I waited a while to do this but…read morebasically last Tuesday on 01/08/2025 I thought to go get a pedicure everything was fine until she started cutting my toenails, she cut my cuticle really deep causing me to react and bleed.I told her that hurt and she kept going then proceeded to do a poor paint job. Long story short it's been a week and my cuticles on both big toes are still super inflamed and maybe infected. Even then they partially gave me my money back and profusely apologized but I still was unsatisfied so this is just for everyone thinking about going there I will now probably have ingrown toenails for a long time thanks to this place. They had lots of colors to choose from and they only use gel polish which made it easy! I didn't have an appointment I just walked in around 2 pm on a Saturday and was seated quickly and the nail tech was already there ready to go! They offer complementary drinks and have lots of tv's to occupy your time. My nail tech was very nice and professional and I could tell she had been doing this a long time! No complaints , will definitely return and maybe try doing my nails as well next time!

I wanted duck nail white tip, I showed the picture I wanted and asked from the very beginning how much the nails would be. They never gave me an answer and I asked about 4 times, the lady came to get me and proceeded to sit me and put nails on me that were not duck tip and still hadn't told me the price for the short nails I wanted. So now I'm frustrated because now I'm asking her if she's going to be able to make them look like duck nails? she ignores me then takes the nails off and finally finds the duck tip. Well the man from the front finally comes around to let me know how much my nails would be, which were at $105 for small white tip duck nails & 2 fingers with a palm tree. I said oh no thank you I will do just the French tip with no design, they said $85 but with the discount they had going on, it would come out to it being $75 and I was like okay thats fine I'll do that. I felt the lady frustrated with me already, because I'm asking for her to make my nails shorter and she just wouldn't go shorter. I'm guessing she was trying to keep the price high I'm really not sure but I like short nails so just do them short, right? She finally starts making them shorter like I asked but also starts filing the side of the nail, which is taking away the duck nail form. So I know now she's being petty with me for simply asking for what I want on the nails I'm paying for. I'm like okay I'm done with this just take my nails off because she clearly wasn't getting what I wanted. I was going to give her $20 for wasting her time/nail tips. She took it upon herself to grab my hands roughly and slapped one of my hands and made a smart comment like "calm down girl it's okay" puts it into a little bucket with acetone to remove the tips I'd imagine. She takes off the "product/nail tip" but she ends up leaving my hands looking worse than what they already looked. I don't think it's fair to be treated such way when I was going in to come back out feeling pretty, instead I came out crying because I felt like shrek with these hands. Maybe if I had a different lady working on my nails, it could've been a different story. The fact that they let me walk out like this, shows a lot about this place. Wouldn't recommend

The nail tech gave three different prices for gel addition, said 20, then 15 then kept switching it up. I got regular polish on my toes and just stayed with gel manicure because she couldn't get the price right on the feet and I felt so uncomfortable. I have to cut my nails short and asked specifically for her not to let the edges get squared and she left one of my nails intentionally square. I clipped it myself after she kept saying "yeah yeah I know I know" it was such a surprise to hear the rudeness and blatant rude remarks. I asked to speak with a manager at the end of the job and she spent a little time working on my hands then went to sit down and said she'd do my nails at the end. She got another client so I asked someone if they could do my gel manicure because I'd been there a long time and didn't want to do the whole thing after my pedicure. One woman said she had an appointment, they asked a younger woman to do it and she shook her head. I finally said I'd leave without my manicure getting done just the pedicure and they said okay they'll do it. It seemed like everything was fine but my gel manicure came out terrible. It looked relatively fine when I left but now there are ripples. This has never happened with a gel manicure. I did notice they were frequently using a polish shaking machine, so I'm sure their gel polish may be heavily diluted. The toes of course chipped same day but that's because they're regular polish. I'm just so surprised at the poor customer service and poor job.

I'm so annoyed because this was not $40 worthy. In addition, they charged my boyfriend for an extra service when he specially asked for a different pedicure. When we went to pay, the owner didn't even hesitate to swipe his card when we mentioned it. Instead, he said "No, it's $40". I'm not returning here because clearly they don't care about overcharging you and providing terrible service.

She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. It also seems that Miss Karen is the only person that can do more complex work so there can be a bottleneck involving her. 4.85/5

Made a reservation on class pass and was contacted less than a day before my appointment and told…read morethat class pass reservation wouldn't be accepted. I asked for my credit to be refunded, because class pass charges a late cancellation fee. If I were to cancel on my end, the owner did nothing to try to help me accommodate for her late cancellation on me. I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there. I'm a firm believer that some businesses should go out of business, especially if they're poorly managed...
