Those need to be re placed with smaller rails. Never came back to finish unpainted door in master bathroom, and fuse box. Needs to come finish caucking around the tile and base trim. Left paint stains on my carpet and patio. Does not return my calls/text.

That was the last straw. I would not hire him again. If you say you're going to do something, you need to do it and not string along customers.

I personally had a negative experience with Sergio and Reyes Custom Floors…read more Sergio agreed to stain the floors in my rental property and gave me the SurfKoat brand color chart to choose from. Sergio was told that the color looked nothing like the sample and he said he would do a test spot. Segio instead stained the floors an ugly yellow color and later admits he did not use the agreed upon SurfKoat products. When I spoke to him about the matter, Sergio got extremely angry and aggressive. His communication skills were terrible. Sergio started demanding final payment before the polyaspartic coat went on. Again, Mr. Reyes temper comes through when I tell him final payment will not be released until I check the work myself, the polyaspartic is put on and the job is finished. When we went to inspect the floors, we notice how poorly the job was done. Squeegee marks are evident in the concrete, the stain was painted on, not sprayed on as per the instructions of the product, there are large black marks throughout, and the color is not what we agreed on. Mr. Reyes did not cover my newly painted walls/baseboards and got stain splatter all over the property. At this point, Mr. Reyes admits he has made mistakes and verbally tells BJ Jones he will refund my money. Mr. Reyes also verbally tells my property manager he will refund my money. I provided all the documentation and photos that Mr. Reyes requested. When they went to collect the funds which Mr. Reyes agreed to return, Mr. Reyes was not home. At this point, Mr. Reyes father gets involved. He admits his son's behavior is not acceptable agrees confirms the money will be returned. The father later calls to admit his son is in a bad place financially and does not have the money for the refund. The father agrees to pay the refund the next day. The father does not show up and no money was ever returned to us. Mr. Reyes then proceeds to contact an an attorney who offers us $500 if I agreed to not leave a review.

After receiving the quote, upon Greg's advise, we went to The Tile Shop in Southlake, where Diane helped us to design our entire master bath - she was fantastic. She coordinated directly with Greg for the amount of supplies and all we had to do was provide payment. We have remolded nearly our entire house and this was by far the simplest design phase we have ever been through. Even better, we received 20% off for labor day weekend! We picked out our granite from another of Greg's connections and we were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Wonderful! After picking out all our materials, Greg began the renovation on a Monday (and aside from a small hiccup with tile not being ready for pick up) was able to finish majority of the work by the weekend. I was so impressed with how quick Greg's team worked in addition to how they basically wrapped up everything in our master bedroom so that nothing would get dusty. They also cleaned up their workspace ever single day. The glass guy took a few weeks to install the glass (couldn't measure until tile was complete), but other than that it was a very painless project.
