I went back 3 times and not one product came anywhere close to being what was needed. the product they kept showing me had almost NO arch support and the little bit of curve in the support was not even in the right spot as was needed for my foot. I even gave them my plaster casts and that was no help. They dont do plaster casting, they only shove your foot into some sort of mushy stuff. I paid them the 200 bucks so that I could get my plaster casts back and left. i would love to know if there is any other place than Hanger to go to help my foot! Answered the survey afterwards and got a call from a corporate guy asking why I would rate low...hr was full of excuses rather than promise to do better.... basically lying about what happened and I know full well what happened. So to be clear guy from the company said even though I called ahead with a paid approval from insurance and they ensured me it would be there it either was sold within the week, or I had to get fitted for it ... Neither were true but he continued to bicker. Secondly the only fitting would be telling shoe size on the phone and that was never asked. Failed all the way around. Terrible attitude about it too.

Anyway I'm sad, this guy Mike P. from Saint Crispin's Orthopedic is a highly educated man who has been producing products for over 43 years. Stuff like custom orthotics, special hand made shoes, braces and even prosthetic limbs. He has got to have hundreds, maybe thousands of satisfied customers. People excited to get back in a "moving society." Mike and his wife, Rosemarie have been genuine, compassionate, and caring each time I have needed assistance at Saint Crispin's. I think many of the "stinky reviews" are unjust. Sure, I know that we are subjected to mood changes, but having an appreciation for the training and education, Mike has completed, I'll be a little more patient.

I went into the office for a custom shade during my lunch break and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. My biggest worry was that the shape and color would be so different from my natural teeth. The color match was spot on, and the teeth looked so real you would never be able to notice them. Would highly recommend this lab!!
