Dr. Bourg and her team are a wonderful dream come true. I've had a lot of experiences with dentist and she is by far the best.

This review is for Dr. Farzin, a superstar & noble hero amongst men in the dental/oral surgery field. I had the honor of being treated / am still under the care of Dr. Farzin for an implant. Unfortunately, as it does happen, my last molar was a root canal & the crown broke off. The person who did it for me years ago wasn't in the field anymore (or didn't want to take responsibility, consider it a bullet dodged) so Dr. Hanna had me seen by Dr. Farzin. Together he came up with a treatment plan for me which included extracting the tooth. Now, that was an ordeal for me because I'm a Nervous Natalie, but he is efficient & thorough in how he works. Yes, extractions aren't exactly fun, but it was not a long or drawn out procedure & I healed well. Fast forward to a few weeks ago where it was time to put in the post for my new tooth. This included a special scan so that he can study & create a method that is precise & quick. I was really impressed at how quickly the procedure was, & yes, although I worried, it was really for nothing. While we wait for healing & for the actual new tooth to be installed, I am currently healing well & will return for a routine x-ray to check on how it's settling in. I really think that Dr. Farzin deserves a special place here within my reviews. For anyone who is nervous with dental things, you're really in good hands at this office with the entire staff. read more

Everyone here is so professional, reassuring, nice. I've had to reschedule my routine cleaning for COVID related concern and it was no problem. Doctor Hanna is very cool and she does a lot of dental work for the closely located Irvine Medical Center. If you're wondering, the office is as clean as a whistle, and soft, calming colors abound. As a dental chicken that stuck to my last dentist until he retired (well over 10 years!), I was so very glad to meet and experience the calming professionalism of Hanna and staff. I would give Dr. Hanna 10 stars if I could. She completely erased my fears of visiting the dentist and she does wonderful work. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for her staff whose mistake cost me hundreds of dollars. I don't think I will be able to return for fear something like that may happen again and then being told it's my fault. So if you want a great dentist, Dr. Hanna is the one but I would definitely beware of the staff. read more

Dr. Hanna and her team are AMAZING! The team has proven to be friendly, welcoming, and great at what they do. I recently went in for a few crowns and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Hanna is also wonderful with children, as my 4 year old daughter recently went in for a cleaning and fillings. Best dentist in the área! read more

Dr. Hanna is a wonderful, gentle, very down to earth dentist. She explains what she's doing and why. I've never met anyone in the medical/dental profession who was as nice and even comforting to be around! Her staff is very nice and bilingual if you don't speak English. **The biggest bonus is she's open on some Saturdays! :) read more

I have been going to Dr. Hanna since I was very young at her Orange location, and to this day I have never had a better experience with a dentist. I live bicoastally in NYC and in Orange County, and I have tried out several "fancy" dentists in NYC and none have compared to Dr. Hanna's incredible service, care, and friendliness. In fact, one office I tried in NYC, bruised a whole side of my face while doing a cavity filling (just one lol). Dr. Hanna has always given me the best feedback, advice, and glowing reports about my teeth, She never tries to upsell but will always suggest when I need to change something in my routine to help my teeth out. I've also had incredible interactions with her beloved front desk team who always remember my name, are so helpful with insurance or answering questions about cash prices for procedures when I haven't had insurance. We have been coming to Dr. Hannah for about five years now, and I could write a book about how happy we are with her, and her office staff. She has been taking care of my daughter's teeth since she was five, and my daughter has no fear of going to the dentist because she has always been treated gently. Our nephew would not even open his mouth for his dentist, but when he came here all of his dental issues went away. He is a model patient. I believe it is because Dr. Hannah and her staff are all very genuine people. My husband has been going to her for three years now, and he has nothing but positive things to say. After going to 5 different dentists and being quoted anywhere from $1500-$4000 to clean and fill varying from 3-9 cavities I came to Dr. Hanna based on a recommendation of a friend. Low and behold I needed ONE cavity filled, a filling in a recent root canal and a cleaning. I have insurance and these other dentists were absurd as to what they were trying to charge me. I left her office without having to cut up any credit cards or start weeping while pulling out my wallet. As far as her bedside manner... she's fantastic. Sweet and supportive lady and her staff was as well. You can tell she's a pediatric dentist by the way she kind of praises you for good oral hygiene. It was very endearing and I certainly didn't mind a pat on the back when I had all these Western Dental type dentists telling me I somehow managed to destroy my teeth in my 20 some-odd years alive. Ridiculous how a healthcare provider can manipulate their patients financially. Dr. Hanna was very adamant that a provider should not be caring for their patients in this way. Wow, I've gone to two other dentists and they couldn't get past my daughter's fear of dentists. The last doctor simply referred her to a specialist for general anesthesia after a failed attempt with nitrous AND valium. My daughter left more scared and traumatized then when she started. TODAY, with Dr. Hannah's gentle and loving demeanor, my daughter has conquered her fear and left Dr. HANNA's office with a smile! Dr. Hanna has been my family Dentist for the last two years. I was very scared about going to a dentist even though I'm a little older and I knew that I needed my teeth worked on. 2016 was my time to get my teeth taken care of. I saw Dr. Hanna on a regular basis and was able to get a partial for my teeth. My front top tooth was missing and I had multiple teeth missing on the top i.e. molars. This place is wonderful, they don't cheat you into or out of anything. Dr. DeBourg is fantastic. Extremely sweet, gentle and understanding. I love the dynamic of the team. After searching around for a dentists for awhile, I was referred by a friend at work to Dr Hanna. Friendly staff, that has been there awhile--nothing like the rotating staff in larger chain offices. No hard sells on laser treatments, whitening, or any other profit making flavor of the day treatment like you get in the chains--refreshing. I absolutely love Dr. Hanna and her staff. I am very particular and obssesed about how my teeth look and feel. I have seen many different dentists over the years but never one that I have have liked. This dentist took over the practice when my last dentist resigned for heath reasons. When I called in April of 2013 to schedule an appointment, I asked about prices. The office staff left me feeling as if I had no right to ask about fees, and it turned into drama just to get them to mention a simple price for an extraction. I did set up an appointment, but then cancelled it the very next day. I just felt as if this dentist does NOT want or need any new clients. The staff went out of their way to make a former patient feel stupid and as if fees are private secrets that they were not willing to discuss. As for the dentist herself? Don't know. Never met the woman or used her services. I got such a bad impression simply from her staff that I would NOT recommend this business to any new clients. There are simply too many dentists who welcome new clients and take pride in making the initial visit a pleasant and rewarding experience. So, why deal with drama and "secret" prices? People make decisions based on the emotions that they feel. Who wants to purchase a service from people who make you feel bad? read more

really lovely dentist. i have a really irregular work schedule and they were able to accommodate me w/o any issues. dr de bourg spent a long time with me explaining why i have the pain i have, trying to mitigate my costs, and being incredibly thorough. she was just lovely and i'm ecstatic that i have found my dentist. she really doesn't try to overcharge you like some. she is really reasonable, friendly, and enthusiastic about dental care! highly recommend her. read more

After a traumatic experience at another dental office I made sure to get a recommendation for the next dentist I went to. My son's teacher recommended Hanna De Bourg where her and her entire family have been going for years. I now know why they love her so much. I would best describe her as a dentist doula.
