Really cute Korean bakery located in the same plaza as the Tesla super charger. Great place to plug in your car and relax in enjoying some sweets. Their menu is very broad starting from drinks, Korean shaved ice (bingsu) and even those mini taiyaki options for only $10.99. On top of their vast order selections, there are counters full of baked goods like the mochi donut. I tried their green tea mochi donut and it was really soft, chewy, and tasty. Other baked goods entail croissants with berry fillings, sandwiches, and other baked goods you see at a typical Korean bakery. At the front next to the cashier is also a refrigerator case of special sweets that look so cute. I haven't tried those but the "sleeping bear" is just art in bakery form; definitely need to give it a try next time. I tried the mochi donut and 10 piece taiyaki with half red bean and custard. Highly recommend those, especially because the red bean and custard aren't too sweet and portions are just bite size for snacking.

What a charming and cozy coffee in Johns Creek! I'm so happy to have found this place to check out…read morewith friends. We got here on a chilly Friday afternoon but instantly felt warm once we stepped in. After going through the choices and checking the display shelf, I went with the Zaffron Latte and Baklava to share with a friend. The latte was absolutely amazing and loved the subtle sweetness and fragrance of the saffron. In fact, I think it's my favorite latte I have ever had in the area! The Baklava was also delicious and filled with pistachios but not overly sweet. The staff/owners are also super welcoming and very nice! Seating is limited, but there is a huge parking lot in the front. I can't wait to come back for another latte and to try more of their baked goodies!

My husband and I stumbled across ArtAro Cafe on our way home to the post office one day. Upon our visit, the interior was quaint and very much looked like a coffee shop straight out of a movie setting. Food items (apart from bakery) are made to order which is always nice. Parking is plenty, however it is shared with the neighboring businesses. The barista was extremely nice and was beyond willing to give her opinion on items. My husband and I each ordered a drink (mine was the super yummy Honey Milk Safron) and shared a small selection of banana nut muffin bites. The drinks were great and we'd love to come back to try their food items as well!

The restaurant is in the same plaza as Bo Bo Garden, next to ICE NY. There are plenty of parking…read morespots in the plaza. I booked a tea party lunch session on the weekend with my friend, and we both had a wonderful experience. They also accommodate a vegan menu for tea party bookings. Our names were printed on the menu, which was a very nice touch. There is a large collection of teas to choose from, along with a detailed menu. They let you smell the teas from a tea tray, which helps a lot when choosing the one you like. The staff explained each tea and recommended flavors based on our personal tastes. They also introduced and explained the sweet and savory items on the menu. We had panda tea and hibiscus tea. The sweet and savory tea party lunch set was delicious and represented Indonesian desserts well. We enjoyed the savory items more than the sweet ones, but we loved the great variety of desserts. We especially loved the presentation. Everything came together to create a lovely experience and a wonderful girls' hangout time. The place is quaint and cute. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Her posture while pouring tea was very elegant. It happened that the weekend we chose was right before Valentine's weekend, so the restaurant was not too crowded, which was a plus for us. However, their lunch party sessions are normally fully booked and busy, especially on weekends. You should definitely call and book ahead if you want to experience this lunch tea party. 12/10 highly recommend this experience, especially for girls' dates. I will come back to try other à la carte items from the menu.

Gula ('sugar' in Indonesian) is a wonderful addition to Buford Highway's rich Asian sweet treat…read morescene. I've never had Indonesian desserts before, so was very excited about this. We tried the: - Es Cendol (coconut milk, palm sugar, pandan rice flour jelly): The more I drank this, the more it grew on me- a little reminiscent of brown sugar boba. We added jackfruit, but I don't think that's needed. - Bubur Campur (black sticky rice, pandan custard, sweet potato & taro ball, tapioca jelly, side coconut milk): I liked all the toppings, but the texture of the rice wasn't really my vibe. Glad I tried this, but probably wouldn't get again. - Kaya Toast: This was my surprise favorite, loved the kaya ('coconut') jam, which was on the sweeter side with notes of caramel. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the slabs of butter were complementary. Persimmon is also my favorite fruit, so points given for that haha. I may or may not have gone to my local Asian grocery store to purchase kaya jam the next day. Service was friendly and fast. The only thing I'll mention is that some of the larger tables had tea sets but nothing indicating that sitting there wasn't allowed (later we learned they have afternoon high tea most days). The shop is relatively small and was packed when we went on a Saturday night so not having 3 large tables available was a bit inconvenient. I'd maybe suggest setting up before/after hours, rather than when other paying customers could be using the space. Regardless, this was a unique experience, 8.5/10 would recommend!
