items and mouthwash, microwave, and a fridge. Breakfast is delicious and hot, and plenty of food to go around, never once did I see an empty bin, they were busy attendants! As Diamond Hilton Honors Member traveling the world with Hilton Hotels, it's not right for any Hampton Inn guest to get UNPROFESSIONAL, INHOSPITABLE, CURT attitude/service then be ignored by the General Manager named Michael who said he did not call me to get my feedback after checking out because he didn't have my correct number when I gave my number to Wendy (front desk assistant) 3 times and she repeated it back to me.......so yes, what a lie. Five days goes by with no call from Michael so I reached out to him to discuss how inhospitably, curtly and unprofessionally I was treated by a food service employee named Tom. I received the exact same type of inhospitable, unprofessional, curt attitude from this General Manager. This management needs to practice HILTON HOSPITALTY and treat guests professionally, respectfully, and with courtesy as well as properly train their employees to do the same. Very nice hotel, right off the highway and near numerous stores and restaurants. My room, with 2 queen beds was large and spacious. Room was clean and had all needed amenities, mini fridge, microwave, desk/chair and seating area, could not have asked for more... Heat worked well, considering it was very cold out, however, water temp could have been higher. Not too into the breakfast, standard Hampton Inn items, although the coffee was worse than normal. You have no idea how happy we are that we checked out of another hotel to come here. I literally was up the entire night without a wink of sleep since I was so disgusted with the condition of our room, I was a complete mess the entire night. I checked out and came right here to be greeted by Hayley. She was so pleasant and even assisted me with opening up a Hilton Honors rewards club. Hilton has partnered with RB, makers of Lysol® & Dettol®*, to help deliver an even cleaner stay with the creation of the Hilton CleanStay program! Our door had a Lysol seal of approval once we opened our door and our television remote also had the seal of approval. I had to leave housekeeping a nice tip for stepping up their game. My bed was so comfy and my pillows were so nice and fluffy. I felt like I was in my bed from home which I always miss when I'm away. I'm going to now stick with this brand. Stayed at this Hampton Inn for work. This is a really small one with only 3 floors and 1 elevator. Also, this location does not have any pool or hot tub. There is a pool outside but it was closed in late May as I presume its not heated. However, guests can use the Clarion facilities nearby as the hotel is owned by the same person. The breakfast I was really not impressed with as there are some supply issues. One day there were not hard boiled eggs and another day there were no bananas. Excuse me, but there is a Stop N Shop across the street! Please dont wait for Sysco deliveries as I dont eat those liquid eggs anyway. I prefer to be healthy. Finally, the hotel staff are super nice and were kind enough to get me plates and utensils for making salad in my room. They were also sympathetic when I arrived after 10PM and there were no good open food options available in the area. Good enough service and definitely clean Hampton Inn, however, there are shortcomings in the amenities such as pool/hot tub and breakfast which I have not seen at other locations. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel and it's staff. Our family picked this hotel for its rate, free breakfast, and proximity to RI hospital, but we got so much more in our week-turned-19day-stay. Mike, the hotel manager, cheerfully worked with us each time our plans changed. Any question we had they were happy to help with. The staff took interest in our well-being and asked about my mom daily once she had her surgery (the reason we were in the area). The hotel was beyond clean and up to date. The location is super close to Target, Chick Fil A, and everything else we needed while out of state. While we were there we met another couple who had been there longer than we had. They said they had been staying in this hotel for years since family members had moved close by which speaks volumes about how what a good choice this is. read more

Upon checkout a "Caboodle" travel beauty case was left behind in the room hanging behind the bathroom door. This was a family stay for a weekend wedding in RI. The staffs response in locating/securing the bag was ineffective and the bag is presumed stolen...although the hotel manager doesn't see it that way - he stated to me that the bag might show up at home (it hasn't). The room cleaning procedures and security protocols for monitoring employee activity appear to be inadequate in my view. Based upon this event and poor communication with staff/manager, I cannot give my leisure stay a positive review even though I am a regular Hampton Inn business use customer around the country. read more

This is an older Hampton Inn but they are currently renovating it. My room was clean and comfortable, and quiet in spite of being close to I 195. Breakfast is OK, I like the fact that put out fresh cut fruit instead of falling back on that canned stuff. I had a very uncomfortable experience checking in at the Hampton Inn in Seekonk this past Saturday. The woman at the reception desk was very unprofessional. As we stood waiting to be checked in she continued to have a loud conversation with another customer who was hanging out in the lobby about the fact that she owns a gun. I also noticed that there must be poor dress code standards because her hair looked like it had not been washed or combed in days. I couldn't believe that this person was supposed to be providing hospitality based on how she acted and presented herself. The rooms and facilities at Hampton Inn were clean, comfortable, and appropriate for the price. It's a shame that my experience was marred by a substandard employee. read more

I've been to many Hampton Inns and this is the nicest one I've been too. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly. The hallways were very clean as well as my room. I was surprised how big the flat screen TV in the room was and looked brand new. Also the room had a fridge and microwave in it most other Hamptons I been too only had a microwave in the lobby. Theres all sorts of restaurants walking distance. Also theres a go cart place right behind the hotel that has go cart rides, bumper cars, bumper boats, mini golf and a arcade that you can walk to theres no point to drive your car a couple feet lol. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 instead of a 5 was because during my stay the was a issue with some EXTREMELY unruly guests and a couple other guests also complained and Stephanie at the front desk was so nice and understanding and really tried her best and was continually speaking with them and trying to fix the problem but they just didn't care and continued to act as if they own the hotel and do whatever they want and take up the whole pool area with their whole family and friends (because of covid only 10 guests are allowed in the pool area at a time but they were all together and had about 20 of them) had their friends that aren't staying at the hotel using the pool and they stayed at the pool from 2pm till it closed and yelling swearing playing their music loud throwing trash all around the pool using the handicap chair that would lower a handicap person into the pool and playing with it turning it on and lowering it in the pool. It sucked because the only reason we came was to be able to use the pool a little but because only 10 people allowed in at a time and they were all together and a group of 20 which they weren't even all suppose to be in it AND they were inviting even more of their friends and family in that weren't even staying at the hotel we couldn't even use it. We walked down to check out the pool area and to see if they had left yet after they were there taking it up for about 5 hours and soon as we walked in got dirty nasty looks and could tell we weren't welcomed to be there with them as we were leaving the pool area another couple came down for the same reason to check it out and got the same thing and just went back to their room. After waiting 5 hours for the pool we asked stephanie about the rules to the pool and if anyone else would get a chance to use it. She was beyond nice and understanding and said a couple other guests had come to her about the same thing. She had asked them a few times if other paying guests could get a chance with the pool since they had it all day and they would tell her yes then not get out. They literally stayed in it till it closed at 9pm. Stephanie was nice enough to at 9pm offer us to use the pool for a quick 20 mins once it closed. So we got in our bathing suits ran down to the pool she unlocked it for us and I couldn't believe it I don't even know how they knew she had just unlocked it for us they ran back down and took the pool over again. She told them the pool was basically closed she just opened it so me and my 2 little ones could use it a couple mins since they were in it all day and they didn't care and stayed. They were yelling swearing talking inappropriate and drinking infront of my 4 and 5 year old so I was like just forget it and went back to our room. Sucks that the hotel itself I really liked and was really well located and the staff were so nice but some of the other guests ruined the whole stay. Not to mention this issue with them wasn't just today it was all yesterday as well that's the only reason I stayed one more night because I figured we didn't get to use the pool yesterday because of them so let's stay one more day and today we'll get to use the pool. The hotel has been freshened up a bit from a Sleep Inn quality. There is still smoking in the hotel, so if you are allergic you might not want to stay on the third floor or walk up the staircase. Otherwise, every food place and tons of kid activities around. read more

After driving 4 hours and arriving to the hotel, we were shocked to see that they could not accommodate us. We booked through booking.com. Staff was extremely unhelpful and not understanding. Asked to speak with manager after difficultly with booking hotel and the woman and the desk blatantly lied to me- stating the manager wasn't in work yet. We waited over an hour to speak to speak to this said manager and were appalled with how he spoke to us. When he came out it was clear he had been at the hotel the whole time and the woman at the desk had lied. They asked if we were just upset that the hotel couldn't accommodate us, but in reality we were just upset that we had no place to stay. I would never recommend this hotel due to the staff. This hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms are always clean and the decor is up to par with some more high end hotels. The staff is always nice, professional and courteous. Upon checking in they are friendly and accommodating. They have free continental breakfast that smelled amazing and looked great, just didn't have time to try it out. The Lobby is clean and inviting. Well it appears this hotel was remodeled not long ago. The furniture and appliance in the room and bath appear fairly new and clean. Plenty of A/C outlets but no direct USB adaptor for charging your mobile devices. Complimentary breakfast is quite is better than expected. Well put together and clean. I credit the one lady in charge. She was friendly and constantly on the move. Although this is a self serve buffet, she took the time to greet everyone and ensure all products and serving dishes were full and that the serving and dining area were spotless. She even went around refilling coffees. Kudos Madame. My sole complaint stems from the air conditioning in the room. It was a little noisy and I found myself constantly adjusting the volume when watching TV. read more

Fantastic hotel! Best place to stay in the Providence area! This hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and comfortable - they have recently put new mattresses and furniture in all of the rooms. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. All of the people who work there are extremely nice and helpful - they truly treat guests like family. Mike, the manager, does a wonderful job of running the hotel. The front desk staff is excellent - always accommodating and making sure guests are happy. The free breakfast is outstanding, and the ladies who manage it are so friendly and really try hard to please. The housekeeping staff is also very nice. Special kudos to Janine in the breakfast area, Stella, Kevin, Hina, Beth, Christina, and many others at the front desk and in housekeeping - there are too many great individuals for me to name them all! The hotel is in a great location, only about 6 minutes east of Providence, and there are many stores, such as Target, Stop N Shop, TJ Maxx, Walmart, Lowes, and many more, very nearby, so it is ultra convenient to buy anything you need. Also, there are many places to eat very close to the hotel, including the Sports bar in the Clarion next door, which has good food and drinks, and gives a 10 percent discount to all Hampton guests. Warren and Barrington, and Bristol are not far from the hotel, with a scenic bike/running trail, as well as many additional excellent restaurants and shops. Parking is free and it is very easy to get in and out of the parking lot - avoiding the annoyance of waiting for your car with valet parking that is a necessity at the hotels in downtown Providence. If you are looking for a relaxed, comfortable place to stay in the Providence area, the Hampton Inn Seekonk is the best - unparalleled customer service in comfortable surroundings at a great value!! read more
