I waited a while to do this but…read morebasically last Tuesday on 01/08/2025 I thought to go get a pedicure everything was fine until she started cutting my toenails, she cut my cuticle really deep causing me to react and bleed.I told her that hurt and she kept going then proceeded to do a poor paint job. Long story short it's been a week and my cuticles on both big toes are still super inflamed and maybe infected. Even then they partially gave me my money back and profusely apologized but I still was unsatisfied so this is just for everyone thinking about going there I will now probably have ingrown toenails for a long time thanks to this place. It made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, she would talk to her coworker and laugh while looking directly at me, which felt very disrespectful. The service itself was also terrible. I asked for a very simple set -- short black French tips -- but the work was poorly done. In the picture you can clearly see that the polish isn't even finished on one of the nails. When I pointed it out, she laughed and told me to wait for her to finish, but she never actually fixed it and left the nail unpolished. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and the quality of work was disappointing. I definitely will not be coming back.
