After coming here a couple of months, they destroyed our nail bed!! They continuously grind away at the natural nail until raw and painful nail bed before applying several coats of dip to replace the nail they just eradicated. Unskilled filing left cracks up the nails that came up very painfully. I say "they" because the appointment was always with Cecilia but the owner/husband would always grind and file before she grinned and filed some more. Nails were always overworked, sore and raw before first brush. And the man was always a bit too pushy and touchy for my taste. I was uncomfortable since day one; and asked him to stop touching my arm/shoulder. Im sure it's innocent but not professional. We have had to rest & take care of our nails at home because of how painful all the cracks and lack of nail bed have been. Never going back!

I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. I had a great experience here! The salon is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service was thorough. Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had…read more I'm a full-time working mom with 6-month-old twins, and today--on my birthday--I finally carved out time after 4 exhausting weeks to do something for myself: a simple fill with red French tips, which is my go-to. I even showed a reference photo. What I got was not French at all. The tech literally painted half my nail with no curve, no shape--nothing close to what I asked for. When he asked if I liked it, I calmly and honestly said no. That's when everything went downhill. He immediately became aggressive--yelling at me, grabbing my finger and squeezing it painfully while roughly wiping it with acetone. He stood over me, continuing to yell in his language and making angry gestures. I was the ONLY customer in the salon, and not one other employee stepped in to help or de-escalate the situation. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable being berated like that by a man over simply giving honest feedback. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I just said it wasn't French. I had to call another worker over myself to show the issue, all while he continued yelling. At that point, I just asked to pay and leave so I could go somewhere else. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Do NOT go here--especially if you expect basic professionalism or respectful treatment. My nails lasted 4 weeks whereas usually they were breaking or peeling by week 2! I was so pleased with their materials and the nail tech.
