Since the prior owner sold the business, things have gone way downhill there. Take my advice and never bring your vehicle to this place. They don't deserve your business.

It was outside of the 24 month warranty period, but well inside the 24,000 mile warranty period. B and B's best offer? 10% off another $3,000+ B and B rebuild. Disappointing to say the least... As it turns out, we can get a NEW transmission from the dealer with a three year 100,000 mile warranty for a few hundred dollars less once it's installed.

Pros: When I called in the morning they were able to get me in same day for a tire changeover Cons: Everything else. When you arrive it's unclear where you go to drop your car off. I wasn't sure if I line up at one of the garages or park and go inside. The parking lot was completely filled. So I took the first option. I was quoted one hour, and said I was going to get picked up to grab lunch, they said no problem we will call when the car is done. 4 hours passed, I called to see if the car was done. Thankfully. When I got in my car to leave one of the tire sensors was flashing telling me I had a flat tire. Which obviously I didn't. I went back inside and asked for my sensor to be reset. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and told me if my sensor wasn't working then it wasn't working when I brought it in. I was kind in letting him no I brought my car in with no issues other than the studs needing to be changed out for the season. He had someone grab my keys and reset the sensor for me. I didn't go back inside just grabbed my car and left. I am 99.8% sure a pair of sunglasses I left in the center console were swiped. I wasn't 100% sure so I didn't say anything but I'm very confident in that. Lastly. The price. I've been paying $70-90 for tire changeovers. This was $120! To sum it up - I don't recommend this place and will never be coming back.

He brought out yummy fresh coffee and was very hospitable. If I lived in Anchorage this place would definitely be my go-to shop as they do basically every car repair service besides transmissions. Jeremy told us that wasn't the case and showed us how good the brake pads were still and explained where the noise we had heard was coming from. I included the header flanges with bolts and gaskets. After ten days, I checked in since I had heard NOTHING. I was told he didn't have the correct flange to connect it to the existing muffler. Did he order one? No. Had anyone called me? No. So I told him I would get one myself. A few days later, I delivered two flanges, just in case! Four days later, the project is done. Did he screw the hanging O2 sensor back in? Nope, just left it hanging. So, we had a small exhaust leak until we got home. THIS: 200 dollars per hour. Special equipment? No. Special training? No. Parts in stock? No. High-tech computer diagnosis? No. Amazing welding? No, but sufficient. $200 per hour? Yes. Final cost - over 700 dollars. When I asked our front guy, he told me the owners set the prices and that he's just doing his job (collecting the money). Tristen, the welder, nice enough guy, friendly, competent. But it is amazing that the owners believe their work and shop is so precious that they demand that kind of hourly rate for muffler work. To be fair, I noted later that it is posted in a small frame behind the counter. But even at that price, this service did not come close to $200 per hour. Would other specialized services that require a 10K+ diagnostic computer, subscription, and experience, etc., justify it? Perhaps. But pipe bending and welding? No. To be clear, Tristen's work was fine after I provided all the parts, but the pipe This kind of blanket rate is what tells customers to keep shopping if you need exhaust work done in a timely and fair way... and don't forget you'll be charged an extra 3% for using your CC. ;-)
