What was especially frustrating was that I was able to remove the remaining marks myself using Folex and a microfiber cloth. These were spots that I would reasonably expect a professional rug-cleaning service to address as part of the cleaning process. Given the condition of the rug when it was returned, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and do not feel the cleaning met a reasonable professional standard.

It has been temporarily fixed as a second crew will need to come out to fix it properly. I had up to 8 people working on this issue for about 8 hours. Since this is a power company issue, it is going to cost me nothing. This says a lot about Valley Electric. They could have easily made a few bucks off of me but decided to do the right thing instead and provided excellent customer service.

He took apart both it and the light switch in his quest to find out what was wrong, tested every wire, the neutral, and the sockets to see if they had power, and replaced some small plastic items that needed replacing. When the fan and lights were working again, he was still not satisfied, because there was a small rattling noise, so he unscrewed the top of it to feel around, removed a piece of paper and did something else, tightened the screws, and I'm hearing just the slight hum of the fan blades as they whirl around. He will be the one I call the next time I need an electrician.

I expected all baseboards, fans, light fixtures, windows etc cleaned in addition to deep cleaning of bathrooms including shower as well as kitchen, etc. they wetted the carpets down cleaned the windows and wiped surfaces. It looked barely better than before. There was grime and dirt all over walk in shower. Dust in corners. Etc. Baseboards were barely touched. Walls had scuffs and dirt. A magic eraser took all of it right off. I had to go behind them and clean. I believe she brought her children with her to help?? Good cleaning takes training. One must have an acute attention to detail and a willingness to commit to the job. Children, teenagers-- are not going to clean a home well. Unsatisfactory. Unprofessional. Disappointed in the amount we paid for what was provided. Sad, really. She could have had a long term customer with us. We have been using cleaners for 10+ years and usually have someone come at least every 2 weeks. Don't agree to take a job if you can't do it well.

Well, I wasn't a client that was important enough to Mr. Green Solutions so he dropped my appointment for another client that had more precedence. I agreed, appreciatively, to reschedule late afternoon the day before my little guys surgery. A few hours before he was to arrive, he called and cancelled. This time not willing to reschedule until mid month. That doesn't work. This is not someone you want to work with. He is not reliable, professional, or trustworthy. I ended up having to scramble at the last minute to find a carpet cleaning service. If he runs late, it's your schedule that is negatively affected or your cleaning that gets cancelled. Since he can't manage his calendar and double books, new customers get dropped. It's one excuse after an other. Save yourself the frustration and book with a reliable carpet cleaning service.

Jason is amazing. He walked us through every step of the process for picking the right equipment for our property. He was incredibly kind and patient, never once making us feel embarrassed for our lack of knowledge or experience. The tractor was delivered to our home within a few days of purchase, and Jason himself came out and gave us a crash course on how to operate it, attach and detach implements, and do basic maintenance. In total, he spent about five hours working with us one-on-one. It is so important to know that we did not only buy a quality piece of equipment, but that we are working with a dealership that we feel comfortable with and that is going to be there for us. The support and guidance Greenhill has *already* displayed is on a completely different level than any other dealership we visited while making our decision. 10/10 would highly recommend. I called them again to diagnose a red light on the unit, and their fees are $65 for a diagnostic and $175+ for travel time. Which is totally ridiculous, I know it's a +30 minute drive, but 3 times the diagnostic fee is ridiculous. The tech changed the battery that was supposedly faulty without telling me he was going to change it and then charging an astronomical fee to do so. I am very handy and just wanted a simple diagnostic, and I could have changed the small battery by myself for a quarter of the price. It's been a ton of back and forth with this company and I definitely don't recommend them or their practices to do work workout notifying first and their crazy travel fee. They should have caught the low battery issue when they came out a month prior as the red light came right back on after they left. I dont think they should have billed their ridiculous fees for coming out one month later if they didn't spot the issue right away. Please do some research and find another company.
