They have basic Pedicure, gel Pedicure, new moon Pedicure which includes callus treatment, sea breeze Pedicure, tropical Pedicure, royal deluxe Pedicure which is the most expensive service. They have additional services with extra charges like shiny buff, French tip, cat eye, chrome, holographic and more. The salon has very relaxing vibes. There were many technicians in the salon. I arrived a little early, but I was seated at my scheduled time. It was very busy. I chose" Sea Breeze Pedicure".It included Soak with sea salt and flower soap, sugar scrub, paraffin treatment, five minutes massage with lotion and hot towel. I was sad when the original nail technician who did my pedicures retired, but Cindy has been taking care of them for quite a while now and she always does an excellent job. I always have great manicures from here. I had the great pleasure of getting my last few manicures from Ivy, who is exceptionally, thorough and works magic with her hands. I decided to try out Cherie Nails as it's very close to where I live and I've been needing to find a new nail salon as the one I've been usually going to has gone downhill. I called the day of on a Thursday to see if they could take me in for a pedicure around 3pm, and they have availability! They were super kind about taking me in and I truly appreciated it as I've been in dire need of a pedicure and I wasn't sure when I would have the time to get one. As I walked in, I noticed the salon was super cute and very spacious! Their decor was very welcoming and the worker who answered the phone when I called also greeted me and checked me in. The lady who did my pedicure was very kind as well. I'm usually the type to relax and sit back rather than talking so im glad she respected that. I got a sugar scrub and a callus removal that came with the New Moon pedicure that I selected, but I noticed that not a lot of skin came off during the callus removal. Usually, at other salons, they're able to get more skin removed, but I noticed there wasn't much of a difference to my feet. I may just pay for a regular pedicure next time. Although, the end results were very pleasing. I'm happy with the color and the way she cut my nails! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Staff are attentive and detailed in their work. I recommend making an appointment although they do take walk-ins. It's the only place where an appointment is honored. I've experienced several salon in the area where an appointment means nothing because you must wait 20 minutes or more to receive service- not at Cherie Nails. I switched from my other nail place to have an acrylic fill with Vincent. he is awesome! he pays attention to detail, he leaves them naturally thin and not thick and fake looking. In Glendora and Covina, there are nail shops on every block, so it is hard to find "the best." I have been going to Cherie pretty consistently for about a year and half because it is conveniently located and affordable. I usually get gel or dip nails and a regular pedicure. It seems like there are two ladies that do most of the pedicures. Both are equally good. They do a thorough job. My pedicures never chip, even after 2-3 weeks. My last dip manicure on August 21st made me question whether I will ever return to Cherie nails. Wendy, the nail tech, filed my fingers so aggressively. Notice I said fingers and not fingernails. She filed my actual skin on the sides of two of my fingers so aggressively, I actually asked her if she could stop filing. She said she couldn't. Then she asked me if I had ever gotten dip nails before. I didn't want to be rude and say "Yes but they didn't file my skin off." She also filed part of one of my knuckles too. I don't know if she was in a rush or if she was inexperienced, but getting dip nails by her was very painful. I might go back to Cherie, but for pedicures only. read more

It's not loud, they always have nice soft music playing and cute cooking Korean shows (muted) on screen. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Check in is super easy. I am always browsing for a good nail place in the area. A lot of these nail shops are always under new management. Anyway, I browsed and saw Cherie and decided to call and make an appt. I had a regular pedi and it was $25. I didn't get the guy's name but he did a great job! My toes were perfectly cleaned, trimmed and painted. I am planning on going again and definitely trying out dipped nails or maybe gel x. The place is pretty new and definitely clean. They also have a points system, not sure how many points you receive for each treatment and what are the rewards. read more

I got a gel pedicure the tropical one, which wasn't anything too special other than longer massage. I liked how they came out but while getting the pedicure the lady was speaking in her own language telling the guy tech something about my toes, I felt like it was rude, embarrassing for me because I don't know what she said to him. Also during the scrub she put my feet up on this stool it's painful and uncomfortable for the back of your ankle above your legs. read more

Mediocre at best. Poor staffing, overall very lazy work ethic as well. Perhaps it's a favoritism thing going on but they clearly treat customers differently than others. I for myself have been told they were too busy on multiple different occasions, given I would always call in a timely manner. I understand salons get very busy but to be turned down multiple times for a simple full set is very frustrating. I would go out of my way for this salon because I really wanted to like them but it seems very selfish on their end to not appreciate that and or work with their loyal customers. I have been a loyal customer of Chérie Nails for four years. Over the years, I have gotten gel manicures and gel pedicures from multiple ladies. They have always gone above and beyond in their work, especially when I have asked for detailed designs and French tips. However, my concerns with their services began late last year. I got a gel manicure from Wendy, who rushed the service and injured my fingernail fold. I requested to never get services from her again when this occurred. Today, I was assigned Wendy again and I realized it was her by her rushed work (also her name was in my receipt). Today, she rushed my gel pedicure, once again, injuring my toenail fold. I verbally expressed that she hurt me and regardless she continued to rush the service. The service was a total of 37 minutes when in the past four years, they take almost an hour in service. As I type this review, my toe is throbbing in pain and I hope I don't get an infection by the injury she made. She rushes the services horribly. She doesn't have the work ethic of the other ladies in this shop. I have been a loyal customer of Chérie nails, but after my second experience with Wendy, I doubt I will be returning. I read other negative reviews about Wendy's work and it's clear the shop isn't addressing their customers concerns. This is how businesses lose loyal customers. She's putting a bad reputation on a good nail shop. I'm saddened this occurred today. read more

Excellent experience. It was our first time trying and happy to report this will be our new nail place. Kim did gorgeous GelX on me. And someone else did a nice pedi for me and my child. Only thing I didn't like is they were not happy I asked them to use my own nail tool kit I purchased from a pro supply store. They seemed offended in which I had to explain why. That we had gone to a fancy/expensive shop in town that rhymes with Toe Toe's Nails and my daughter got fungus in her first ever pedicure. They tried blaming our use of personal tools and I knew they were just talking BS so I ignored them and insisted again they use our tools. The experience was good overall! I usually get a lot of anxiety going to nail salons, but they were nice and friendly. I love my nails, definitely not the length I am used to but I wanted to try something new. I would give this place a 5 star but there seems to be a fiber from the towel in one of my nails. So that was pretty disappointing. It was also a black towel so it's pretty noticeable . I still like them though I just wish that was not there. I would go again though :). read more

I wish I would've gotten the name of the girl that did my nails but she did an incredible job! Not only was she very detail oriented but she was also quick!
