While I understood what that meant, I thought that it was a good deal and we went ahead and did so. The wedding photos turned out well, and she got them to us eventually (about three weeks late). She's very poor about communication and following through on her commitments. My wife has tried to contact her dozens of times about the canvas that we were promised, and she continues to deflect, blaming the printer or the shipper or anything else. It's been 5 months since the canvas was supposed to be shipped. She's very kind in person, but her customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired.
