The best customer service, not just from an urgent care center, but of any service I've received lately. They were all so kind, patient and always asked if I had any questions. Nothing felt rushed at all. I felt heard and that my care really mattered to them. I'm extremely claustrophobic and anxious of small spaces so they showed me the room where I'd get the CT scan and the woman who did the actual scan was nothing short an angel for me! She eased my worrying mind. I honestly hate seeing the doctor so it took a lot for me to come (and find out I had a fractured rib) but if I ever find myself in this situation again I will come back with no hesitation! They asked to see my insurance card and immediately said they don't take my insurance card because we don't pay! I said I work in appeals and I have never had to reve a dispute for payment. In the mean time they took other patient before me. An EMT took my vitals . I waited almost an hour in room finally I walked out and the EMT said the provider is coming and I said when? He says there are about 5. Ahead of you!!! I said that's why I signed up for Save my Spot all you care about is $$! I told them they'd get a bad review from me and I'd notify BBB and my insurance company and my employer. Today I look at my credit card statementsand they charged me 50.00!

The staff is friendly and helpful, easy to schedule appointments and obtain times and dates tat work best for you. They definitely work with you if you have balance due after insurance pays or even you do not have insurance. They are always willing to offer a payment plan that works best for you. The office is quiet, neat and clean. One of the best parts is that you leave knowing your results without having to worry. Check-in in easy and hassle free, you ae able to pre-check-in on your phone or in-office using one of their tablets. I have not experienced long wait times, I'm seen within 10 minutes or less after checking in, in and out with ease.

My insurance company even called them with what my portion would be and I believe the owner told them I ha e to pay the insurance portion upfront. When I called back to say I was going to cancel the appointment because that is just crazy, the person that answered said the owner told her to cancel my appointment. When I arrived, I explained that it felt like something was stuck in my throat or airway. I was told - verbatim - that they "wouldn't touch me with a 10-foot pole." That was shocking and unprofessional. Instead of evaluating me, they immediately directed me to the ER. The ER visit ended up costing me $800, where I waited about two hours only to be prescribed amoxicillin - something the urgent care could have easily done themselves. Later, when I saw an ENT, I was told my symptoms were due to acid reflux. My symptoms had already been present for three days, so it clearly was not an emergency airway obstruction. It's frustrating that neither the urgent care nor the ER considered reflux as a possibility before escalating the situation. Being told they "didn't want to take my money" feels ironic, considering I was sent somewhere significantly more expensive for essentially the same level of care. I would not recommend this facility. Patients deserve to feel evaluated and respected - not dismissed.
