This is my go-to Sephora because they carry all the high-end makeup brands I love and wear,…read moreespecially my favorite Gucci lipsticks. The staff is always helpful, and I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. That said, the store is always crowded. On weekends, it can be overwhelming trying to move around with the amount of people inside, especially when groups of teens are hanging out and testing everything. It's a tight space for the volume of shoppers they get, and it can feel a bit claustrophobic at times. On top of that, the constant mix of fragrances being sprayed can give me a headache, so I've learned to avoid peak hours. I usually stop by mid-day during the week or later in the evening when things calm down a bit. It's Sephora, so the crowds are expected, but this location would really benefit from a little more breathing room. Still, it's my favorite spot for my go-to beauty staples, just not on a Saturday afternoon. The staff always ask if I need help, and most times I don't, but they're always around to assist.

I was looking around trying to catch someone's attention as I was looking for something in particular, when Susan approached me asking if she could help. Now Susan had Gucci name tag on so I don't think that she's the typical sales person. However Susan went above and beyond to make sure that I was helped. Even when I was checking out, I wasn't greeted (rather ill take who is next), I wasn't asked if I found everything I was looking for, I wasn't asked if I would like to use my beauty points, and when I was leaving I decided to make sure I let Susan I appreciated her not just seeing me, but taking the time to help me. Even when looking for her, I passed by numerous associates and not one asked could they help. I had to finally ask one if they could help me find Susan to which she pointed "there she is". Also with all the people standing around (even at the front door, three of them are having a photo session) you would think that the store would be cleaner. However I guess they are too busy for that. I won't be returning here. Customer Service gets ZERO stars and I'll gladly go spend my money where I am welcome. 7/13/25 3:19pm

Market by Macy's is a condensed, boutique-like version of a full-line Macy's department store, that seems to target a more fashion-savvy, early-20s to early-50s customer. The departments that are there include a men, women, children, shoes, accessories, jewelry (fine and costume), fragrance, Sunglass Hut, and some sleepwear/lingerie, however all of the departments are much smaller and curated from that of the full-line standard Macy's store. There is a range of price points here with the same discounts of what you'd find at a standard Macy's store. Some of the brands that you'll find here include Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Coach, and Moschino. When I shopped here, the sales associate that I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me order a pair of amazing boots, and after that transaction was completed, she continued to check in with me and speak to me by name throughout the rest of the time I shopped. I really appreciated the high level of service that she provided. I really wish that I could remember her name. She was excellent! I also bought a cute bodysuit that cost $21 after discount. The look of the store is really cute and easy to shop in. Because the inventory there is so limited, there isn't any clutter or mess which was nice. I live in Dallas so Southlake isn't in my near vicinity, but I will definitely come back sooner more than later to shop at Market again. The service, selection, prices, and experience is worth the trip.

When you go inside these store, you're…read moresupposed to know exactly what you want because "they don't want to waste time if I don't buy anything." They don't want your business. You're treated as a thief if you browse row by row. They are too lazy to watch the front because they have stuff to do in the back. I'm appalled by the high ratings. They prey on indecisive ill-informed customers. Such a shame because they do have a great selection. You're better off finding scents at TJ Maxx or Ulta. They admitted that they charge higher than retail. Edit: Ma'am it's called window shopping to pass time. I am not obligated to buy anything from y'all. Very insincere and unprofessional from the start, and to not offer an apology! Wow! That's what I'm saying too! Learn from these women and what behavior they model to the public. That's how they will treat you as a customer. You deserve your well earned 1 rating. You didn't even have to go out of your way to be rude. You just are! Mashalla. Pray for Israel. Clearly this review upset you, as it should! If you can't be patient to customers, if they can't ask questions, that says more about you as a short tempered owner who doesn't want to learn nor improve. I've compared prices online and your prices are outrageous. $120 for Armani Code? CVS sells Armani Code 2.5 oz for $105.99! Either price match or lose business. Too many competitors in the perfume business. Next thing they want is for a Karen in a burqa to accuse them of acting weird. No ma'am. You are weird.

From the few photos and the name, I thought it would be more of a children's bookstore but I was so wrong. As soon as you enter, the amazing staff welcomes you and is eager to help you find any books you are looking for. Right at the entrance they had the fantasy and romance section which is a personal favorite, and I immediately found a couple of books that have been on my list. I absolutely LOVED that they had self published books from indie authors, which is so rare to find at any local bookstore (you usually have to wait for them to be re-published by a publisher to find them anywhere besides Amazon). They also have a children's section which is super cute, and I found a couple of things for my little one. On the top floor they have a couple of couches for you to hang out and a section of used books. Frankly, this was one of the best bookstores I found in the DFW area, and I can't wait to come back and support them!

Basically a Claire's for an older demographic like teenager and up. And almost all of it is $1.00 . At least almost all the makeup and products I looked at. If its not a dollar; it isn't too far from it. That crazy amazing price point alone puts this one on the map; I mean $1?! Thats almost unheard of these days . Sure there's some stuff I wasn't all that impressed with or would buy or repurchase but thats to be expected; however most of it is pretty damn good, and not just for the price but just in general. I'm a lip balm/lip gloss junkie and if you are as well, this is a great place to start! My biggest complaint was the AOA rescue balm in the mint flavor has no mint tingle, no mint scent, nothing. That was disappointing. But the honey lip oil, the starry magic lip plumper, bombshell lipstick were all good. I cant wait to try more!!
