We had existing duct work, but no central AC -- so it's been on the project list for a few years, but as many people are I'm working from home right now and faced with a warm summer, installing AC moved up the list quickly. We called and spoke with Ashton, and were promptly scheduled for an in-person estimate -- which we found to be thorough and fairly-priced with no crazy upsells. As a bonus, Ben is just a heck of a nice guy and great to chat with, and we felt very comfortable entrusting him with the work. He's knowledgeable and spent time to explain everything so that we felt well-armed to make our decision. Ben and Kelsey came back out and in one (long, full, really hot) day had our AC totally installed and blowing cold. They arranged to have the electricians out at the same time (who also did a great job) and it was clear that they've worked together for a while -- for us, it was totally seamless while they coordinated the work together and got it all done. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. They approached the project with integrity and took care of every detail, then walked us through all of the work when they were done. They stand behind their work with warranties and courtesy rechecks too. They will absolutely be our first call when it's time to replace our furnace, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing heating or AC.
