The owner of HH, Kelly Rice, closed abruptly in October 2025 without paying her own employees for the last couple weeks, and sent her clients a TEXT, stating she was closing and would "not be able" to reimburse anyone who PRE-PAID for a package. I purchased a YEAR of massages (24 massage sessions) for $3185.00 and had only used 8 of sessions. So she has screwed me out of $2123. 30. In fact, I don't know of anyone who was had their money refunded. Meanwhile, we've heard from other clients that she's still somehow able to afford to remodel her OWN home, while owing hundreds of thousands of dollars to clients and creditors. Kelly's reputation is shot, and no one will ever trust her again in this town. *I'm happy to say the therapists who worked at HH were EXCELLENT, and they will land on their feet. I was able to connect with my favorite LMT, and will continue with her. read more

They were able to fit my husband and I in last minute. Our massages were wonderful. The vibe was peaceful and tranquil. We both walked out feeling fantastic. My only suggestion would be to ensure everyone's experience was the same, especially for the first time. My husband had a vastly different experiences. He got hot towels, was offered the aromatherapy, and I did not. This may just be because the difference in the therapist's techniques but would have liked to be asked if I wanted any of that or if I wanted any of the included additions. Such an incredible experience. Dawn what's really in tune with what my body needed. I've heard that from people before but I've never actually felt it for myself, so it was a really fascinating and wonderful experience. If I had any feedback it would be that there is a lot of talking and questions and she did such a good job to get me relaxed that it was hard to focus on the words she was saying during the massage. But at the same time I really appreciate it because she explained what she was going to do so that I understood the process. My only complaint is that they didn't ask me if I wanted a two-hour massage because I could have laid on that table for the whole day!! We love Handcrafted Healing! I have been going to them for the past 5months and have had great experiences with several therapists. They offer a very welcoming environment and take the time to make sure you have a great experience. I personally prefer a deep tissue massage and feel that many therapists are trained in this technique along with several others such as cupping that are very beneficial. I have a monthly membership, that has enabled me to also send a guest or family members to enjoy when I can not. They have all loved it and asked to return. Therapeutic massage is my focus. I went here with girlfriends and this was one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. We called two days before and they were so sweet to accommodate three women at the same time. I loved the comprehensive intake form and how my masseuse saw me early, so that we could discuss my medical history. My massage was nothin short of amazing. I drive by this business's attractive office frequently and have been curious for a while. I have spine problems chronically and usually use movement and stretching for some relief, but I really irritated my cervical spine nerves preparing for a yard sale. I called for an ASAP massage with someone who could work on almost intractable knots. The receptionist consulted with someone and said that Channing was the man. YES he was! Channing had hands of iron and unflagging energy. He addressed my neck and shoulders first, as they were my reason for coming, but went on to provide some relief for my long-standing sciatic pain. Channing employed both prolonged single-site pressure (for those pesky knots) and also sweeping movements over a larger area that were skilled enough for me to experience some relief just from that movement. The Room was comfortable--dim lights, meditative music, and lovely soft linens for the massage table. Overall, a delightful visit that I hope to repeat soon. read more

Great location, amazing staff, and affordable prices! I was looking for a local place where I'd be heard about what I needed and given personalized treatment. Kristina at Handcrafted Healing did just that, she asked for my preferences, made sure I was comfortable, and did an AMAZING job. She really tackled all the stress I held on my back and neck, and offered me some advice as to how to stretch out the muscles. She is also very knowledgeable on aromatherapy and we were able to bounce ideas back and forth on which oil combinations to use to help me in the future. I've been working with Kelly for almost a year and she's helped heal my pain issues which stem from many years of serious surgeries.
