I've only been there once for service on my 07' RK. I had done some troubleshooting myself and replaced some parts to no avail and explained what I thought the problem was to the service reps. I asked them to troubleshoot the starter for me and some other PITA maintenance stuff I didn't have the inclination to do on my own and gave them plenty of time to service it properly. The service department (and mech) were honest with me and got the bike back to where I wanted it mechanically for a reasonable price. They never tried to BS me and charged me fair labor rates (total hours) too which I appreciated. I normally don't get work done at dealerships but I'm fairly new to the area and don't know of any reliable / good Indy wrenches here. I appreciated their honesty and service fees (as much as can be hoped for from a dealer) and the confidence that the wrench working on my bike had the knowledge to do the work right the first time around (it's a mixed bag at Indy shops sometimes. The indy shop owners may have great reputations but they don't always hire top notch guys). My bike has aftermarket mods (S&S) and the dealership didn't seem to be bothered by that either which is nice. The bike is running like it should now and if I need anything done down the road I'll go back to have the shop in Media do it for me. Also, whoever they have detailing the bikes did an amazing job on mine! I don't pamper my bike at all and it looked awesome when I got it back. I didn't think it could look that good after all these years.

Great customer service and they service the bike quickly. They replaced the tire and oil change.

They gave me a seat AND they showed me a Specialized (brand) Roll (model) with a low bar entry. I came back to buy one, but they didn't have the size I needed so they searched the other stores and found me one in their Glenside store. I wanted it before their weekly swap day, so I picked it up in Glenside. Fritz had a simple and amazing fix for my knee pain--raising the seat. I took a quick spin down the street. It was amazing! i remembered how much I enjoy riding. And. no more pain! I then took the bike back to Paoli where Sig mounted (and recommended) the "running lights" and odometer the shop sold me as well as the "basket" I bought on Amazon. He also took the initiative to fix the mottled paint job under the handlebar. THANK YOU!!! Tomorrow I am hitting the bike trail for the first time in about 20 years. I highly recommend this store. It appears that they have been expanding or perhaps merged, or perhaps we're taken over. But the dynamic has changed for sure. in addition, I took my bike in for a tuneup, and they made me come in twice, once to look it over, and then again for the actual appointment. Extremely inconvenient. This might be good for the store, but it is terrible for customers. I've taken my business down the street.

I took my car again, & when I picked it up, they simply had spray painted the junkyard mirror and put it back on. it's not even the correct size--the enclosure doesn't even snap closed. I didn't get notified of the diagnosis until 4pm and couldn't get my car back until the next day. The humming noise could not be identified and suggested I change a tie rod. I thought this was the issue. I called on Tuesday morning to get an estimated time to pick up my car I was told 3pm. I arrived on time at 3pm since I had to get to work that evening, I was charged for the tie rod and sent on my way. Driving back home, I noticed the humming sound was still there and even louder. I looked at the repair bill and it stayed that the humming sound was possibly from the rear differential and could cost upwards of 2k dollars, I was shocked they didn't tell me this in person when I picked up the car. I called to get more information on this and they told me they could not exactly point out the source of the humming sound and that they were only 70% sure it was the rear differential. For 2k I wasn't sure if I could trust them to do the repairs given my experience so far. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of solution finding to the problem I walked in with. About an hour later, I didn't feel safe with the car driving as is and called back asking to go ahead with the rear differential repair. They told me that they will shop around for parts and give me a call back. It is now Thursday and have not heard back from the shop. Terrible service. Go somewhere else

I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.
