I dropped off a lot of repairs that they are already working on. I wanted my white gold engagement ring redipped anfd they did it in about 15 minutes while I waited. I decided to get the warranty but I shave realized it was kind of pointless. It is very limited and doesn't last long and after I purchased it I was told there may be issues if I needed to use it because I would have to go to a different store in a different state since I no longer live in this area and only visit once a year. Overall, I am happy with my purchase but I am surprised at the price. In the end, if you are looking for jewelry, it is a good option but it is no different than any other mall jeweler so check them out too and make the best decision for you and what you want. A warranty was purchased and we were specifically told it would NOT tarnish by the uneducated employee who only wanted the sale. The only reason I even gave it one star is because the employees were trying their hardest to help. Unfortunately the manager and the policy made that impossible. Disgusted.
