I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. After you book, it will send you a text message as a courtesy follow-up and a reminder. When my appointment was approaching, I checked in via the URL provided by text message. The URL is also used to track the status of the vehicle; it's a great tool if I was going to drop off my vehicle but instead decided to wait. Even though I had made an appointment, I had to wait in line to be served. I don't see the benefit. Tim eventually assisted me. He walked over to my car to assess the tire. He used a gadget to check the tire tread to see if the condition was safe to drive in. After the examination, two of the front tires were in poor condition. So I had it replaced the same day; they were so efficient that I had my car within an hour; I expected to stay longer because of how busy they were. It's strange that the tire pressure indicator is still on. I did follow their instructions to drive around for at least 15-20 minutes to reset it. I'll have to deal with this tomorrow. Edit: I discovered that the tire pressure light had not been adjusted because the tire in the rear had a low air pressure of roughly 5 PSI. After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.

Since I don't drive much, I didn't notice until Tuesday that one tire had dropped to a pressure of 14, when it should be around 35. I had to go and refill it. Thinking I'd check in over the weekend, I was shocked by what I found. It was unbelievable--they insisted it was the car owner's fault and nothing to do with them. What a coincidence, right? So, within a week, I had to replace another tire and pay for it myself. My experience here was beyond disappointing. I had planned to replace four tires, but ended up replacing five. I won't be returning to this shop again. I'd strongly advise steering clear.

I pulled in the lot a half hour before they open (open at 7:30am). Even in a blizzard, there are folks lining up outside the door 10+ minutes before they open. With a handicap, you might not be able to stand in line for 20 minutes. It would be a great thing to have some number system or way to make an appointment (where that doesn't evolve into a half day thing for an oil change). 2. The parking lot is always choked full of cars. And driving in circles to find a spot isn't the easiest in this lot. Still, this is a great place in terms of value and quality of work.
