Our dishwasher was leaking a small amount of water, right around the holiday weekend. I phoned SimpleFix on a Saturday, after reading the glowing recommendations on Yelp. They were able to come out that day, and the two friendly technicians were able to diagnose a problem with a valve on the hose that brought clean water in. They didn't have the part available, but it was scheduled to come out on Monday, and they also disconnected it from the water, so it wouldn't leak until it was fixed. When it came in he was going to install it,but the broken ice maker started to work again. He figured it must have been a frozen line. Our KitchenAid dishwasher stopped running its circulation cycle so I messaged them in the morning and within 20 mins, I already had a reply and a time on when they would send out a tech to take a look. There was a $65 diagnostics fee that would be applied to any repair that was required. Murad showed up at my door the same afternoon and after much testing, discovered that the circulation pump motor had died. Parts and labor came out to $485 (including the diagnostics fee) which seemed very reasonable. He ordered the part and was back at our house the very next day and had our dishwasher up and running within an hour and a half! He also found that the drainage was a bit clogged up in the process so he made sure to clear that out with no extra charge.
