Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

Nicholas suggested that the faucet had become clogged with sentiment and, most likely, all that was needed was to replace faucet. I purchased a new faucet and installed it and the problem was solved. I also explained that I had a frozen main drain plug and he suggested I soak it in WD40. Nicholas did not earn anything from me at that time, but I was so impressed with him and his willingness to share basic information that saved me money, I kept his contact information. I was not able to loosen the drain plug so I called him. He worked with my schedule, came over and he was able to remove the frozen plug so I could flush my water heater. It's really great to meet someone like Nicholas who puts customer service first. I can not recommend Nicholas enough.

Thankfully I found Joe. He was knowledgeable, funny, a great guy and didn't try to upsell a thing. He replaced my water heater at a great price. While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. More if they found other problems and they repeatedly tried to use, used car sales tactics and scare tactics to get me to replace Joe as my plumber and destroy the basement to clear a "block". Joe recommended Colorado Sewer Service and they came out and cleared the "block" in 10 minutes for 1/50th of what they were going to charge to tear up the basement and install a new unnecessary pipe just to begin with, which I am sure they would have tried to turn into a 20k plus job. Joe did a fast and excellent job and is just a good human being. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his business. Without a doubt I will use him for every job I need in the future. Let's start from the beginning. -- I got the pleasure of first meeting Jeff who came out to do an estimate. Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. Rooter Guys truly want to help their customers and not take all the money since they understand house projects and repairs are a huge headache physically and financially. Next he brings out the team Lead Jacob (this guys KNOWS his stuff and years of experience), amazing Cody, and awesome Austin to get another eye over on what their going to do like double checking their work. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking "Oh great. Another expensive bill!!" But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! They were efficient and clean in their work. They communicated and educated every step of the way. They were so professional and nice at the same time. They are licensed and have a warranty. Look no where for your plumbing business. I had my Bradford White water heater installed by Frank and Brett in a tight closet April 6th 2023 and waited to write this review to ensure their work held. Not only did they do a great job they also educated me on how to operate, debug and drain it annually for maintenance. They were professional and planned their work well in advance, asked for photos and measurements so the process was smooth and seamless on installation day. They charged reasonably, didn't feel like they charged us extra for living in North Boulder like a lot of businesses do. Most importantly they treated us like family. I think this extra step of caring for the customer and treating them and their home well really leaves a positive impression for a lifetime. The only thing I would say is to be mindful of is their work hours. They are closed on weekends so if you have an emergency after hours or on weekends not sure if they have a service or contact for that. History: I had originally worked with "Justin" from "Hardline plumbing" in 2018 who was also exceptional and but couldn't find them and their business anymore. Looks like Justin had relocated and Frank and Justin had maybe opened Hardline Plumbing together. We now have "Homestead Plumbing and Heating" instead.
