It was not excellent at all! And it was not "Quality" Cleaning. After they left I walked into the kitchen and the floor was sticky where they had mopped. The kitchen wastebasket had not been cleaned. The fruit bowl on the counter had a sponge and a rag sitting in it next to the fruit! The 2 women chattered incessantly and loudly. I asked them politely to keep their voices down and they didn't respond to me but kept chatting at a slightly reduced level. I found dust and drink rings on glass tables and dust balls on the carpet. This is one of these cleaners that makes fancy doo-dahs out of the toilet paper and kleenex rather than leave your home sparkling. I was astonished and am faced with an invoice that I will reluctantly pay. I wrote to Kathy, the owner. When she emailed me back, she was defensive and insulting and didn't even put a signature to her curt response.
