There is one with RBF and she always looks like that. So just ignore her. The person I see is Alex. Let me tell you. Alex is so quick with the rip. You see what I just did there. LOL! Anyway, Alex is always super gentle. I mean she is as gentle as it gets. Hell, she's ripping hair off your pretty kitty. I would venture to say Alex is right up there with my OB/GYN. Alex makes you fill comfortable and at ease with process. If you're new she talks you through the process. If you're an OG like me. Hell, we're catching up on life. All while warm wax is being placed upon my nether regions. So you may ask will it hurt? Hell yeah. Will tears come to my eyes? Beauty is pain. Deal with it. Will my kitty thank me? Absolutely. She was critical of my sparse eyelashes, accused me of having bad extensions before, and repeatedly questioned me about my hair and eyebrows and who had 'done' them. She never discussed options with me, and the only question she asked was how long I wanted them. I told her I was relatively new to the process, and had only done them the one time before...by her, at this location a few months prior. I didn't want them to be too long, and they were. She said that next time I would need to tell her what 'number' I wanted...like I should know what the numbers are. All in all, she wasn't pleasant and griped at me throughout the process. I came from work and still had some lingering mascara on, which made her angry. She jabbed at my eyelashes with tweezers to remove it, and told me that she would charge $25 to remove it next time. She even saved the tissue to prove to me that she removed mascara. My eyelash extensions are now clumped together with blobs of glue, and are ripping off my own eyelashes as a result. If you are experienced with having lash extensions, and you want them cheap and fast, maybe you would have a better experience here. If you are new to the process, go somewhere with better customer service and technique.

Then he came back with a look like "you're still here?" I said "uhm, I'm confused, embarrassed, and inconvenienced." Then he accused me of going off in him! LOL. This is CRAZY! Wow. I noticed the lovely medium to light skin women in the shop with their softer coils (not curls) and without a doubt I know that my length of hair is not the problem. It's my darker skin tone and 4c hair. The women looked mortified for me and a stylist looked like she wanted to console me but she didn't . His whole attitude was trash.

I wouldn't have known there was a nail tech in the building if I didn't ask what were in the back rooms. Overall I liked this salons vibe and stylist Dyson's work quality. I normally go to Trinh but unfortunately she isn't available for a bit and today Jimmy took care of me and it was a leap of faith. I haven't had anyone else touch my nails for the last year and when someone else did it was messed up. I brought in a very plain design and Jimmy's confidence convinced me to let him do a custom set for my 4th of July set. He blew me away! I am so happy with my newest set. Though I can't wait to have Trinh return, Jimmy will definitely be someone I can trust and would recommend to go to read more

Didn't get the young man's name at the front, but he couldn't have been any nicer and professiona. Me and my sister in law came in for pedicure and nails. Had the pleasure of having Henry and Peter as our techs.... Wow .... Had wonderful long appt with them and both did an awesome job. I went to this nail salon for the first time on 3/14 for a manicure w/ acrylic powder and pedicure. Service was great! On 3/20 the dip came off one nail and was rising on 3 other nails. I called the shop and was told to come in to get them fixed. I get there and explain the situation. Holly is insisting that I find the exact color to fix my nails. I can't find it so she finds one that is similar. I told her that I didn't want "mix match" nails and suggested changing the color. Holly then says that I can get a $5 discount if I change the color. I told her that I would not be paying because it has been less than 7 days since I got my nails done. She fixes the one nail and I asked her about the other three. Holly becomes visibly upset after I stated that she wasn't listening to me when I explained the issue. She then gets loud, stands up, and raises her voice. Keep in mind, other customers were receiving services. I addressed her and stated that she would not speak to me in that manner and to lower her voice. She continues and then Tracy intervenes to take me to her station. While sitting there I ask for Holly's name because I didn't know it at the time. Holly is sitting behind me and yells "you gone write about me on Facebook" and storms to the back after being told that she will respect me. I did not yell, curse, or call her out of her name during this back and forth. I asked for a manager and was told that I had to speak with Holly. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told that no one could call them. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment

I got a pedicure with gel polish. Paid $60 for the whole thing. Asked for them to fix the polish on my nails and they started, then decided they would just refund me. I agreed and said ok, that works. The owner started getting angry so I started recording for my safety. She/him called her merchant to refund $20 of my payment for the gel polish. I'm assuming the bank said they couldn't do it so the owner became belligerent- yelling, cussing, getting in my face and being aggressive with me. I recorded the interaction and she/him. She/him then called the police and said I didn't pay for my service. I paid with card and could prove that I paid so I'm not sure how he/she thought that would play out lying the way he/she did. The manager/whoever was yelling at me- then said I'm poor and low class and that he would beat my ass if he/she ever caught me outside of the salon. The pictures of their work is posted so yall can see how poorly my toes were done originally for them to verbally assault me the way he did. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! There's a reason why this salon is empty.
