I have called them numerous times for different properties, and have always felt good about their work, prices and people. They don't fluff or try to sell you anything that isn't about moving water in or out of your home. I WILL ALWAYS CALL JACKSON PLUMBING!!!!

I treat each company that comes out with respect; we discuss the various aspects of the job and how the job will be performed. Ultimately, we end up in salary (project cost) discussions. COMMUNICATION Wyatt and Son's was incredibly impressive. I used the Yelp projects system, and communication was seamless. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Replace a Bradford 50g water heater (leaking from the top) 2. Replace a Kenmore water softener that was 15 years old. 3. Fix a 40' run of 2.5" kitchen sink pipe detached from the ceiling due to the strap cables, held in by nails, used by the original installers. It wasn't draining anymore and was full of gunk. TECHNICAL INTERACTIONS I'm an incredibly technical person and engineer. I research everything from plumbing, electrical, carpet, etc. I like to know how things are installed and how they work for the simple fact of educating myself to get the best use out of everything. Barry and his son answered every question, and I never felt disrespected. While Barry has an opinion on specific equipment, which people should have, he walked me through the "whys" of arriving at his conclusion. Barry's approach demonstrated his openness to educating others and learning himself. I appreciated our time. PRICE Wyatt & Son's Plumbing price is incredibly competitive. There are a couple of things I look at: 1. How much am I paying for parts? 2. How much am I paying for labor? Parts are a commodity. You can find every price for every item online. I'm not a fan of companies who mark up their prices. I have to pay sales tax on parts, and every dollar added is more money out of my pocket on taxes. FINAL DECISION The decision came down to Wyatt and Son's Plumbing and another company. Nothing is worse than telling a fantastic candidate/company they won't receive the job. I had no joy in sending the message to Barry, and still, as of writing this review, I'd have Barry out in a heartbeat to quote the next job; there will always be another. TO THE READER Wyatt & Son's Plumbing must be a part of your quoting process. Their professionalism is top-notch, their interactions and knowledge are excellent, and their pricing is incredibly competitive, way cheaper than the large companies. TO BARRY Thank you again for coming to the house and participating in the process. The final decision was incredibly difficult. I hope this review becomes a cornerstone of continuing to send business your way. Wyatt & Son's Plumbing should be a part of everyone's selection process. It started…read moreblowing air so we called AWHR and they tried to get several plumbers to come out and fix it but all their "first choice" plumbers were tied up so they finally called Wyatt & Sons, we have never heard of them but after they left our house I came to the conclusion that AWHR should have made Wyatt & Sons their first choice. Barry found the problem right away and explained that at least one of the elements was burnt out and he was not sure he could get another one. He drove several miles into Marion and went to several stores and found 2 new elements and was back to our house in about an hour and had everything repaired and working in a half hour. This young man did a great job and went beyond my expectations and I now have a new plumber to take care of any plumbing needs that I cannot do myself. Don Hill

I complained about sale tactics and that I should receive restitution since they took advantage of my situation. They can charge whatever but he offered 3 months no payment on service membership. I have 1yr labor warranty, 10yrs parts so no gain. He said tech made 3 calls,( 2 because of their mistake), he didn't charge for the inducer motor(he removed it with no charge when I agreed to purchase a furnace from Petermans. I looked at the purchase agreement and ran the numbers. They don"t itemize but give total cost as single figure which is high but they show discounts and get your price $7636-$1144= $6492 $5670 furnace + $1000 discount +$966 gross motor = $7636. $6492 my price - $822 net motor = $5670. They charged me for the inducer motor which they said they didn't by hiding it at a gross cost of $ 7636. This is a deceptive sales practice.

I didn't ask for a quote because previously their prices were fair. This time, I got an invoice from Benjamin Franklin for $469.61. I called to ask for a price breakdown, parts vs. labor. I was told Benjamin Franklin doesn't do that; they charge a flat rate for the service. The disposal they installed has a list price of $139.00. That means I was charged $330 for an hour or two of labor. Don't use Benjamin Franklin or Tomlinson Plumbing without first getting a quote.

Terrible customer service from their front desk person all the way to the owner of the business…read more Our new water heater failed and started leaking. The water heater was under warranty was the good news, however the labor to reinstall the new water heater isn't covered. The front desk person told me that they (Enterprise) have nothing to do concerning the warranty of the water heater, that comes from the manufacturer. So how could we (Enterprise) expect the labor to be covered as well. Hmm, if your product fails that you sell, why would the customer be expected to pay for the installation again....? On top of all of that, the invoice that was emailed to me stated it took 3 hours to install, the installer was at my house for a little over an hour. So either the installer lied about his time or the owner is knowingly padding his invoices. Either way, the owner told us to take our business elsewhere.

Had a plumber out from this company two weeks ago for a plugged toilet that hasn't been flushing…read morewell. He said he "fixed" it by snaking the toilet. Yesterday, the carpet was soaked. The walls are wet. The toilet overflowed. We now have to replace the flooring and walls on one side of the house. It's level 2 or 3 contamination. I called for emergency service, and the phone person was rude and gave no date or time. Let's just say we went with a different company for the cleanup and repairs. Within minutes of the new plumber from a different company looking at the toilet, he said we should have replaced the toilet due to calcium buildup, age, etc.
