As he was doing the front door repair he noticed that the weather stripping seals were bad, so he let me know and replaced those too. He also replaced a latch on a slider that's been broken for a while, repaired a garage side door with terrible weather stripping, installed a couple of new electric lights that have not worked for a year and took care of a long to do list that we are not skilled enough to do ourselves.
