She also told me that I had two ringworms on my scalp and continued to finish up my appointment. Naturally I went to urgent care and was told it was Dermatitis. Then I had a follow-up appointment with my dermatologist the spots were annular brown macules in other words flat moles. Not ringworm or Dermatitis. After the appointment I reached out to Cici asking for shampoo/conditioner recommendations and she informed me that she would get back to me. After a week goes by I texted her as a gentle reminder and she asked me to give her additional time as she likes to take her time to consider all aspects of the clients hair when recommending hair products. It's been over a month now, so I assume I will not be getting those recommendations. Now onto the cost, I was utterly shocked how much I was charged (over $450). When I scheduled the appointment I asked for a cut and color on shoulder-length hair. I was charged for cut, customized color, two hair treatments and for going over 30 mins. I did not ask for hair treatments nor did I know I was receiving hair treatments. And I was early to the appointment so there was no reason to charge me $65 for going over 30 minutes. Her pricing is no where to be found online or in the salon. I won't be going back and will not recommend this salon to others. I decided to check on yelp hoping to find someone that would be able to take me ASAP! KRYSTLE had a bunch of excellent reviews so I decided to give her a shot. I called and got an appointment for the very next day! Krystle is amazing!!! I have naturally light brown hair but I high light it blonde. She used like 3 colors and used plastic wrap- totally cool technique I had never experienced before! My high lights are the best they have EVER been!! They go right to the roots and look very natural. She used Aveda products (which I love) and recommended some things to help me style my hair at home. GO SEE KRYSTLE! She is the best! And she's super nice and fun to talk to! I wish I could come see her more often :(
