Call this company first! If another company was unable to clear the drain, call Brian next. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I had called them first. Unfortunately the first company didn't clear the line and I believed them when they said it couldn't be done. I started calling around to get quotes to dig up the pipe. It was so stressful I even called a real estate broker because I couldn't afford to replace the sewer. Luckily the agent recommended getting a second opinion and I called Hankel's. They spent a lot of time on it since it was tough to clear but they didn't just give up and charge me like the other company. Their price was completely reasonable. They cleared the line!! Bryan is honest! He saved me over $3K as a company told me by sump pump was done and needed replaced- Bryan removed the toilet paper that had dried to the top of it and WHAM- back in business- then he wouldn't even charge me. Bryan came to my new house to fix a toilet that had been draining slowly since I moved in. He easily fixed the problem... a library card was stuck in the toilet. He also removed the caulking around the toilet which was badly done and ugly and explained why you don't actually want caulking around the toilet. Then, I had mentioned that my dishwasher wasn't draining so he fixed that too! On top of all of that, he told me what to look for in future drain problems and the price was beyond reasonable.
