Service is excellent by the owner. It's my 2nd time visiting them. Bought my new sunglass & hand lotion, lavender & coconut. It makes your hand softer. For the price is worth it. Selection they have a lot. Value- prize is kind of high but you can be a part of their member. Everytime you spent you receive a points. I'll be coming back to buy some more stuff for home. I've been a customer of Hannah's for many years! I love to see how the store has evolved and grew to fit today's needs. I'm always greeted with a Hello and I always let them know that I'm just looking. When I need help, they are right there ready to assist. When I inquire about a perfume that is out of stock - they order it for me and let me know when it's in. I fully understand about questioning patrons (and leaving them feeling like they were shoplifters), after a few big losses that Hannah's suffered, they are just trying to protect their inventory. I'm not stealing anything so I don't mind if they want to check my bag. All in all, the store is lovely, the staff is kind and I will continue to shop them every chance I get. What a great store! I did most of my Christmas shopping there...They even know me by name!!! And talk about nice people! I buy my Brighton there, and they send my purses to Brighton for cleaning!!! You earn rewards for Brighton and Pandora purchases, as well as everything else, except sale items. I now have $20 to spend next week!!! Luv it!!!!! Wanted to refresh the florals on my screened porch. Took two of my containers to Hannah's. Jean designed and arranged new florals. I bought the third off the display. read more

I felt like I was treated like I was some slum on the street. I was looking for something g with my 9 year old daughter and I felt like they watched me and when I went to pay my daughter was looking at something, whom again is 9, not 2, and looked at us like we were going to destroy the store. My experience with Hannah's is always bittersweet. I am a big believer in shopping local and supporting small businesses. Hannah's has a wonderful, fun selection of gifts, clothing, crafts, Pandora jewelry etc. that I just love to browse. I love that if I need a gift, I'm certain I can always find something there. However, my main complaint is they are rude and unhelpful. I've been in the shop many times, with no other customers, and they completely ignore you. You have to find someone to help you and often they act like they are doing you a favor! Because of this, I find myself shopping there less and less and spending my money else where. read more

Chosing at least 1 star is mandatory otherwise Hannah's would not have even received that. Unfortunately after my last 3 experiences at the new location I will no longer be a returning customer. Customer experience and service is not what the sales staff offers nor has any concern about providing. Walked out with family and friends angry, disappointed and certainly not worth the aggravation of coming back again. I ended up embarrassed that I had suggested to go there. Also beware of coupons and offers they have. Contingent rules not posted or listed on coupons /offers and they do not support or honor their offers. I wish them well in this small quaint community but with these experiences it will no longer be with myself, family and friends as a repeat customers. I had ordered a gift for my daughter from Hanna's in Antioch and USPS lost it. I called and told Dana that I still didn't have the order and she told me that she would send out another one and I would get it the next day. She did just what she said she would do and my daughter was thrilled with her gift! Thank you Dana for your superior customer service! Great place to get wonderful gifts! Hannah's is nice craft store with a lot to offer. They carry a number of product lines (large selection) which are not easily found in the area - Pandora, Vera Bradly, Crocs, Life is Good, Melissa & Doug. They have a large scrap-booking department and also have Jewelry & Floral departments (both DIY) and a home interiors area. While I have shopped at Hannah's for the past couple of years, I am only giving them two stars as I am disheartened by the attitude of their employees. Once an employee stopped me on my way out and insinuated that I was shoplifting. I was not - I had paid for my purchase. Another time an employee falsely accused and chastised my daughter and her friend of playing with toys left on the floor (in the children's area) that they "aren't supposed to play with." My daughter & her friend were not playing with those toys. The toys were already on the floor when we entered the department. I'm tired of shopping at a store where the employees assume the worst of their customers. If they have such a problem with theft, then they should have dedicated loss prevention staff on-site to handle the situation. read more

So I have never actually purchased anything from Hannah's, but my girlfriend is borderline obsessed. Every time we come out to my families house in Antioch, she HAS to go to Hannah's. She is a big fan of scrap booking, so Hannah's usually has what she needs. As well, this is probably the first place she found these muppet scrapping things.. She loves collecting Kermit the Frog and other muppet items... They have lots of other crafts stuff too. I always tell myself that I want to make some awesome candles one day - just because I get bored and my creative side comes out.. And sculpting out of wax would just be awesome - but I never get around to it. But they have the stuff there! Check it out. If your into the crafty stuff, this is a decent place. read more

I love to support local businesses and have always bought pandora rings there but this will probably be the last time. It just always seems like they are too busy to help you or are short when you ask to see something or have a question even when there is no one there. They are very consistent in their behavior and it seems to be everyone in there along with the owner. read more

Every time I've been in there the employees are rude. I have a Hannah's card that they swipe every time you make a purchase. I asked the employee why they never ask you if you have your card when you make a purchase, because sometimes I forget to have them swipe it. The employee says " well it's your responsibility to give it to the cashier. " another time I was there a lady paid with a hundred dollar bill and it was ridiculous. No one knew what to do as we stood in line for a half a hour. Before they could break it. I also was in there and bought something asked if she had a box , woman was sooo rude. NO! . This is a very cute place. I've lived in Antioch a few years and never stopped here. They have very unique selection of jewelry and novelty items that would work well as gifts for a variety of ages. I'm not much of a crafter, but their selection in that seems great as well. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about since I only saw smiles from the employees and was asked if I was finding everything okay. That's the way we were taught loss prevention in large retail stores (as an employee) and is the most common courtesy. They also sell Melissa and Doug toys and Pandora here. read more

Hannah's is a very nice store, it is always clean and organized. However, here is why I am giving this store one star: I had been renovating a home and was in my painting clothes, ripped jeans, sweatshirt with paint on it etc... Anyway, and my sister and I walked around the store I noticed one of the ladies was following us, she was trying to be undetected. I had walked past her near the front door and was not greeted YET she decided to follow me around the store like I was some sort of criminal. I walked by many associates, not one person said hello or acknowledged that we were in the store. I had planned on purchasing quite a few things including a custom frame but after being treated like this I will not spend money here. Word of advice for this store and staff... You shouldn't judge people by how they look, for all you know they could be millionaires ready to spend a lot of money in your shop. Also greeting potential thieves and making eye contact typically will deter them from theft. read more

Gave them too many chances. Always made excuses for there rudeness. I been there about 3-4 times. Everytime I would say, everyone is entitled to a bad day. Today my fiance went to purchase a gift for me. They made it a bad experience. Never again. I prefer supporting a small business but this business doesn't need to be around. Never again stepping foot in store. I usually go to Hannahs when I have time just to go in and see how they decorate, etc. But you are right with the employees, they do make you feel that you are trying to get away with something. Not very pleasant. However, that doesn't seem to stop me from spending a lot when I go there. I do like their stuff as some of it is different than your average and to be honest, it still has our old Antioch small store feel. Hannah's offers what no other retailer in the area does. Tasteful and unique gifts and crafts. They offer Pandora, Vera Bradley, Gingersnaps and Brighton. They have offerings in every price bracket. There is a small, but well stocked, children's area with Melissa and Doug items and other adorable toys and clothes. Their scrap booking department offers a good variety of product. One of the best single sheet selection of paper around. They feature many designer names and styles that are trending. I especially find it helpful when they bring designers in to offer classes on new techniques. Their scrap nights encourage creativity, friendship and fun! I am a big fan of small, local businesses. Hannah's does not disappoint. The staff has always been attentive and helpful, often making solid suggestions that aid in my purchases.
