I checked here on Yelp and and found Miguel and all of his 5-star ratings and had him come over and give me an estimate. I gave him the job and his team did incredible work. A lot of my old paint was in rough shape. Their prep was awesome, the board repairs turned out great and they put two coats of paint on the whole house and trim. Everything turned out better than my expectations...check out the pictures! I did get second quote from another highly rated company on Yelp... their estimate was THOUSANDS more than Miguel's. Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

His workers carefully painted over the cans the "INT"erior and when I told them to leave the left over paint once finished, they were reluctant. I found out why! I confirmed with Kelly More paint store he had purchased a crazy amount of gallons all INTERIOR PAINT. Jeff the owner denied it. I made sure he repainted the entire house with the EXTERIOR paint! It came very close to a law suit. He did this to save money. Be warned, do not go with this company ever. It is sad but true.

We got multiple bids from companies and Church and Son's was on par with the other companies. I chose local East County companies to get bids from and Church and Son's is based out of East County. The owner is very personable, professional, and his years of style experience show. He (thankfully) offered some very wise color ideas that really made our home pop. The crew, led by Jorge, was very precise and professional. They took their time covering items so paint did not go where it was not supposed to. They also worked efficiently and even in spite of the weather that kept interfering were able to finish within the week. The owner raises his son whom is an absolute delight. He has down syndrome and came towards the end to meet us. I whole heartedly recommend Church and Son's.
