Rosy's refused to take any responsibility to get the stone dust safely removed and left me to handle it and absorb the cost for something they caused on my own property. Full Review: My neighbor on 7/21/25 had Rosy's Marble and Granite over to install a quartz sink. They cut the quartz in the shared driveway and quartz dust covered my car. I noticed this when I looked out the window to investigate the noise and saw a white cloud surrounding my car. I went outside and inquired with the installer, while mentioning the dust that is covering my car. He didn't seem too concerned and continued and said the cutting was mostly done and he was far enough away. The installer did have a mask on but there was no effort made to contain the dust by using sheeting or a dust collector from covering people's property. After research it concerned me that quartz dust is sharp little rocks that could severely damage car paint if allowed to sit and not cleaned off promptly and properly. I mentioned this to the installer and again he wasn't concerned and was fine as it was quartz plastic dust (extremely unhealthy to breath in), and it could be rinsed or blown off my 2-month-old car. I asked him to move further away from the car to prevent more dust from covering the car as it was windy out and blowing directly onto my car. An amazing amount of pollen ended up on the car within a couple hours as it was most likely sticking to the sharp quartz dust sitting on the car. I washed my car two days before, so it was clean. I contacted my neighbor who was getting the work done to ask them to be careful and not do this around the cars in the driveway. She mentioned that they offered to rinse off my car, I refused as a water hose could allow the quartz dust to scratch the paint. Once the installer realized that this may be serious, he offered up that he knew a detailer. My neighbor was mortified and offered to get the owners contact info. I called the owner later in the day once I received his number and left a message describing the situation. I took my car to get it detailed and the quartz properly removed that day as I didn't want it to sit and possibly cause expensive paint damage. The owner never returned my call, I reached out to him again two days later and I explained the situation. He took absolutely no ownership of what his company did and tried to deflect the blame. I am not even a customer of Rosy's, and I was affected by their disregard to how they did the cutting in the open and refused to make me whole by paying for the detail that I had to get done to clean my car correctly to prevent risking expensive damage. I stated I just want my car returned to the condition it was before your company arrived and a detail was required to safely do that. He said that I should have contacted him that day, which I tried to do by leaving a voicemail. His installer should have handled the problem right when it happened instead of trying to ignore and hope it will go away. Rosy's has a blatant disregard of people's property and refuse to fix the problems they create.

Some of the first things (besides appliances) we were told to order for my house…read morerenovations/addition were the shower stall and the accompanying faucet, since the builder was going to literally build the bathroom around the stall. He had had lots of luck with Peabody Supply, so off I went. The saleslady was very condescending, so I asked her when she WOULDN'T be there so I could come back. How's that for a switch? I returned a few days later and told the salesman about my previous encounter. He apologized profusely and said she has been getting a lot of complaints. Okkkkkk. He showed me a few things, and I ordered the Maax shower, toilet, kitchen sink, bathroom cabinetry, bathroom sink, counter, and Kohler faucets. The selection wasn't huge, but I was able to find things that would work. The shower came in several weeks later and was delivered to the house. And a few weeks after that, the kitchen sink and faucets were delivered. So far, so good. A couple of months later, the builder asked if I knew when the rest of my order would be there, and I said it should be within a week or two. At this point, the work on the house was almost complete and the builder was anxious to finish. I called Peabody Supply, and it turns out they never ordered the cabinet or sink for the cabinet--not a good thing, since it takes six weeks to manufacture and deliver and I needed it in three weeks, at most. I went into the store, and my obnoxious saleslady was there (she changed days). She showed me a few cabinets that were in the warehouse, but they were pretty ugly and were wider than what I needed. She slammed down the product book and in an "outside" voice, "told" me that that's all she had. Umm. I left the store and never returned. (Note: Kitchen Associates was able to help with this and had the special order cabinet and Corian manufactured, delivered, and installed in about two weeks, and the resultant cabinet is much nicer...and less expensive...than the one I had originally "ordered." (See my review at http://www.yelp.com/biz/kitchen-associates-sterling#hrid:gTq28iacx7aXg0GTtUMNHQ/src:self .) There were other snafus with my order, but the bottom line is that my experience wasn't too great. Maybe yours will be different. I won't be returning. Good luck. Three stars cuz I'm nice.
