For 2-3 months I had to go from Miami to Orlando with NO VEHICLE, when I asked about a loaner they told me I qualify for a loaner because of a policy they have, but they want me to pay $1,230 for a key???? The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual.
