Instead of explaining what happened, they scheduled another appointment without asking if I was available. After I complained, the supervisor, Ray, apologized and personally assured me George would come the next day. Then two different plumbers showed up hours earlier than the scheduled appointment while I was leaving for physical therapy. Later that afternoon, George called to explain his work van had been broken into and the replacement part had been stolen. While I understand emergencies happen, he assured me the part would be reordered and that someone would contact me. No one ever did. A week later I called Ray myself. He said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I then sent him a detailed text explaining everything and requesting an update. That was ignored too. Meanwhile, my shower continues to leak every day, wasting water and increasing my water bill. The biggest issue isn't the delay--it's the complete lack of communication and accountability. Multiple missed callbacks, a no-call/no-show, appointments changed without my approval, and repeated broken promises are simply unacceptable. The technician showed up a hour late and said that they would be able to unclog the drain for us at a discounted rate of $300, but added that "it will drain better but can't guarantee how significantly better." That concerned us but we thought fine, as long as our bathtub drains normally. To our concern, the technician struggled to the point where he had to call in another technician for assistance. He then could not replace the screw on our faceplate, stating that the hole was stripped, and just left it as it is! We were concerned but he assured us that this new hole won't create any leaks and that any water that gets through the hole would just go down the drain. However, this now creates the new problem - we can't take any baths because this new hole drains our bath water. Now we have to hire someone else to replace the faceplate. Two stars for clearing the drain, -3 stars for creating another problem and just leaving it. **Edit: my roommate called to complain, especially since the technician told her it would be a $700 2-man job to replace the screw. They sent the manager over. He managed to place the screw back with some 409. They gave a 30 day warranty if the drain backs up again. 4 stars, minus 1 only because we shouldn't have to go through this ridiculous song and dance in order to finish the job we paid for.

So this review is about the service Chris provided. He was very responsive to messages and…read morereturning phone calls but did not do a great job in the small leak I had. One of the connector under my sink was leaking. He changed it but forgot to one small part inside the line (according to the other plumber who came at a later date to fix the problem). The problem was not obvious initially, but after 2-3 months the connector portion started leaking more and more. That was one reason for this review. Another reason is, I had problem with my shower temperature and suspect something is wrong with shower cartridges. However Chris told me he doesn't know how to take this shower handle off so he needs to cut off the handle to access inside and so I will have to replace the handle as well if I want the job done. Well, the plumber that fixed my sink issue had no problem taking off the handle. He did have to spend a bit more time figuring it out. There is some corrosion around the screw area but it was doable. So either Chris ability is not as good or he doesn't have the patience to figure it out. For that reason, the service he provided a few months back was not satisfactory
