The large two-bedroom was clean and comfortable. The room felt as if it was missing a piece of furniture. The mini refrigerator was placed on a drip tray, which hindered the ability to open and close the door. The desk stored all the coffee supplies and the ice bucket, which made it unusable for work. The hallways were hot and muggy, but the rooms were cool and comfortable. Coffee, tea, and cookies are available at check-in. Breakfast was delicious, with biscuits and gravy, boiled and scrambled eggs, and sausage patties, not counting bagels, bread, scones, and waffles. The location offers an outside pool and laundry. The room is in need of dire maintenance. The furniture is worn, the paint is peeling from the walls, both mattresses in the room completely flat and worn. The shower needs a makeover, badly. I'm confident that the carpet is brown to camouflage all the dirt. Just nasty. read more

Yet another Hampton Inn on our road trip. We've generally had good luck with the Hamptons we have stayed at over the years; mostly positive with a few not so good. This was a good one. It is tucked away from the main road that runs along I-30 and arriving was a little tricky; I almost missed the turn partially because of GPS lag time but with a quick, last minute sharp turn, we were there. This could be more challenging in the dark! Upon arrival we were greeted and quickly checked in; then off to our room. This room was one of the largest we have stayed in at any Hampton Inn...kinda makes us wish we were staying longer. Everything was clean and functional. Because it is located back a bit from the main road it is very quiet. Maybe partially due to that we both got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was typical for Hampton Inns and today they had mini cheese omelettes, bacon, and biscuits & gravy which was all good. The staff were all friendly and helpful; I had a piece of bacon fall from my plate and before I could put things down to pick it up the young lady working there was on it and took care of it. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am going through this area. read more

worst room ever! furniture is literally breaking curtains are torn. bedding is torn and dirty. floors are full of past pet stains. the smell when you walk through the front door is like walking in a trash can. trash can is over running beside door. room is in desperate need of remolding furniture and appliances are from the 1980s Do not recommend spent one night in and immediately checked out next day. They have nice rooms but the AC unit SUCKS! we spent 2+ hours freezing. We had the thermostat set to 80 degrees the entire 2 hours, it never kicked on. Finally regulated my body temp and adjusted it to 68 before bed. Woke up super hot, put it on 60 degrees. Nothing. Here it is check out time. We're about to leave and the AC has only come on ONCE since setting it to 68/60 ten hours ago! read more

I called to make sure pool was open before I booked & they said yes. When we checked in there was no mention of the pool so we assumed everything was good. The room had a body odor & the tv wasn't working. My husband looked behind the tv & found trash. He found the tv unplugged & that solved the problem. My grandkids got ready for the pool & off we went & found it was closed. The reason was an electrical problem but I don't believe that since others were told different reasons. read more

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, up to date amenities, close proximity to mall and restaurants. These are the only reasons this hotel received any stars. I stayed in a double room on the fourth floor for two nights during the week, room was clean for the most part aside from the fact the floor had not been vacuumed. There were bath towels and hand towels but no washcloths. This is the part where I mention the roaches YES ROACHES!!! German cockroaches to be exact, I killed 3 room 415 during my 2 night stay, one of whom found it's way to my water bottle on the bedside table. Very nice hotel but I would definitely not stay again. read more

Great customer service making sure I was happy. Front desk person (Hannah) went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. A couple of snafus but they were amazing at making everything better. I really appreciated the fact that everything is sanitized, separate cups for clean and dirty pens at the front desk, plenty of wipes and hand sanitizer available, and the workers were all wearing masks. read more

I usually seek out Hampton Inns when I travel because the beds are usually comfortable, the hotel very clean, and the breakfast warm and included in the rate. I wish I could give a higher rating to this hotel. Unfortunately the cleanliness was sub-par. The elevators looked as though someone had made it their mission to put fingerprints on every square inch and they were not cleaned once during my overnight stay. The main areas of the room were clean (bathroom vanity and toilet, bedroom surfaces,) BUT the shower was not so clean. It was obvious the walls had not been wiped down and the shower curtain was...gross. The air vent was quite dusty as well. These may seem minor, but they were sub-par for Hampton Inn. This was the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. Breakfast was a paper bag filled with a bottle of water, an orange, a Nutrigrain bar and a muffin. I realize it's now a COVID world, but other hotels have provided a warm breakfast without problem since COVID. Considering I can't eat dairy, this was rather disappointing, as I could only eat the orange and drink the water. It felt like a rip off. Otherwise the staff was fine, the room quiet, no outdoor noise to disrupt sleep, lobby decently clean. Plenty of restaurants, the mall and other things nearby. read more

We checked in on a Saturday night around 9pm. The parking lot was pretty much full by then but we were able to find a spot near the side. There was only 1 person ahead of us at the reception desk and check in was fast and efficient. Being a diamond member, status was acknowledged and was able to select two snacks. Opted for strawberry flavored craisins and sweet potato tortilla chips. Our room was on the fourth floor yet the walls are pretty thin. You could hear every door open and close and voices/footsteps carry. Not too big of an issue and as it got closer to bedtime, everything quieted down. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, sheets were white and spotless. The bone to pick was the water pressure of the showers. The water pressure is pretty weak compared to other Hampton Inn's I have stayed at but you'll still come out of the shower clean. Breakfast had both hot and cold options.All in all, this location is a good spot for hunkering down and spending a night; just don't expect a WOW factor. read more

It's rare that a hotel can achieve this level of performance as there are only a few short things they must accommodate for me to be satisfied. 1. No rodents 2. No uninvited guests in room while i sleep 3. Take out the trash 4. Clean the room 5. Change out the towels They managed #4 & #5. I wish I had snapped a picture of the bathroom door clearance on the toilet but I am not a big fan of toilet shots. Needless to say, less than an half an inch of air passes between the bowl and the door. So close the door first. We had a nice king suite but it was under the stairs on the first floor. So that was awesome too. Love kids at all hours running them. Like sheep in my dreams. Except they keep me up. Told the front desk there was a skunk by the pool, I was informed back that there are two. Uh. Ok. And... turns out that's it. There are two. Ok. Told the front desk that someone entered my room while I was asleep. Ok. We will let management know. Huh? So no big deal I guess. It's ok to walk in rooms, have pets skunks and leave trash cans full of trash. For $100 a night I should have stayed at another property but I am HH and trusted my experience. Wow. Ok, this place is definitely newer - fantastic! 4 floors, and the rate was $89! The beds are great, very comfortable. Room and bathroom clean! I was a little irritated that the windows on the top floor do not have full drapes to block out the light. I was going to give them a 3, but then I noticed they provide 4 pillows! I thought "ok, that is a huge plus to me, 4 stars!" Very comfortable, and the AC was great. Wish there was more noise to the unit but I have an app for that. The gal checking me in was awesome too - "Brook" did a fantastic job, very pleasant and even offered water! Would come back! read more

The hotel is somewhat hard to find as it is immediately off the interstate but it is very new and clean. The breakfast was standard but i was pleasantly surprised by a variety of breakfast smoothies and freshly pressed juice. We are currently moving across the country and there was plenty of room to park our moving truck on the street out front as well as a lot of fast food nearby read more

I can't believe the 1* review!! I was very impressed. New and clean and well laid-out. great Lobby and Bar area with an excellent evening reception and breakfast. I had trouble with the wifi in my room, my issue not the Hotel, but they fixed it quickly. Even the Laundry room was well appointed with seating, folding area, and very clean. There was some sort of Law Enforcement Conference nearby, so the Lobby & Bar were boisterous... Great guy @ the Front Desk... read more
