After numerous attemps to schedule my wine tour, and involving Groupon in my complaint...Tom the owner calls me. He said that this is a business they do on the side and that they only had one limo...for 200 groupons sold. This was never featured in fact their website now DOWN for maintanace shows a full operation of several limo choices. Tom calls me a month ago and asked for two dates that worked for my group. I called emailed and no answer. Their website is down and no response to this date. Groupon refunded the money. Be AWARE of this business. I would never recommend this business to anyone!!

I called Mike(owner) on the morning of…read more12/19/13 to make a reservation for 12/20/13(Friday) for a limo bus service for our business Christmas party. Mike checked his schedule and said he had an opening to pick us up at 6:00PM in Cameron Park that Friday. Friday afternoon(day of party) I spoke on the phone with Mike and he asked me to send him a text message telling him the details of the night; we also went over pricing and agreed the details looked good. I told him we would be heading to Sacramento for dinner and drinks; most likely winding down around midnight. 6:00PM came around, all of our wives and rides had dropped us off at the pickup location that Mike had scheduled us to meet at. 6:19PM comes up; Mike or any of his drivers are no where to be found. I call him to find out ETA, only to get his voicemail. I leave a polite message asking what's up. 6:33(over half hour late) comes with no call back; so I call Mike again. He gives me some run around answer saying he "needs to check his database" to see what's going on. At this point he gave me at least 3 different partial excuses for being late. He then asks if I can give him the details again for the night. Keep in mind this is the same cell phone I had texted all of the details to that afternoon. 6:40PM comes, WITH NO PHONE CALL BACK! I then get a text message from the same exact phone I had text the details to; saying that a driver had never shown and that he suggests I do not wait for his company. At this point our Christman party is completely ruined. Our dinner reservations were at 7:00pm, and we were still standing in a parking lot waiting for our rides to come back. Mike had totally dropped the ball on his services with us that night. As a local guy I had always liked the idea of his company. I wouldn't recommend this guy if it's the last option available. When I text Mike he responds with "I'm not in the office and will call you back tomorrow," with no call back. I was able to get pricing via text at a whopping $72/hr. When I asked to book it via text, surprise surprise, no response. I've called about 3 different times since and still no response! Good luck trying to get this booked!!! I say pay the extra money and get a real bus! TERRIBLE customer service MIKE! TERRIBLE! It's not even worth 1 star!

The staff is wonderful, the hotel not so much! We made reservations for 1 night after wine…read moretasting. The hotel elevator (at least there is one) is the 2nd oldest in CA! My husband uses a mobile scooter to get around. When the elevator came is was grossly uneven with the landing. The woman who check us in showed us a trick to get it flesh so he could get on & off. Not horrible, but time consuming. We got to our room, it's been slightly updated since the 1800's. The owner has not flipped the switch to allow AC. We were not told this so I set the AC to cool only to find out I had turned the heater on!! I couldn't get the window open at first. When I finally did I realized there was no screen! It's too old and dated for my liking. The bathroom floor is not even and slants terribly. Next time I will hunt down a different hotel for sure!.

Just returned from Wench Creek and had a great time!…read more 1. Sites are first come, first serve. Its a large campground so not finding a spot would be surprising. We arrived and quickly found a spot that we liked. Camp Host Dave came up and greeted us and helped up check in right at the site which was nice. He was very nice and said he had been at this location just this year. Our car battery was dead and he kindly helped us with a jump. 2. Sites along the lower loop near the water are LARGE and pretty private. Our site (Number 73) was in close proximity to the bathrooms and water spigot and had a private trail to the beach/lake. Site 84 is nice too with a beach view and easy water access. We will probably stay there next time. 3. The lake was great for swimming. Clean, clear water that was not cold. Our entire family (including our dog) swam for hours. Bring a tube to float on! 4. This campground is QUIET. I know it depends on the groups camping but it was very very quiet every night at 8pm. My husband and I felt bad quietly playing our country music because it was that quiet. 5. Bears will come through here. We were sitting by the fire at 11:30 and I saw a giant moving black blob with glowing eyes and we turned our flashlight on and yep.. Bear. Throw your trash away and put your food in your cars! 6. My ONLY gripe was that this campground seems to have a Yellowjacket problem. There were lots everywhere. With that being said, we were there two nights and none of us got stung. Maybe bring a few Yellowjacket traps to hang on the trees around camp. 7. No showers but they are a quick drive up the road at Fashoda. The closest store is Ice House Resort which is about 15 minutes away. We will be back!

The camp hosts are fucking horrible! 2nd year we have been here(and the last!). Same woman as last…read moreyear with her husband and she is the WORST. She is rude, snappy and very pushy. The camp host double booked a spot possibly. A spot next to us had opened after a young gentleman had been sitting on the back of his jet skis at the spot next to us at 4pm. just a car and jet skis nothing else. No tent no food. No nothing!!. once they left, we went to the kiosk and paid for the site next to us nooooooooo problem! campsite was not reserved there was no ticket on the post saying it was reserved and no personal items left from the previous guests(kid and jet skis)...this was also about 4:00 in the afternoon where check out is much earlier. About 10min later a lady came and started argueeing with my husband that they had reserved the site.... but we had paid for the site and they had no ticket to prove it or reservation confirmation. If the guest did have a reservation the host never posted on the post which is not our fault the ticket should have been posted on the post before the new guests arrived. Mind you its 4pm way past check out time!! Arguement insued with this lady anf she insists and WE pay her 36 dollars for the camps mistake! The host never offered to refund. We had a ticket and sh3 had no proof of anything!!!! We handed $36 to a lady who may not have had a reservation and scammed us! could have been the camp host friends since the camp host didn't seem to want to help!
