I have tried multiple nail salons and this is definitely one I am going to continue going to for a long time! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by I believe the owner who is incredibly nice and even if you don't have an appointment, they are thoroughly staffed, so you get in basically right away, even on a Sunday! There is no smell of harsh chemicals like other salons, and my nails have never looked better in my entire life. I've gone to a few different people here, and they are all consistently amazing. This is also the first nail salon I have been to where my nails don't break! I'm not sure if it's because it's not acrylic? But either way, I seriously am so impressed. It's very relaxing environment with upbeat, but calming music and there are multiple TVs with different programs on! I have received a pedicure here as well before, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had any nail salon! I drive across town to come here, and it is absolutely worth the drive, and I will continue to do so! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough and I'm so happy I stumbled upon it!

I have never had this particular nail tech until today. He was incredibly rough with the filing, buffing and cuticle cutter. I always feel relaxed when I go there but today the experience literally hurt. I see my toes when they are done and there's red polish all over my skin. Then I get the dip done and it again is all over my skin and looks so messy! I typically live all of the people who work here and find them very welcoming, I just feel like lately everything is rushed. I do recommend this place, however I only now trust a few of the nail techs now to do a really good job. My whole bill was $120, so this was incredibly disappointing.

We got some New Year's gifts on our way out including $10 off our next visit and moisturizer. I feel the pricing to be fair. Didn't quite understand the 6% cash discount as the posted price of $30 for a pedicure is what I paid in cash. No signs said that the posted price was the cash price, but it was so reasonable that I didn't mind. I'm a stickler when I see cash discounts at shops or gas stations - I just don't like it personally. But I understand why the business does it. I had cash so I paid cash. But in a world where convenience is key, blatantly asking for cash is something I find a bit tacky. Off my 'cash please' soapbox- this salon was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

While it was sooner than 24 hours, this was her first offense and she felt bad about it. We simply didn't have a choice. It was Cindy's response that disgusted me. She called my wife back and yelled at her, saying her business was no longer welcome and to never call again. Then I called and politely left a message asking to resolve this, as she does fantastic work and we would continue to going to her business. She responded by calling my wife back again, saying that she and I were both "idiots" and to never call again. Don't worry Cindy. I'll make sure I tell anyone who will listen that you don't appreciate loyal customers and that you will sooner yell at them and throw them out, even if you were friendly to them first. I hope you change your approach to handling customers, even when they make a mistake. And if you don't do that, then I sincerely hope your business closes down forever.
