I'm always greeted with a Hello and I always let them know that I'm just looking. When I need help, they are right there ready to assist. When I inquire about a perfume that is out of stock - they order it for me and let me know when it's in. I fully understand about questioning patrons (and leaving them feeling like they were shoplifters), after a few big losses that Hannah's suffered, they are just trying to protect their inventory. I'm not stealing anything so I don't mind if they want to check my bag. All in all, the store is lovely, the staff is kind and I will continue to shop them every chance I get.
