This is the most friendliest laundromat I've ver been to in my life and I'm 52 so I've been to many of these places all over the world. The people who work here go out of their way to make your experience better. They greet you at the door, in fact one of the workers saw me carrying in bags and greeted me OUTSIDE with a basket and then gave me a complimentary water. I think he must have worked at Disney in a previous life, cause he was determined to make washing clothes a magical experience. So glad this is my neighborhood laundromat. Today I used apple pay for both my wash AND dry and it was the most high-tech everyday experience I've had in America to date. Now I can save my quarters for the arcade!!! Also awesome: multiple vending machines with snacks and drinks and laundry supplies you might've forgotten. (including IKEA bags!!!!) and any supplies not available in the machine are probably available in their little corner store. also free wifi is cool too. screw you, apartment laundry room and your 45 min dryer times!!! read more

So I'm not the brightest at operating these wash machines and by accident put laundry detergent in the water softener spot and the people working there were so quick to help to flood the water through and re run my laundry so that it was clean. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YPUR CLOTHES. IM 9 Months pregnant so to make my life a little easier decided to try their wash and fold. I GAVE THE LADY A BAG OF HANG DRY ONLY. when I picked up my clothes the next day all my hang dried stuff was completely shrunk!! Friken furious maternitty clothes are insanely expensive!!! So I call to complain and see what the heck went wrong I was told omg I can't believe the lady did that and that I would receive a call from the boss. Three days later still no call. I've called every day but apparently the boss isn't there. I WANT MY REFUND! Nice place. Clean, quiet w good machines that take coins & cards. BUT... the cost is absurd & the parking at before 5pm is beyond limited! 2 spaces not marked handicapped & besides the handicapped, that was ALL that was left. But mostly it's the COST. I am here right now! This place is literally 10-15 minutes out of my way, but I will happily drive here once a week to do laundry. I just moved from having a washer/ dryer in my condo to an apt with crappy on-site washers, so I decided to seek out the most highly-rated laundromat in the area, even if I had to drive a little out of my way... laundromats tend to skeeve me out. But not this one. The reviews intrigued me; the drive annoyed me; but once I got here I see what all of the hype is about. It is clean, everything seems to be working just fine, there are change machines as well as handy vending machines for snacks and supplies. And free wi-fi! I love this place; seriously. I love the organization and cleanliness of everything. I hope the owners keep up the high standard they have set for themselves because I will keep driving out-of-my-way to come here if they do :) read more

This is an incredibly well run! I was a bit reluctant to make the journey over from Hollywood Hills given the distance, but glad I did! The place is well-lit, machines are clean, and staff are incredibly friendly! I came in late at night and expected to be glared at, but was warmly welcome by staff who were cleaning. As others have said, the laundromat closes at 11PM. I went really late at night because of work and I found that washing machines won't start after 10PM to stop people starting loads that run past closing time (washing that starts before this time can still continue to finish), so keep this in mind if you come in the late evening! Dryers can still be started after 10PM. Thankfully I came in just before and was able to start the machines just before 10PM. Parking is ample during the day, but the area can feel a bit sketchy at night from time to time. Free Wi-Fi was an unexpected bonus! It works well and is good to kill time while you wait. They even play Sirius XM stations, which sounds much better than the whirl of efficient washing being done! read more

soooo... update: the new attendant. Maria. so i was washing today like i normally do, because im a regular, and she comes up to to inform that i can't let my clothes soak which is understandable when it's busy because you know people have to use the washers but mind you its 12 and there's many washing machines available, so i just informed her that usually no one has a problem when it's not busy. so she went about her way. later one my washer with still 7mins remaining, she plops these dirty rags right in front of me and says "let me know when you're done because i have to wash these next" mind you there are many washing machines available. she informed these are the "dirty mop washers". lastly she moved my cart all the way to the other side w/o even informing me or asking me if i could move it myself, then she proceeds to open my washer as soon as it's done and tells me "it's done now you can take it out" this is the first i've been rushed for a washing machine and it's not even busy.... :-/ read more

We had a ton of laundry to do for a volunteer project. We came here and couldn't have been happier. The person on staff was super-helpful and kind. Almost everyone in there were wearing masks and being respectful. When two people came in and were wandering around maskless, the moment we mentioned it to the staff person she handled it politely and quickly. The machines are clean and work beautifully. The prices are really good and they take credit cards!! And apple pay too. Love that! I absolutely LOVE this laundromat! I've been meaning to write a review for them for a while now since I thankfully found this place over a year ago. I have tried many laundromats in the area, but I was never happy with them due to various reasons (i.e. uncaring staff, expensive dryers, or dirty machines). However, I am SO happy with Happy Bubbles! First of all, the owners and staff there are AMAZING, especially Vivian. They work extremely hard to make sure that you feel cared for. The machines are always clean, and the newly-installed dollar/quarter machine is always working! They have free Wi-Fi, an always well-kept patio area, ceiling fans for hot days, plugs for laptops/cell phones, and nice music playing in the background. I was talking with one of their staff about why their machines and carts have names on them and was so touched to find out that these were the names of some of their first customers! That just shows how much they care about their customers. There is just a feeling of community here that is so special. If you want great customer service, reasonable hours, well-working and affordable machines, and an overall nice place, I strongly recommend that you come to this laundromat! read more

After moving to LA, specifically the Los Feliz area, I've been to a number of laundromats and honestly they do not compare to this gem. It is not the largest one around, what it is: THE CLEANEST & BEST MAINTAINED!! There is always someone on staff to help or answer questions or refund money if things go wrong. There are outlets for your phones & tablets, several little tables outside and sinks to do a pre-scrub of clothing. read more

I use fluff and fold and find them to be very reasonably priced. Today I did my own laundry and had quite a debacle with one of the machines. It was off line then giving errors. Maria was very patient and resolved it. I was also a complete idiot when it came to loading my laundry card and she helped with that. Their customer service here is great. They have carts outside to bring loads from your car. The machines are not outdated. They take apple pay Etc. the machines are also very clean as well as the mat itself. The customers seem to be friendly as well. They play music and they have wifi. Overall the vibe is very light and nice. read more

VIVIAN IS AWESOME! I had a laundry fiasco today with a couple "pick up fluff and fold" kinda places. I found Happy Bubbles and decided to give it a try. I called the number listed first just to see what kind of turnaround there was. A man answered, was polite and answered everything. He said normally 24 hours. I came in maybe around 11:30? Or so? As I stood at the door and tried to make my brain process the time on the "will be back" sign (damn analog clocks) -- Vivian swooped in from behind me. She was super super. I've and attentive. We got my 18 lbs of laundry weighs and she wrote the ticket. She asked if the next night was ok, as I thought about my schedule, only making sure I could come get it she said It may be also done in the morning. OH SHES THE BEST cause it was done by 11pm ....that's right. 12 hours. Everything is clean. My face wash towels are the cleanest I'd ever seen them. I honestly had settled with the fact they were just stained. They weren't. Vivian got them sparkling. I had already my undies and my hang dry things and did those really quick and dried them at my house. Don't leave your undies for other people to clean. That's weird AF. I also pinned my socks together in pairs. Not necessary or requested but I have a lot of patterned socks and set pairs so it was just easy to pair them after the wash. Everything is awesome. I think I'll never do my laundry again. Huzzah. I will be bringing more cash to tip her extra extra next time too. read more

I recently gave a more than horrendous review about a car dealership (although, I may add to that one, however not sure) However, I am more than delighted to give a great review for this place. This is the most organized and friendly laundromat I have ever been to. This place is worth the reviews they received. I have a service dog and I saw one other person with a service dog there, although I won't go in to details, my service dog is very loved and taken care of. I also educate people about service dogs and this place the people were sooooooo friendly and the manager was so kind and friendly to my dog and commented how well my dog was behaved. This place is super clean and well organized, easy wifi access. To be honest, I wish I found this place years ago. You don't even need to worry about quarters, this is the first time I have ever seen laundry machines that take ATM and credit cards. I would always look for all of my quarters to make sure I had enough for laundry and if I didn't I had to get quarters from other machines (hence the reason why I have so many quarters to begin with). I look forward to returning again and not have to worry about having enough quarters or get more quarters to add to my collection. I have a little fear of giving this place great reviews because I don't want the place to be too crowded when I do my laundry, however they deserve more than 5 stars. (It's that Good) read more

I came with a friend to wash here today and we left our clothes in the dryer ran some errands came back got her clothes, mine were not dry so I put in more money and we left to go and grab food come back and my clothes are out of the freaking dryer sitting in some baskets in a corner, the guy says I took you stuff out because someone needed to use the dryer and apparently in a business where there are nothing but washers and dryers all of them were busy!?!? This review is for their fluff and fold services. About a year and a half ago we came here to drop off clothes and we used their services maybe twice? Clothes were always clean but the person working their was unreliable with timing. We ended up going somewhere else those times we needed it done ASAP. Recently I decided to come back as I always loved that they hang your clothes free of charge on their own hangers and didn't wanna I pack a bunch of folded chiffon shirts. First off - happy bubbles has stepped it up. Gone are the days of plastic trash bags holding your clothes. They now have huge duffle bags with their logo and your name tag, very professional and reusable which is sooooooooo nice. Clothes are still being hung and they came back to me so clean that even a stain I thought would be there for life is gone. 10/10 experience. Don't waste your time going somewhere else. I've tried a few and they suck, seriously suck. Happy bubbles provides top tier service and I never have to worry about lost or damaged clothes. read more

I live down the street from this laundromat and I will not go to another one. The service is always so friendly and welcoming (the young boy with the curly hair). He always make sure to assist anyone who is having trouble and is constantly wiping the counters and floors. Very good man. The machines are always clean. You are able to use a credit card now (very bizarre for me, but they are adapting to society!). You can also come in and get quarters for your apartment as well and not have a need to pretend that you're washing there. Haha! read more

Stumbled upon this place by way of looking to wash a down comforter while I got a haircut and it was the closest one and the name made me smile (I know - corny). Had the place to myself at 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Super clean, well stocked and maintained. There's even a cup of free can't and for some reason, they gave the dryers names.
