Great as usual, we only stay at Hampton when we travel we are members also. Highly recommended.

I always try to stay at Hilton properties, because I like the consistent quality of them. The Springfield South (FYI address is 3232 S GLENSTONE in Springfield) is currently renovating, but I was not bothered with loud noises or any inconveniences inside, but they did have several construction storage boxes in the back parking lot, so parking there was limited. This Hampton Inn is like most others, but what stood out was the hospitable and welcoming staff. Every time I came in or left, even after the initial check-in, they greeted me! This may seem like a small thing, but it makes a big difference to me. I've stayed at other hotels where staff did not do this, and to me, it is a sign of customer service. read more

Hotel is being renovated, we Stratton a newly renovated room. Nice upgrade to carpet and furniture. Breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from. Parking was a bit limited only due to the construction supplies on the backside of the building. Overall great stay. read more

It was okay. Their parking leaves a lot to be desired as they share it with the restaurant next door. They do advertise the restaurant to you to eat at. Food is ok. But the prices are a little high. Be prepared to be locked out of your room daily, especially if you are gone all day. I have never encountered a hotel that had issues so much with hotel keys and it wasn't just us. There were a few people that were coming in that couldn't get into the hallway to go to the rooms. I would say if you can look elsewhere, but as the last option then this is ok. I arrived for check-in at 4 pm on a Monday and was greeted by the front desk person right away. She was very friendly and checked me in right away. She thanked me for being a diamond member and gave me my two bottled waters and a candy bar for a snack. I was assigned a room on the first floor and the room was clean and organized. It's not a new hotel, but it's in good shape and I have nothing to complain about, it's a standard Hampton Inn. The room was equipped with Satellite TV, Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, ice bucket and cups along with a work area and internet. In the closet there was an iron and ironing board. In the bathroom there were two bars of soap, two make-up removers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and mouthwash. Overall this is a nice hotel and I would stay here again. read more

The Hampton is my favorite place to stay. This one was a step above the others; particularly in customer service. I had a glitch in my trip and couldn't make the first night of my stay. Angel was amazing and getting things set so there were no problems checking the next night with JERA.. a lovely young woman, so personable, she makes you feel like family; not a client. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with her and with Angel each day after my return. There is another gentleman in the evenings as well; Mark. Handsome and dapper in his beautiful suit (Gosh, I wish employees still dressed up like he does!) he engages with each and every person that comes in. He's beyond helpful, carrying things, engaging in great convo. I got to hear my first tornado sirens while there. Mark made sure the news was readily available and directed those to the stairwell that were concerned the tornado might touch down there. He kept a close watch on everything. Cleaning staff was something to behold. What a team! It is clear they are all friendly with each other and work to support each other. Personally, I have never seen behavior like that in hotel staff; they were special and super helpful. Lots so laughter fills the halls because of them...not too loud but enough to bring joy. It was infectious. I'm not usually one to eat breakfast at a hotel but their breakfast is really good . I used it several times. The older gentleman there that sets it all up;...what a sweetheart! I think everyone loves him! I was in Springfield to visit Branson. That's about a 30 min drive, but when I got back in 2025, I'll stay at this Hampton again and do the drive. I've stayed at this Hampton Inn several times over the past two years, and have booked rooms here for many of my colleagues. They do such an incredible job! The check-I'm process is seamless (even when not using the HHonors App). The staff is incredibly friendly, and truly gets to know their guests (I walk in and they say "Hey Dino"). The rooms are always clean and ready, coffee is always hot and fresh, and the breakfast is consistently on point! Beware if you are local to Springfield! My daughter works overnight as a caregiver in Springfield and lives in Willard. The weather forecast called for snow and record freezing temps, so rather than risk a long, hazardous drive, she called to ask about a room. They assured her they not only had vacancies, but she could check in early so she could sleep before her night shift. She arrived to check in, only to be told they don't rent rooms to locals! They said nothing about this during the phone conversation! My daughter looks respectable and has nice luggage and credit cards. Their only objection was her place of residence. So be aware, Springfield, Hampton Inn does NOT support our community!!! read more

Great stay at this hotel! It was clean and it a very convenient location next to the Battlefield mall. Lots of food and shopping options. Shout out to Justin at the front desk for accommodating a late checkout for me as I had a work meeting push back and needed to take it from my room! I upgraded to the fastest internet option and had excellent video quality - for less than $6. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. Coffee was hot and delicious. Called 2 days prior to arriving at the hotel to make sure we would get a crib, evening gentleman answers phones yells to a woman and says hey do we have a decent workable crib they confirmed yes and would be in our room when checked in-- Day of stay we called around 1 to see If we could check in early or if we could at least drop our luggage--young man said they could have 1 of our 2 rooms Available in 30 mins, we arrived hour later to be told we didn't have a crib and we only had 1 room reserved--I had to dig out my confirmation #s to prove them wrong! Was never given our welcome gifts for arrival, never told what time breakfast was or anything most hotels tell you about. So had to wait for crib when I was told twice we would have it! Upon entering room and seeing the crib we choose to not put our baby in the contraption that was DIRTY! Either food or poop on the rails! Sheets on our beds NEVER stayed on, had to fix multiple times. Very small breakfast area that was PACKED. I can tell you though the 2 ladies working breakfast were beyond AMAZING!! read more

The address listed on Yelp is not the address that shows on their checkout or reservations. They are on an outer road and apparently this is why there is a discrepancy. 3232 S Stewart Ave and 3232 S Glenstone are the same hotel! This was a super clean hotel with nice staff. During check-in we received an ice cream treat plus 2 snacks. That's a very nice touch! The shower was great - hot water and lots of pressure. The breakfast looked nice but we didn't actually have any. We would certainly stay there again. read more

This is a clean and friendly Hampton Inn. While my room felt a bit outdated when I first checked-in, it is clean, quiet and the bed was super comfy. They also include some really nice touches in the room including handwritten notes from the housekeeping staff and a charge station next to the bed. The room has lots of lights and outlets so charging my electronics and working at the desk or on the bed was really easy. I did see some signs that they are upgrading some of the rooms so that could only make this place better. The breakfast room is modern and spacious with lots of seating. They offer oatmeal with berries, almonds and brown sugar as well as fresh fruit, waffles, some danish, juices, coffee and tea. At check-in they have a small table in the lobby with coffee, tea, hot cocoa and yummy cookies. It's terrific to be able to grab a cup of tea before bed or just a quick cup of coffee in the morning. The fitness room is standard size but very modern. Lots of mirrors so it feels bigger than it is, includes elliptical, treadmill, bike, physio balls, jump rope, towels and filtered water. It also has a large TV on the wall along with personal size TVs on some of the equipment. The staff at the front desk is fantastic! They made 2 great dinner recommendations and were able to accommodate every question we threw at them. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to folks looking for a quiet, clean, option in Springfield. read more

Would give zero stars of allowed. I'm a long time Hilton Honors Diamond member who has stayed all over the world in their properties and this one is the worst. The lack of security is ridiculous. I've had 2 vehicle break-ins in less than 2 months on the property and the best they could tell me is that I need to park whc ere the cameras are. That's pretty hard to do when the lot is full. Maybe some security should be added. read more

We checked in late, room was ready! Very clean, tidy, smelled very fresh and couldn't complain! We left at 4:30 a.m. and the breakfast staff (lady, tall, slim, early 60's) was such a sweetheart when I asked for the half and half as she was prepping breakfast for when it opened later on. I had four cups of coffee to prep for my family and she did it with a smile. All coffee carafes were filled and hot when I needed it! Pool was great! I like Hampton Inn's in general. I think they are a very solid chain for a decent price, nice rooms, and a solid basic breakfast in the morning. I said here for work a couple of nights. The service was very nice, from an easy to check in and gave helpful directions and recommendations. My room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was solid in the morning with great service and a clean environment. Breakfast room was a good size, never getting too crowded. Even though construction was going on, I did not find it to be too loud or intrusive. I would stay here again. read more

We checked in on June 21st. We had two beds in the room. I took the one closest to the window. I took a short nap that afternoon on top of the covers and slept under the covers that night. We checked out Friday morning and headed home. I start breaking out with bites on the right side of my body, which is the side I sleep on. By Friday night I had over 25 bites on my body. We called the hotel to tell them that I thought the bed I slept in had bedbugs. They did not seem very concerns. I called my dermatologist and made an appointment for Tuesday. They just confirmed that the bites appear to be from bedbugs. We called the hotel back and they are refusing to acknowledge that they had bedbugs in the room. CHECK YOUR BEDS VERY CAREFULLY IF YOU STAY AT THIS HOTEL. read more

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here while visiting friends recently. The front desk staff was all very friendly and customer service oriented. The continental breakfast was a lot more than I expected. The coffee was quite good too. My room was extremely comfortable. My all around experience here was remarkable enough that I will seek out Hamptons for future hotel stays. Two thumbs up!! read more

Have stayed twice now a year apart, standard Hampton Inn with the normal amenities both of my stays have been event free. I recommend.

If I could put 0 star I would. Our car got broken into and when requested to simply call the police they wouldn't. On top of that we requested for them to simply review the footage for some clue to give to the police and they said no. Not worth the 600 dollars total spent. read more

Nice hotel if you plan on a family trip to Branson or seeing the Cardinals or Royals play baseball but, if you bring a small pet, be prepared to pay for any "surprises" they leave for the housekeeping staff. During a trip to Branson for a family reunion, my mom brought her 8 year old Pekingese, Sugar and if she made a mess, it would cost a lot of money. We had to keep her in the room and tell her to keep quiet. She did bark once while we were there (and someone complained to the front desk about it) we had to at another Hampton hotel that was pet friendly. read more

This hotel is under construction but that is not the reason for the 2 star rating. we stay in hotels ALOT! My husband is a Diamond Hilton stayer and we are obviously regular Hampton users. This Hampton is staffed with the worse staff I have ever encountered in any hotel chain. You would think with the contruction they would be on their best behavior and be especially gracious. If this is the best oh dear best avoid when the construction is over.For example when I asked for a table to use in the huge room with only one small desk and one work station I was told no by the manager. A few hours later my husband asked and the table was promptly brought to the room?? The last time I asked for a table in a Hampton I was offered free use of a conference room for the day! And asked how I would like it set up! The next day there were signs on a construction blocked exit saying to use the "West" door. When I asked which was the west door both people at the front desk (who were chatting about their dinner plans) were put out that I disturbed them. My husband had complained about this place for several months but since he kept going back I though he was exaggerating. He was not--he was too lazy to change his reservations. I did it for him. He is enjoying the lovely room and attentive care at the Hampton North Springfield, MO. I asked him if it was too far from work and he said, "Don't really know but there is no way it could be given how nice it is!" The one saving grace at Hampton Inn South is the house keeping staff they are nice and competent. read more

Most Hampton Inns are good. When we checked in, both business computers had a sign on them that they were down. 12 days later, we stayed there again, and the computer were non responsive. We were told that a lot of people must be on the computers in there rooms at 4 pm. I don't think so. The next morning we are checking out at 545 am, and I go to find a luggage cart. None of the carts are in the front door area. The clerk tells me that folks like to keep the carts in the their rooms. This is unacceptable. I have a broken finger, and really needed a cart. I will never stay at this Hampton again. read more
