I have been going to Hannah's nails for over 8 years and have sent many friends and family to them. I found out they have been charging me $50 for and fill with acrylic while others were paying 40 to 45 dollars . They act all nice but they are thieves. They also charge an extra $5 if THEY feel your nails are to long. I now go to 99 nails in Milford. They only charge me $35 for the same service but so much better, they are the best , so clean and they are so sweet. I am so happy now. read more

I do not recommend! This is 0*place! I was recommended by a friend a couple actually cause there nails came out amazing! But I went in they were good the first couple times I've gone they were getting worse and worse they cut me a few times and I got gel and they got the gel under my nail and around my nail and they were messy as the lady was doing my nails she was talking on the phone and she was unfocused. my nails fell off so quickly and chipped easily I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or yourself. They did a terrible job! I would go to Elegant Nails or Pretty nails! read more

Had Vivian and she hurt me and made me bleed. If that wasn't enough, she shamed me for needing a pedicure. She kept shaking her head and talking poorly about me. I addressed it and she still did not change her bad attitude. Worst pedicure ever, rough and not relaxing at all. Never again. Lucky I did not get an infection. Sry disappointed! I've been doing dip and heard this place was good. Well that's wrong! My color is very blotchy because she didn't dip enough times and when I asked for a tiny bit shorter she cut them way down and told me she Couldn't make them longer after she butchered them down! Plus they had like no colors to pick from to boot! Here's a little UPDATE for ya:: I was so upset I cried to my mom who said she would call n pretend to be me to try to get my $35 back since I have to pay that again to go somewhere else n have them re-done. She was very rude to my poor mother and her solution was to come back n dip again! Thanks but no I'm never stepping foot back in there! The best part is the middle finger nail is so wide it's cutting into my skin and causing inflammation! I sincerely hope this will detour anyone from getting any services here!! read more

People were super nice unfortunately my mani/pedi was not great. The girl was very sweet but very rough on my feet she almost cut me like 3 times. And my gel manicure which normally lasts for 2 weeks lasted only 5 days. Overall I wouldn't recommend it because of the service I personally received but I do know alot of other people who enjoy coming here themselves. read more

Went to get a dip manicure for the first time here. First they almost put an entirely different color on my nails. The shape was not correct and they were very large and bulky. She did not clean my nails at all underneath so i had stained finger tips from the dip color and dirty nails. read more

I've been going to Hannah for 5 years and have been so happy with the service and quality that I brought family and friends with me as well. I now get my full set done by Vivian and she is amazing. It's worth the hour-long drive over there when my set can last me 5 weeks without breaking or chipping. I've tried more local salons out of laziness to get a fill and have always ended up having issues with them, so the drive is beyond worth it. I'm very picky about my nails and I always leave there happy. Their pedicures are amazing and last forever too. Strongly recommend going there, you'll be just as amazed. read more

I just tried this place for the first time today. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, both girls were very nice and services were good. I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed because I had an event to go to and my main person was on vacation. I told the waxing girl at least five times before starting that I just wanted them CLEANED, and not shaped at all because I go to someone else for that. I repeated myself multiple times and she understood and said she would just clean the loose parts like I asked her to. I reiterated it so many times, and when on the table we started talking about shaping and I said no shaping just a clean, and she said okay. I get off the table and she goes "take a look, much better now" and she completely ruined my eyebrows. She changed the shape, waxed too much hair, left patches in certain spots, and completely disregarded what I had asked for. I could barely hold back the tears as I left, all I could muster to say was "why did you shape them? I asked you not to" and she said she knows best and that I'll like it.... I still paid for the service AND tipped her, but I left crying and so upset that she disregarded my request and did what she wanted to, and now my eyebrows are uneven and completely misshaped and too thin. I spent $80 today and unfortunately I won't be coming back. read more

I have been seeing Hannah for my eyebrows for years-even before she moved to the new building. She is amazing at what she does and is an incredibly sweet woman as well. Since she has expanded the business with her sister-I have been coming to her for waxing and nails. The staff is so incredibly nice and professional. They take the time to know everybody's name and make you feel welcome. Every staff member I have encountered there has been courteous and talented at what they do. I will never go anywhere else! read more
