There's peaceful spa music playing throughout the spa and I was quickly assisted by the front desk attendant to check in and get settled in for my appointment. I was easily able to book via phone. What I really appreciated was that during the virtual checkin, there's a section that asks you for which focus areas you'd like the masseuse to focus on during your service. You can then circle different parts of the body (this is shown from different angles as well) to specify where you'd like your masseuse to specifically target. This personalization was very evident during my actual massage and again, I was impressed by how everything was very clean/spotless there. The masseuse politely asked/checked in throughout my massage if I was comfortable and if she was using the right amount of pressure. I was surprised that the oil was slightly heated/warm, but really enjoyed how soothing it was. I left my massage feeling very refreshed and relaxed. Overall, it was one of the best massages I've had and the service was great. I'll definitely be back!

Its hard to tell if you are even at the correct spot as well, no sign on door, no house number on sign and very dirty entrance, not welcoming at all. I called the office 3 times while I was there knocking on the door but no one called back for over an hour. I was expecting a call with an apology for the lack of professionalism but instead Mr Kevin Clark turned the blame to the patient and I experienced some of the rudest, self entitled and unprofessional demeanors I ever experienced in the health care industry. A simple apology would of sufficed but instead Mr Clark lied and said I received cancellation emails which never happended and refused to take any blame in the matter, he had the audacity to say since I did not return a "Welcome Packet" by Sunday night the appt would of been cancelled instead of just accepting the packet a the time of the appt, also realize this is NOT in writing anywhere, Its just him falsely claiming he told me this info on a call. I hope Mr Clark has a better day, he seems like he really needs it after the way he handled the situation like he did. This is not a person who cares about people, he seems to only care about his rules he made up because he forgot an appt.
