They did significant work on our dank, partially finished basement, building a comfortable living room, completely refinishing the bathroom, updating some electrical, rebuilding the stairs, and even doing some extra work to seal the walls of our 100-year-old house. Towards the end, since they got pretty busy in their schedule, there were a few details that needed to be redone and the end of the project dragged on a little longer than expected, but overall, we were very happy with the work and the completion of the project. Their guys are very professional, with all of their direct employees wearing their company's logos to ensure on-site security. They work efficiently, exhibited good craftsmanship, and are thorough (even helped us haul away some extra old fixtures). They can help with some design recommendations, but they aren't technically architects, so it helps if you already have some idea of what you want to accomplish in your build. Sure, you could get much higher end finishes and building details, but for the price and value, these guys are excellent. And they've also helped with some water damage repair on short notice, which was super helpful. In general, they were great at communication on our project (although they got a little busy toward the end). However, sometimes emailing doesn't work well, so I'd recommend calling or texting if you really want to get a hold of them.

Labor isn't cheap for shops like this one, so this was a pretty serious kindness. We definitely didn't deserve that, but it's pretty amazing to find a mechanic that actually has your back. This place is an anomaly in the best way. So glad we came to them! They clearly valued us more than they did making a profit. He and his crew have mowed the lawn, weeded the gardens, pruned the bushes and small trees, barked the garden and climbed high in a large Maple Tree to prevent large branches from hanging on the roof of a fairly large shed. He sprayed the hydroseed on like an artist, as if he was painting a picture and the picture turned our well. I like their guarentee too that the job will be done right or they will fix it. Our automatic sprinklers watered the new hydroseed and after 7 days, the grass starting coming up just like planned. It looks very nice and looks better everyday as it grows. I've included pictures of the progress. If I was going to hydroseed the yard again, I would call NW Bulldozing & Hydroseeding and ask for Paul to come out and get it done. We're very happy customers and can rest easy knowing that if there is ever a problem with the lawn, they will come out and take care of it. One of my sprinklers failed after the hydroseed was installed When our landscaping contractor came out and replaced the sprinkler head a couple days later, it's hard to even tell. Although not the lowest bid I received, what I liked most about David was his obvious attention to and interest in my project. His pricing is fair and excellent value for the money. The scope and process of each project is itemized clearly and when an unexpected issue arises, David problem solves with me to clearly define work order options to resolve it within my best interests. David is the first contractor of many I have worked with, to finish a proposed project on time and within his initially proposed budget! Everyone I worked with within the IRC team - David, Sylvestru, Jose, Marlon, have consistently provided a quality of work and overall experience that meets and exceeds my expectations. I only wish M & M had more prodcut to offer - they had the lid and screws but none of the risers that connect to the lids - they did have a 24-inch pipe type riser but it was more than I needed.. After buying the lids from M & M I went back to the website for http://www.septicsolutions.com and ordered 2 3-inch risers and 2 installation kits - screws and sealing rope to make the the whole thing water tight. Score on the combination of M & M and http://www.septicsolutions.com - M & M had PolyLok lids and Septic solutions did, too - so all of items will interlock and fit together.

This time I asked about their delivery service, I was qouted a price and given a date and delivery window, which was two days later. I was fine with that eventhough it was a five hour window. When I called on the day of delivery two hours in I was told that my wash machine was on the truck and on the way, and that the driver would call me when they were an hour away. After waiting for the whole five hours no one called me and no one delivered my item. I called back and the lady stated oh maybe their running a little late YOU THINK? So I asked if they could have the delivery person call and give me an ETA. She put me on hold and TJ came on the line and said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know how much longer it would be. Well that never happened the store closed without calling me back. I called the next morning and TJ answered and I asked why he never called me back he began to deflect and talk about how he told the drivers to give me a call. I stopped him to remind him he was the one who was suppose to call me RIGHT BACK. I asked again when can you deliver my appliance, he told me he did not have anyone in today who could do the delivery"It's sitting right here all I need is someone to deliver it to you." HOLD UP!! You told me it was on the truck and out for delivery today why is it still in your store? He could not explain why. He stated he would try to get someone out later in the day then he asked what would be a good time for me. I said YESTERDAY AND ANY TIME THERE AFTER. Needless to say they still did not deliver my machine that was saturday. On monday at 11am I called to inquire about the same delivery the older lady said let me get TJ. He gets on the phone and states the washer is on the truck for delivery. I ask why didn't anyone call me to let me know this and schedule a time I would be able to be there. He asked how early would I like to have the delivery I said NOW. Again he states they are at one stop and I will be the next one. OH AND I WILL HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A CALL!! REALLY!! NO CALL AND NO WASHER!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN I PROMISE
