I made it to the location although they were very nice, the person they had remove my nails was not nice when it came to actually removing them. While they did cut the nails down (which I didn't mind), and they did soak the gel polish off, (which was normal), when he used the e-file, there were several times when he was filing that it started to burn, which means either he's filing my actual nail plate down too low or it's too hot. Imagine my surprise when I get back to my hotel, my nail beds are red and pink. I cannot put them under any sort of water or soap. Everything hurts! I got my nails removed to get them redone and now I can't get them redone because my nail beds are too thin. They are so painful and I'm so angry! I'm considering some sort of legal action!

Just had the worst over phone and in person experience with any salon ever! My teen daughter went…read moreto get her hair done before heading back to college, she asked for her whole head to be lightened(blondish)and highlights(caramel), didn't ask for a hair cut but they said they had to cut the perimeter( just about 1/4 inch) or her hair would break. I come home to my daughter sobbing and her thick wet curly hair cut above her shoulders. She shows me a picture of when she got home from the salon, in the picture her hair is dry and I can see that curly hair is almost to her ears, not to mention how short the top, side and now she has bangs( her bangs were almost grown out fully and didn't ask for bangs) that stick straight out when dry...yeah the cut is horrible, yeah they didn't dye/lighten her hair, yeah they didn't color the highlights the right color. You'd think that's why it was horrible but it's not it was the owner telling my daughter to stop crying it's only hair, the terrible listening skills.I know NOTHING about cutting or dying hair, but I do know when someone is talking in circles. For everything I explained was wrong with her hair they(owner and Jessica the stylist) kept circling back with another lie, then with every lie they just told I called them out on it was met with oh we can just...oh we can just...and those "oh we can do" was told they couldn't do it 5 minutes earlier in our conversation. So they break out the "color book" to give me some education on what is caramel color is...they show me the color they used on her highlights it says golden blonde, then the owner says well her natural color is almost caramel ( it's not, not even close ) so then I pull up the highlighted hair and asked is this caramel, with all their lies they agreed she did ask for caramel highlights, yet her highlights are almost bleach blonde color. When ask why they didn't lighten her hair it was well her natural is caramel and in 2 weeks she would have roots. Then the owner says, to my daughter, " why would you want your hair like that?" In the meanest "mean girl" tone. My response was it's her F***ing hair! (1 of only 2 times during it all. cursing not my thang lol) During our conversation with them they kept saying they could fix it and would not give give a refund of any kind. We refused to have them fix it because of all the "oh you can't do that " turned to" oh you shouldn't do it, but we can to fix her hair" and basically making fun of how my daughter wanted her hair to her face. I'm not upset my daughter got a horrible hair cut and dye job happens to us all and we get over. I'm upset with how they didnt listen to her requests, treated her when when we returned to fix it, how one of their clients chimed in and was disrespectful to my daughter, that was the point I knew it was time to leave. As we walked out the salon the owner who is now with rude client says " Hope you get your hair fixed, lol. " With my return comment "word of mouth is a B***H".
