Bhavesh and Handy Hippos were fantastic! Not only did the provide excellent service -- they were available for next-day service. All other places needed a week in advance. Bhavesh was very communicative and we talked about concerns prior to installation (my walls are plaster so I was worried if it was possible to wall mount). Bhavesh assured me he knew how to do this service and he did so quickly and efficiently. Not only is he excellent in his trade, his customer service is unbeatable. He worked with me to ensure the tv was at the level of my preference. I plan on doing a gallery wall around the tv so this height was perfect for me. They did a great job on a particularly complicated project. I had an above the fireplace pull down mount from Monoprice for my LG GX where the gauss spring was about to fail (and a few other issues that didn't make me want to keep it). So I needed them to come in unmount the tv, take the old mount down, install a new mount from MantleMount and then remount the TV. The whole thing took at most 90 minutes. They were clean (e.g cleaned up all the dust they created and wore covers over their shoes), responded well to requests to tweak the mount (e.g adjusting the mount's handle position), and seemed familiar with this type of TV mount (which is impressive given a MantleMount may be the most complex type of mount you can get). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any TV mounting job. read more

We needed a 65" tv mounted above our fireplace and after receiving some outrageous estimates from audio visual installers, we came across Handy Hippos on Yelp. They had many 5 star reviews and the pictures of other completed projects looked great. We decided to give Handy Hippos a chance and we are glad we did. Bhavesh arrived with two other workers and ran power and HDMI cables behind the fireplace. I was impressed with their attention to detail and care for the surrounding areas. Fantastic work for a reasonable price. I was so nervous about replacing a ceiling fan as I was afraid the new one would wobble or make noise with an improper installation, and was having trouble finding someone who could work with my vaulted angled ceiling. After requesting a photo of the space, Mr. Shah assured me it would be fine for them, and said they would even assemble my new fan. All work was done neatly, quickly, and perfectly.
