Ever since I was a kid I had a phobia of going to the dentist. I recently build the courage to set up an appointment with Dr. Grace based off her reviews on google/ yelp. Thought, "why not just go for a checkup/ cleaning". Turned out I had quite of bit of work to be done with my teeth. I trusted her and gave it shot after some thinking. The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner! Dr. Grace is very caring, professional and definitely knows what she's doing! Her and her staff are amazing! I'm giving 5 stars for Dr. Grace for she is really an excellent dentist for me. She's been taking care of me for almost 6 to 7 years now and I must say she's definitely a keeper! She always make sure that my expectations in coming to her office is met. I lived in Moreno Valley and it is an hour drive minus traffic but I really don't mind because I like Dr. Grace's care and service. Dr Grace has a soft healing hand once she performes her job. She did a very good job both my upper and lower teeth. I had my braces, bridge, and crown done by no other than Dr. Grace. All these jobs she did for me is I'm satisfied. Now, I have confidence in my smile and all thanks to her. Her staff as well is very accommodating and always ready to assist you especially if you have changes in your schedule. A few months ago, I went to see Dr Grace by a friend's referral hoping she can help me. I have experienced being turned down by family dentists from 2 states because I need to be seen by specialists. Dr Grace explained to me what is going on, what needs to be done and on the same day helped me get back my dental health. She is so caring and patient and is very good at what she does. Equipments and tools are very much updated. She uses laser dentistry which has shorter healing time and a lot less pain. I will be seeing Dr Grace again for sure! read more

I am a new patient of Dr Grace Noble-Dy. It's funny that I found her through a flyer from St.Norbert Catholic Church in Orange instead of Yelp. I like the way that Dr. Grace is very thorough and equipped with up to date dental equipments. She has a big tv in her dental room so she can explain the X-ray results soon after it's taken. I've had a tooth that's been bothering me for a while because it was very sensitive to hot and cold, so after thoroughly examining the tooth, a root canal was necessary to alleviate the sensitivity. We scheduled for the procedure and I was very happy with the results and process. She has very delicate hands, you can tell she's very good at what she does. One of her technique is the use of a laser. It is used to destroy bacteria before the tooth gets refilled. I didn't even know those exist. The previous dental offices I've been to doesn't have that machine. This machine helps prevent infections which made my healing process very quick. I highly recommend Dr. Grace and her staff. I know lots of people who hate going to dentists because they fear they'll get upsold to lots of un-needed dental work, but this guy is very fair and honest. I've been with Dr. Grace for a couple of years now as not only my dentist, but also my orthodontist. I don't know if it's common in this professional to be able to do both but if not, it means Dr. Grace is pretty talented. I love the fact that she's flexible with her weekday hours and even works on Saturdays. Otherwise, it'd be a pain for me with my work schedule. She's very knowledgeable about dentistry and orthodontia and will listen to what you have to say when you come see her (e.g. addressing specific pain, making specific corrections to my braces, etc.) Both her and her husband Doug care about their patients and have gone out of their way to help me such as with scheduling appointments and what I mentioned above with addressing concerns about my teeth. I had a very good experience at Dr. Grace's office... well, as good as it gets for going to a dentist's office! My wife had to come in a couple of months before I did to get some work done on an aching tooth, and after her own good experience she recommended that I give them a try since I was long overdue for a cleaning. First off, her staff was very personable and they did not keep me waiting after I had finished filling out the initial paperwork. Fortunately, my x-rays didn't show any cavities but Dr. Grace let me know what I needed to focus on in order to stop the areas that were at risk (hint: floss everyday kids). It was pretty cool to see the x-rays immediately on the LCD screen, I was pretty impressed with how hi-tech her equipment was compared to my last dentist out of Newport Beach. As far as the cleaning, I am a little ashamed to admit that she had her work cut out for her on removing the tartar buildup, but it was a nice change to have most of it done with the ultrasonic equipment as opposed to the metal scrapers my last dentist would use exclusively. We will definitely be back, she and her staff had me laughing a good amount of the time (luckily not when there were tools in my mouth) and I'm glad to have finally upgraded to an overall better dentist experience. read more

WORST DENTIST ever!!!! She charged my dental insurance for multiple filings that were NOT performed. She wasted my precious time multiple times for appointments intended for cavity fillings, but all she did were quick cleanings because she is busy with other customers!!! I highly recommend Dr. Grace Noble-Dy! She is very kind and her office has an atmosphere that is relaxed but also professional. The work she's done on my teeth so far has been stellar and performed gently. Even the deep molar x-rays done by her assistant were hardly uncomfortable (usually this gives me a gagging sensation, but this was not the case here). They are rude. They didn't even bother to say hi . The first question I got from them was "you have an appointment after 20 mins". They don't let you know what they are doing. They keep doing their thing as if you don't exist even after they see you waiting. The worst service Ever. The doctor rushed through my cleaning. She was done in literally 5 mins. She was too lazy to use manual scaler. She kept using ultra sonic scaler despite of knowing it was hurting me. She made a mess with water on my face due to being rough and super fast . She was hurting me but she wouldn't slow down, after a while she realized that I was jumping so she just skipped the stained teeth that were sensitive. She didn't bother to use manual scaler and she only cleaned some of the teeth which had stains. The Dr is very very rough and sloppy. The assistant took longer to polish than the doctor took to clean my teeth that's how fast the Dr cleaned my teeth. She didn't even go over my X-Rays or told me anything at all besides telling me that I need cleaning every 6 months because that's where she makes $$. read more
