This nail salon was okay. I went in for a pedicure and opted for the more expensive option, assuming it would include callus remover, but it did not. I'm not really sure what was different about it, other than lavender lotion and being around $20 more expensive. With that being said, my nail technician did a really good job around my toenails, spending a lot of time clipping and scrubbing. She did not do much with my callus though I would come here again, but would get the cheaper pedicure. read more

I love going and getting my nails and toes done here! I have been going here for years. Everyone is superrr nice and patient. It is very clean and they have so many colors to choose from. I get crazy nails, they never fall off and i can get fills once a month. Willow is the best at it and does all my designs as shown below. They even have glow in the dark. It is a little tough to get a walk in appointment as they are so popular they get busy. This is one of my favorite places, they are so nice and prices aren't bad at all. So affordable! read more

This is definitely my new nail spot! The staff is super personable. They take out the time to introduce themselves and ask your name. They pay a lot of attention to detail to make sure you get exactly what you ask for. They make a point to sanitize often. Needed 3 coats to even look decent and still looked like stripes, the front desk person avoided the issue when I made it clear it wasn't acceptable. I'm in town for the holidays and was in much need of a manicure! Saw pictures of Kyla's Nail Spa online and decided to give them a try. The salon is very clean and staff was very professional. Most importantly my nails turned out perfect. I was very lucky not having to wait at all on Christmas Eve! They also have a huge selection of colors to choose from. I made an appointment to have my nails fixed because the previous nail salon I went to did a bad job. I booked my appt through facebook and I arrived 15 mins early for my appt and she was able to take me in right away. She did exactly what I wanted and made good conversations. I wish I knew her name. If I could give a zero, I would. I booked the appointment and was very precise about having gel on my hands that would need removal AND that I wanted a French manicure, dip powder AND that I wanted a pedicure but no polish on the toes (just cleaning them up, trimming, etc.) When I arrived, one of the staff asked me if I was getting a powder dip. I said "Yes, but I have gel on now, and I want a French manicure today." Apparently she only heard 'gel' ... more on that later. I sat in the pedicure chair, feet in the water. About 10 minutes later, a staff member came over. We said hello but was apparent to me that she struggles with English. That's fine -- I don't need conversation. I told her I had two sore toes and to please be careful. As she worked she was not particular careful with my sore toes, but I can deal... until: She cut my toe (digging cuticle out of the corner) and it bled and she was completely unconcerned. She had me put my foot back in the water (I'm hoping there was disinfectant in there). She worked on my other foot, then came back to the other one -- when I pulled it out of the water, still bleeding. She shrugged and started to work on that corner again and I told her not to touch that toe anymore. 20 minute later to the manicure station. I again said "We're doing a powder dip French manicure, right?" and she nodded. Then after cleaning, shaping (didn't use a fresh smoothing block on me... ick), I said "I like a very sheer pink over the French manicure... not just clear." She brought me samples-- none were sheer. I ended up choosing the closest I could find but was, apparently, unable to precisely explain what I wanted in a way she could understand. She proceed to put color on -- NO dip -- and when I said "How you going to the do the dip over the painted nail?" she was clearly confused. Her colleague (I"m guessing the owner) said "Oh no. When you checked in I asked if you were getting dip and you said 'gel'." At that point I was DONE. Sure-- blame the customer. Sure -- make the customer bleed. Sure--don't offer to remove what you've done (one nail) and make it right. So: although I really wanted to like this place (my friend raves about it and it's closer to my house), even if I had a gift certificate...NEVER again. If you choose to go: write down precisely what you want. Don't expect clean tools. Bring neosporin. read more

MY NEW FAVORITE SALON!! Before I came here, I had got a full set at another salon, and was very unsatisfied. The shape was off, the design wasn't like the picture, so I said I wouldn't go back. Recently found this place on Instagram and messaged one of the nail techs. I sent her a photo of nail art i liked & Lee assured me she could do it. So I made the appointment and went, IT WAS AMAZING! First of all, the salon is beautiful, very modern and clean. ALL the staff were so kind, very friendly and welcoming. My nail tech Lee, also gave some insight on some ideas for my nails. I took her advice and I am so impressed. Lastly, the price was very reasonable for a gel fill, designs, and diamonds on some nails. So not only was the staff amazing, so was service, and so were prices. Will definitely be coming back. If you haven't not come here, please consider it, you will not regret it! read more

They sat with me for so long and the artist took her time making sure everything was perfect. They even posted my nails on their Instagram which I find just so cute. To be honest, I'm not very satisfied. They promptly took me into an appointment last minute, which was very good on their part and I was appreciative of that. The place looks very nice and neat and they also have a large selection of nail colors. However, I had an older woman who did my nails. They don't look bad by any means and are pretty but some of them are filed slanted. I also felt like after I went to the dryer that she was inattentive. She put me there, went to the back for a while and had not come to check to check on me and see how my nails were drying. Shortly after she came from the back, I saw her put on her coat and leave. No one checked on me and only one of the girls had said goodbye once I got my stuff. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I thought I would switch up salons and this place has me missing my old one. My first time, I left Kyla with many cuts on my fingers that Quang laughed about when I winced at the pain. The ladies here were very nice but Quang made me extremely uncomfortable. I didnt think much of it at first until I went back. I had some calluses on my hand that he asked about, which I said was from working out. He proceeded to reach UNDER the plastic barrier to feel my arms for my "muscles" which caught me completely off guard. I laughed it off in awkwardness, and he did it again. He proceeded to do my nails and while he was buffing them, he jokingly used the buffer on my skin, which resulted in scratches. I left that day, beyond uncomfortable, with scratches on my skin, and again, with cuts on my cuticles. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Best nail salon I have been to in the area... hands down. This place is clean, and the staff is friendly and personable. I brought in a picture of the nails I was hoping copy, and Willow did them exactly like the picture! The staff of very kind... they offered to walk all of the customers out to their car with an umbrella.... as it was pouring rain outside. This will be my new nail salon!
