Carl is the type who genuinely have his heart on work. He doesn't give you fancy talks or give you a low bid to get the project and then cut corners to make profit. I have worked with too many contractors and painters who promise one thing and do another when you are not there to supervise, but Carl you can just leave the complete project to his team from start to finish without having to worry if things will go wrong or if they will use inferior or diluted paint. He knows what he is doing and cares enough for his business and his customers to ensure the quality of his work will last many many years. I tried many Korean painters who have hundreds of 5-star reviews, but their work is only good for a couple years before you start to notice the paint fading and peeling. As I become more experienced with this industry, I am starting to understand the importance of getting something done right from the outset. To save a few thousand bucks with some cheap contractor could oftentimes translate into having to invest more to make up for the poor job done. Carl may not give you the lowest bid in terms of numbers, but he is definitely the most reasonably priced if assessed for the quality of work and the money's worth. He was also confident in creating my swing set even though it was a custom made project.
