I don't think I have ever seen such a rude and angry person allowed to deal with the public anywhere. I thought he was joking at first it was so bad.

There are a few employees there that have been kind and helpful to me in the past (like the gentleman who helped me last night!) but more than once I've been made to feel like a bother when asking questions.
