We are remodeling our master suite on our new house we just bought. And I only wanted Carrera Marble. Unfortunately, our tile installer said Marble isn't a good selection for a steam shower. So I had to buy porcelain tile for the walls and ceiling. But I could use Carrera marble tile for the shower pan floor and slab Carrera Mable for the bench seating. Prices are super reasonable and we were able to take it home that day. I will post pictures when it's all done next week. Super happy with all of my Selection. We bought unbuilt cabinets and had a contractor family/friends do the install. they look awesome. Sophie at Pius actually drew out the cabinet plans and they came out amazing. My only negative (which doesn't effect their rating for me) is that the pick up process from their warehouse is annoying - they have one worker processing the pickups who was very unprofessional. nonetheless, can't wait to use them again.

For such a good sized condo, the kitchen is a small galley and bent in an odd angle half way through it. No one seemed to be able to work out a design that kept the architectural beauty of the rest of the main floor yet also addressed the many issues with the kitchen. Then the pandemic arrived and we put everything on hold. Last winter we hired Featured Kitchens and Bath to do a design and possibly do the remodel for us. Denise , their designer, worked through a variety of back and forth changes with us until we finally thought we had a design we really liked. At that point we contracted with them to do the renovation. We are so glad we did. Kris and his team are honest craftsmen and do beautiful work. From start to finish they took care to insure we were happy with the results. In the end, we couldn't be happier with what was done. We highly recommend Featured Kitchen and Bath. She visited our home multiple times and helped us define our vision. We liked their proposal and contracted with them. During demolition a water pipe broke in the powder room, flooding the hardwood floor. Featured Kitchen and Bath replaced the floor at no additional cost to us. We went to Kauai for two weeks, leaving them access to our home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The job is now done and exceeds our expectations. Featured Kitchen and Bath uses quality subcontractors. Their designs use quality brands and good materials. This is the second remodel Featured Kitchen and Bath have completed for us. A few years ago they designed and remodeled our master bath. We tore the master bath back to bare drywall, re-plumbed the bath and created a beautiful walk in shower. Kris and his team work hard to minimize the impact on the homeowner. We were living in the house the whole time they were working on the master bath. Our lives were interrupted but as minimally as they could make it. We know two other homeowners in our development who have used Featured Kitchen and Bath, both are pleased with their work. We don't think you can go wrong with Featured Kitchen and Bath.

We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

PROJECT DONE IN MANSON, WA…read more Erv and the crew were great to work with! Take a look at my before and after! He let me be as involved as I wanted to be in the remodel. I'm pretty OCD about things so needless to say - I was VERY involved. When it came to selecting the details: sink, handles, appliances, bar stools, lighting, cabinet inserts, under counter LED strip lighting, (even in the liquor cabinet - gorgeous!) we would pow-wow for the right specs then I would jump online and order exactly what I loved. They delivered even more than promised. Erv is a stickler for the details! I was living there during the remodel which can be dicey. They respected my privacy and accommodated my security needs for my dogs every day while I was at work. They're like my kids, so them getting out was a huge fear. Needless to say, my dogs totally loved the crew. AND the two little doggie beds they built in for them. . And even plug ins for their heating pads. Yes. They're spoiled. I had a change for them (cringe). I thought I wanted to get rid of the small window above the stove because when people approach the house they can see all the way through. Well, when the window was gone I realized that I really missed the light and view. Erv was so good about removing the already replaced and individually cut hardy plank shingles on the exterior. He returned the window without making me feel like it was a huge hassle and made it even bigger. I LOVE IT! Can't speak highly enough about the quality of work and the ease of working with the entire crew. They even worked holidays and weekends to get my project done more quickly so I could have my house back. Who does that?! I now have a kitchen that a million dollar mansion would be envious of. He did an incredible job and kept the house very neat, laying down drop-cloths from the front door to the bathroom each day and taping off the bedroom each day while sanding. He is a very kind and pleasant person to work with, and strives to get the project done well and make the customer happy. After days of finish coats and sanding, right before sealer application, we decided the finish wasn't what we were expecting (the product, not his application). He offered to apply another coat of a different style (2 days work, application + sanding) for free! I was shocked, no one operates like that these days. I thanked him very much and paid him extra for the work. If you want someone you can trust - and to support someone with integrity - hire Eduard of SST Construction.
