I walked in and I talked to the elderly women at the front desk. I asked if I could get my chef costs cleaned. She was very rude. She checked me in. I asked if the coats were still $7.40, she said no "you'll have to pay more." I asked her to honor the price she said on the phone. She argued with me but I let it go. She asked me if there was any areas that needed to be pre spot treated. I asked her what was that. (I've never been a customer at this establishment before so I was unaware of this term) she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. If you want to deal with someone unpleasant and rude go here.
