When I began having pain from Plantar Fasciitis nearly three years ago, I knew I needed more support under the arch of my foot than my fashionable shoes offered. I feared the only solution would be expensive custom-made orthotics which would be fitted to a few pairs of comfort shoes to be worn every day regardless of outfit. I learned of Soul Insole Shoe Bubble through a Facebook ad. Since it claimed to be a small gel cushion which could fit into many different types of shoes while giving arch support, I ordered one set to try. I was shocked at how transferrable the cushion was, and how it could not be seen even in shoes with open sides. Most of all, I was surprised and delighted that my heel pain quickly resolved with the addition of this product. I now own six pairs and swap them around to whatever shoes suit me. Sandals, ballerina flats, Keds sneakers or boots - the Shoe Bubbles can be used in all of my favorites. When they are looking a bit grungy from lint buildup, I just run them under warm water with a dab of dish soap and let them dry naturally. They are good to go for many more wearings. I'm not a frequent review-writer, but the Soul Insole Shoe Bubbles work just as advertised and are well worth the money. They allow me to indulge my love of shoes without being punished with shooting heel pain.

Very high pressure. I decided on what I wanted because it seemed to improve my posture but told I…read morecouldn't have them because needed to start out "slow" so I purchased the lowest smallest, thin grade "support". I was told to wear them the for 30 min per day then increase wear time. After a week my back hurt more than before so I called to return them. I'm 70 miles from San Marcos but I was within my 7 day return and actually told I had 90 days to return so I didn't panic. I did go 3 days later and was told that whoever told me that was wrong. Clearly employees in this store don't communicate because one says one thing and another says something else completely. I wanted to return them and be done but was told I couldn't do that. Insisted that I try the middle arches even tho I didn't want to but "it's our policy" so returned the beginner pair and tried the middle pair. I had on sandals and was told I should think about putting the Velcro in my shoes if I was going to wear them an extended period. I wasn't planning on it, just the 1 hour break in period. within 30 minutes I lost one of the inserts out of my sandal. I called the store and was told I could buy another set because they were sold in sets only. Here's the problem. From the very beginning it was high pressure to purchase, I was not allowed to purchase the inserts that felt the best because I needed to start with the beginner set. Total cost of all 3 sets would have been over $1,500 which insurance DOES NOT COVER. I wanted a refund but was told I couldn't until I tried the "next step" I was told I should think about putting Velcro in my sandals but not told I need to do it right then. I'm not at all happy with the service or the product. The sales pressure is extreme and there is no communication between staff members regarding the store's policy's . A full refund would definitely be in order.

After 2 visits Dr. Cullen performed the surgery. 2 months later I AM BACK to ALL of the activities I performed before the injury. Now I do it ALL: *lift weights *hike in the mountains * ride bicycle *ride my street and dirt motorcycles NO RESTRICTIONS!
